I had another pleasant stay at this hotel, and it remains one of the best options near the airport. The staff are consistently friendly and genuinely helpful, which always makes a difference. Its location, just a few minutes from the airport, is incredibly convenient, especially for short stays or transit. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and I also tried the spa this time, which was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. On the downside, I noticed the bedding had a slight fragrance scent. It wasn’t a major issue, but I would have preferred a no-fragrance option if I had known in advance. Compared to my stay two years ago, the property is also starting to show a bit of age. Overall, it’s still a very comfortable and reliable choice, and I would gladly stay here again.

The only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

La habitación es pequeña, especialmente la cama indonesia, que mide sólo 0,9 metros. Pero las condiciones sanitarias son buenas. No muy lejos del aeropuerto. El servicio realmente no fue muy bueno, especialmente cuando nadie respondió a la primera llamada de recogida. Hubo una mala comunicación lingüística cuando recibí la llamada. Después de colgar la llamada, no pude coordinar la recogida. Cuando llegué por primera vez a Indonesia, había muchos autos sospechosos en el aeropuerto y los conductores también eran sospechosos. Sin embargo, después de familiarizarse con las reglas de recogida en el aeropuerto, contáctenos con anticipación (debe tener un número local para conectarse a WhatsApp). Recoger en el aeropuerto es difícil sin un número local. Otros hoteles tienen situaciones similares. Se recomienda que Ctrip Business Travel reserve un servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto de pago.

Por favor, ¿por qué me entero ahora de que hay un hotel cerca del aeropuerto con servicio de transporte gratuito (máximo 1 maleta, si llevas más, paga 15.000 por maleta)? La habitación es muy cómoda, aunque pequeña, y además es barata.

Cerca del aeropuerto y con fácil registro. El hotel está a solo 10 minutos. Desde la Terminal 2 hasta el hotel D'Prima, solo 73 100 rupias. El personal es amable y servicial. Y lo más importante, ¡el hotel tiene un local de Roti'O!

Muy buena atención. Habitación limpia, cama cómoda, ducha con buena presión y buen desayuno tradicional. Perfecto para descansar después de un viaje largo. Ofrecen servicio de transporte cada hora desde y para el aeropuerto.

El hotel estaba limpio. El personal masculino de recepción fue grosero, pero el personal femenino fue amable y atento. El desayuno era regular (pero el precio de la habitación era económico). Es importante destacar que está muy cerca del aeropuerto, a menos de 15 minutos, y el hotel ofrece servicio de transporte. Hay algunas tiendas de comida indonesia, tiendas de conveniencia y supermercados cerca. Muy conveniente. Recomendado para viajeros que necesitan alojarse una noche y tienen un vuelo al día siguiente.

Aproveché este vuelo porque eran las 6:30. Para viajar entre la T3, puedes reservar un servicio de transporte gratuito al realizar el check-in. Tardaste 6 minutos desde la T2 a la T3. La entrada del hotel está frente a A&W en la planta de salidas de la T2, y desde allí hay una rampa y escaleras, y más allá una escalera mecánica. Hay dos escalones que suben desde la recepción. Había un miembro del personal allí que me ayudó a llevar mi maleta. Hay alrededor de 40 habitaciones en cada lado, y las alfombras son de pelo largo, por lo que las ruedas dificultan su movimiento. Aunque no la pedí, había cerveza disponible en el servicio de habitaciones, ya que había botellas de cerveza Bintang vacías en el pasillo. La habitación era espaciosa y tenía comodidades.

Este hotel es bastante estándar y relativamente nuevo. Hay muchas habitaciones, pero es un poco difícil encontrarlas. Hay muchos dispensadores de agua en el pasillo. Había contactado con un conductor para que me recogiera, pero no pude comunicarme con él por WhatsApp, así que llamé a un servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto.

The hotel is situated in a pretty strategic location. Very close to the shops and just around the corner of the airport. The staffs are pretty friendly and helpful to arrange shuttle service to the airport. You just need to clearly state your terminal based on your domestic/ international flight and the driver will take you to the correct one. Less headaches esp.if you’re not familiar with the surroundings. 😊😊
