La vista desde la playa, la piscina y la recepción es excepcional. Sin embargo, los terrenos son grandes, por lo que moverse para comer, etc., es una molestia. Además, el edificio no pone énfasis en la vista desde la habitación. Esta vez llegué en un vuelo por la mañana, así que tuve que esperar unas tres horas para registrarme. Esperaba cierta flexibilidad y consideración por parte de un resort de lujo, pero no pude conseguir eso cuando hice una reserva a través de Trip.com en lugar de su propio sitio web. Sólo había un lugar para comer, probablemente porque era fuera de temporada, y no parecía que tuvieran todos los menús. Es un complejo sin nada alrededor, así que me gustaría ver alguna mejora. La playa se ve hermosa, pero si eres descuidado, te atraerán las moscas chupasangre que te dejarán con mucha picazón en los ojos, así que ten cuidado.

Credit to all the staff at the hotel—it was truly a pleasure to stay here. It’s wonderful to see genuine smiles and feel the warmth from every single person in the property. This was our first trip and also our honeymoon, which made the experience even more special. On our first day, we woke up early morning to heavy rain and strong winds, which was quite scary. We called the receptionist, and they kindly reassured us that everything was fine. Later at breakfast, Ms. Rhesa (the supervisor, I believe) approached us, checked on how we were doing, and asked if we needed anything. She also gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit around the city. Mr. Adam was also very kind and shared great suggestions for attractions. I would also like to mention Kristin and her colleagues for the wonderful greeting we received upon our arrival at night—it made us feel very welcomed from the first moment. Special thanks as well to Nora, one of the waiters, for taking great care of us on our last day. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality. Special credit to the management for selecting such a wonderful team to represent this great brand.

Это один из самых лучших отелей на моем веку, всего 11 простых, просторных милых домиков утопающих в цветах и зелени, расположены в тихом месте, немного поодаль от других отелей, все рядом, пляж, бассейн, кафе (всегда был интернет), домики просторные, кондей в общем все удобства и по нормальной цене. Еда в ресторане конечно не для мясоедов, в основном были море продукты (очень вкусно приготовлены), ассортимент не очень большой, но голодным точно не останешься. Самое главное отношение, персонал отеля - очень дружелюбные люди, откликаются на любые просьбы, в нашей компании у одной девочки был день рождения, так они с нами готовились к поздравлениям, приготовили тортик, и поздравляли вместе с нами) Если мы еще раз полетим на Белитунг, то только туда!!!

In general it was a good stay. We booked a superior room, but the AC did not work. Took around 2 hours for the staff to move us to another room. The good thing is they upgraded our new room to deluxe, which is much appreciated. The staff are friendly, basic amenities are available, parking is plenty. But the cleanness of the room and swimming pool, i particular can be much improved. The variety of brakfast day to day is fine, I expected coffee machine and traditional food, which were not provided.

Kamarnya luas , pemadangan jalan & pantai tanjung pendam (executive suite) , ada bathup , kamarbersih , cumawanginya aja kurang , ac nya dingin banget , fasilitas kamar banyak , kulkasmini, tv luamyan besar 43inc dengan youtube, Kekurangan : parkir motor kepanasan saya lihat ngak ada knopi & mobil pun pnya saya kepanasan , karena hanya bbrp yg ada knopinya..

lokasi enak buat traveler yg naik express bahari , jalankaki 15 menit sampe , staff ramah , fasilitas cukup buat harga segitu , hnya msalah colokan listrik di kamar kurang terutama dengan tempat tidur.. ada1 tapi uda rusak.. dikamar saya.
