MMrEmzThe location is just off the main street running through Malang, makes the hotel less affected by traffic noise. One of the minor drawbacks of this hotel is the lobby drop off area and minimal availability of parking onsite.
The friendliness and helpful customer service can be felt as you step into the hotel, from the security to the receptionist and workers all radiating warm smiles. Our check in process was smooth, we were assisted to find an available room for early check-in before 1pm . The restaurant staff was also attentive and courteous.
The hotel felt relatively new, only a couple years old and in great shape. The bedroom had semi firm but comfortable mattrass, with abundant pillows. Delightfully we got a 55” LG Smart Tv, with the to-date streaming services available (Netflix, Disney, Prime, Vidio, Youtube) and also cable tv showing international channels (AXN, Japanese, Arabic, etc). The room felt very cosy for resting after a long day's work or travel. The bathroom, although only had showers and no bathtub, gave great water pressure and hot water. The only complaint from the hotel is perhaps due to the connecting door, we can hear the other room's door closing and opening loudly as well as some talking from the other room.
Hotel had an interesting gym for good workout, rooftop cafe/restaurant. Didnt try any of those facilities for this trip but hopefully for my next trip. This is my second stay at 101 and look forward to returning again. Also, right across the hotel is a Sara Bakery, which serves good cakes and bakery products, and has a full restaurant menu also.

Iintan setyaPleasant Stay at HARRIS Hotel Malang
I had a very enjoyable experience staying at HARRIS Hotel Malang. The staff were warm and welcoming from the start, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay.
The pool area was a nice spot to unwind, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. It’s also conveniently located, with easy access to the city center and other attractions.
One thing that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While the food was okay, the variety was quite limited compared to what I expected from a hotel of this level.
Despite that, I still had a great time and would consider staying here again. A nice place to relax while exploring Malang

Room and bathroom were clean. Drinkable water can be obtained from dispenser in the hallway. Breakfast was nice! Great selection of food, snacks, pastries, cereals, etc.
Hotel location is in the heart of the city. Probably the only minus point was, as a property the hotel is not the most spacious, so less parking area available. Bunch of cars tend to queue in the morning picking up the outgoing guests.

La ubicación es céntrica, justo al lado del centro comercial más grande de Malang, con excelentes opciones para ir de compras y comer. La estación de tren está a solo 1,6 km. Este hotel es ideal para viajes de negocios y no ofrece excursiones. Para viajar al Monte Bromo, deberá contactar con una empresa de alquiler de coches a través de la recepción.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel was great for the money. Good food. Great staff. I don’t think it was in the Best place, but it wasn’t the worst either . There is a couple of fruit stands, right outside of the hotel, which was great to have.
The hotel is nice and spacious.  Easy access for taxi pickup.

WWan Irham 75Este hotel está situado estratégicamente a lo largo de la carretera principal, y cuenta con muchos restaurantes, cafés y tiendas convenientes cerca.
En cuanto a las habitaciones, nos alegra reservar una habitación.
El baño está dividido en cubiclos de ducha, espejo de la vanidad y espejo de la toalla. Mi comentario es que el cubiclos de ducha sólo está medio cerrado y falta una puerta de vidrio adecuada. Por lo tanto, el agua de ducha se derrama en la sección de ducha y espejo. Cuando está húmeda, la tela es bastante deslizante. Así que caminando con cuidado.
Dos copos de desayunos de valor IDR50, 000.00 cada uno se da para cada habitación. Puedes entregar tu desayuno a tu habitación o cenar en el restaurante. El restaurante está situado en el edificio junto al hotel. Se nos informó que el restaurante está bajo la misma gestión que el hotel. La comida es buena. Ordenamos bubur ayam algunas veces porque es buena. Nasi goreng Jawa es muy delicioso. Hay cortes de pollo y cortes de cabaña. Está bien cocinado y la porción es generosa.
El hotel tiene un restaurante de techo y puede tomar fotos de la ciudad de Malang desde arriba.
