The hotel is clean and the facilities are well maintained, though they are a bit limited. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was decent with a fair selection. One thing to note—if you're a light sleeper like me, you might wake up early due to the nearby prayer call, as the sound carries quite clearly into the room. That said, I understand and respect the local culture, and it’s something to be aware of for those with sensitive sleep schedules. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Stayed with family here and it was a great experience as the hotel is located in a very strategic place.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad y en un centro comercial que es conveniente, pero puede estar muy abundante (y encajada) en los fines de semana. Tenemos que pagar 100k de depósito de IDR para nuestras habitaciones, pero como llevamos niños dormidos, nos dejaron comprobar primero las habitaciones. La habitación es limpia pero vieja y básica. La habitación no tiene caja fuerte, cabeza de ducha inmovible. Las instalaciones básicas son kit dental, bolsa de sanidad, capa de ducha y loción. El champú y el gel de ducha son 2-in-1 y se acoplan en la pared. La toalla de baño es la única (no toalla de mano). El desayuno es gratuito para niños 5 y más abajo. Saboroso está bien. Aparte de la estación de huevos, salada, waffles y sección de pastelería, el resto son muy estilo indonesiano.

Es realmente bueno frente a la UB. El calentador de agua funciona bien. Puedes agregar canales de televisión. El control remoto del televisor de la habitación 1115 pidió ayuda porque no se podía encender y apagar, por lo que tuvo que hacerse detrás de la pantalla. Pero hasta ahora todo ha sido un buen desayuno, con muchas opciones, desde alimentos pesados ​​como arroz, pan, cereales, pasteles y frutas hasta gachas de arroz ***** pegajoso. The hotel strictly requires you to pay deposit of 200 thousand rupiah when you already have prepaid full. I don’t see the need to pay a deposit of such amount because theere isn’t any mini bar provided in the rooms. I booked a king premium room with the balcony and with breakfast!! There is no mini fridge at all, no tissue, no coffee and no tea sachets, no electric kettle. The soap is so small and the shampoo and shower gel is very small bottles also. I paid the room with breakfast but The breakfast provided is not even a buffet! For halal breakfast, you have to go next door cafe and the hotel only gave you breakfast coupon of 50 000 rupiah for each person!! And you have to pay some more for the breakfast because the money coupon the hotel gave is not enough to claim for the breakfast food!! Ridiculous service this hotel has. Usually if you paid the room with breakfast, you dont have to pay anything more! Even the hotel towels not clean! The cafe in the hotel at roof top is NON Halal which serves pork. Muslims not recommended to stay here due to non halal food which has pork. Honestly, we didn’t know until we stayed here. Luckily it was only one night. But it was terrible with no amenities and service staffs not welcoming and not smiling genuinely. Only the location is good at Kayoetangan. But you can choose the Whiz Prime Hotel which is better which is nearby and also in Kayoetangan.

the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. the staff so kind and helpful. its near with train station and city center. i will definetely back to this hotel if i come to malang again! thankss, i had such a great time here

The staff was friendly, very helpful. They prepared a special breakfast since I went to Mt. Bromo tour and I couldn't arrive before 10am. The swimming pool looked nice. The only issue is the wifi which was intermitent.

Lamentablemente, era vieja y estaba mal mantenida, con un aspecto un poco descuidado y necesitando una renovación.
