La habitación es buena por anuncio. El desayuno también está bien. Cerca del Centro de Convenciones IPB para conferencias.

La ubicación era muy buena, justo frente al autobús DAMRI de Bendara. Las habitaciones están anticuadas cerca de un ascensor facial y bastante polvo. 10 minutos a pie de Kebun Raya Bogor. A la proximidad del hotel es la plaza Botani. Buen precio hotel

Este hotel superó nuestras expectativas por el punto de precio. Se puede solicitar secador de pelo. El personal del hotel es amigable y útil. Me gusta que el bañón está situado fuera del baño.

I'm not sure how this hotel is considered a 4 start hotel. Although the customer service was nice but overall I had a horrible experience. When I got to the room, the bathroom was not clean, and I wish I had taken photos. The AC was not working. We contacted reception to come and fix it. At 2 a.m., while I was sleeping, I woke up sweating from the heat even though I had the AC on. Turned out the electricity was turned off and again I had to contact reception again. They came and fixed it. Up until then, I hadn't even said anything. When I got back to the hotel room on the same day, the door keypad was not working. I went down to reception to get another keypad, which opened the door but was not working for the electricity. I contacted service again and they came and suggested we go to another room. In the second room, we also had several issues. Our bathroom door was locked unexpectedly, the phone was not working, and the bidet screw was broken. Unfortunately, that's such a disappointment. Will never go back there and definitely do not recommend it.

Good: - Friendly staff, quickly replaced my sheets after mentioning the stained sheets. - Daily water bottles. - Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret). - Quiet. - Comfortable mattress. Could be better: - The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud. - The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel. Bad: - Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did. - It takes ages to get hot water for a shower. - Water pressure is highly irregular.

First time staying here and it was a good experience. We were booked a deluxe room and it was a good one. The room was super clean, the amenities are superb, the facilities worked well and the staffs are amazingly nice. It’s located in the central of the city and surrounded by a lot of good cafes and coffee shop. The breakfast is amazing! Definitely will come back again

Location: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity. Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor. Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!
