Everything about this place is divine! The street you drive down is a skinny windy street covered in flowers leading you to the most scenic view of the ocean in Paros. The front entry with the tables for the resteraunt next door is stunning, the beautiful stairs down to the pebbly beach where the waves lapping over the rocks could put the fussiest baby to sleep. When you walk in you are greeted by the happiest and most hospitable ladies you could wish for who tell you all the great spots around the island and would help you with anything. Then you have the actual room, ours was the deluxe triple room it has a kitchen with table and all you need for making your own food and a fridge big enough to fit everything. The bathroom and shower were a great size and the washing machine was a god send to get all our washing up to date. The beds were comfy and the room spacious enough to move around. The aircon worked perfectly and the balcony was the place to sit and watch the world go by. You would think it couldn’t get better and then you get asked what you would like to choose to be cooked for breakfast! The food was amazing, each day everything was fresh even the breads and croissants you couldn’t want for more. I would come back in a heart beat, our family adored this place and it will be etched in our hearts with the memories we made there.

We had a wonderful stay at Doukissa Hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the port, close to the town centre, and only a few minutes from the beach, making it an ideal base for exploring Paros. Our first impression was that it felt like stepping into a charming old mansion with plenty of character. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and it had the warm, welcoming atmosphere of a family-run property. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always happy to help. They assisted us with everything we needed, including arranging a taxi to the airport the next morning, which turned out to be even cheaper than Uber. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated thoughtful touches like the complimentary slippers, which we rarely came across during our travels in Europe. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent location, comfortable rooms, genuine hospitality, and outstanding service. We’d definitely stay here again.

La habitación era perfecta, tal y como se describía y se veía en las fotos. La cama era muy cómoda y había una pequeña nevera y un balcón muy bonito y bastante grande. El personal es muy amable y nos dieron un mapa al llegar y explicaciones de todo lo que visitar en la isla y hasta donde comer.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Breakfast is very good, location is close to the port, if u don’t feel like renting a car, this hotel takes $ 20 euros to come from the port and you can just relax here. I mean a taxi. Hotel staffs are very helpful, we also enjoyed the beach just 5 min walk from the front of the hotel. Our room needs some improvement but you can book better room I’m sure, I booked mine in such last minute, got a room has garden view not sea view, but it is at the main bldg we do not need to drag our big luggage onto slope or stairs, so I have no complaint about that. We had dinner at the hotel, lamb shank is excellent and not expensive, we paid more $ at Naoussa, and the food is actually better here, calamari is very good too. Only one issue I have is bug inside the room, I had to call the reception lady to come inside my room to help me kill a bug in the bathroom. Well, I live in Florida with tropical garden settings, I am not surprise to see bugs, but inside a hotel room is not quite good. Overall I would give 4 star, that bug took away the one star.

We had such a great stay at Mersina Rooms, despite visiting Naoussa at off season. Anna was so lovely, kept constant communication with us, even out of hours, gave us plenty of recommendations of places that we could still visit despite many places being closed. She helped me find buses with really clear and helpful instructions. I think the entire hotel was empty despite us, yet we still felt right at home and the check-in and check-out service was made easy for us. It would have been great to sample the dining area downstairs but that's our fault for booking off season! The room itself was decorated lovely, really cosy and aircon was easy to use. Loved our little balcony and seating area outside. Would definitely visit again when the town is more busy!

Great location, nice workers and good breakfast

Para ser honesto, el Akrotiri Hotel no fue uno de mis hoteles favoritos durante mi estancia en Grecia. Paros es una isla sueñada, pero no tener un coche puede hacer que sea difícil visitar lugares del propio Akrotiri Hotel, ya que no se ha proporcionado un transbordador a la ciudad. Unfortunately, my stay was affected by a very concerning incident. I handed my luggage to the concierge for safekeeping, and when I received it back, I discovered that several personal items were missing, including a purse and a perfume. I immediately reported the matter to management and requested their cooperation in investigating what happened and reviewing the CCTV footage. I am not making any accusations, but the circumstances were extremely concerning, especially as the items went missing after my luggage was handed over to the concierge. This incident significantly affected my experience, and I would strongly advise guests to take extra care of their valuable belongings. للأسف، تأثرت إقامتي بحادثة مقلقة جدًا. سلّمت أمتعتي للكونسيرج لحفظها، وعند استلامها اكتشفت اختفاء عدة مقتنيات شخصية، من ضمنها شنطة يد وعطر. أبلغت الإدارة فورًا وطلبت تعاونهم في التحقيق ومراجعة كاميرات المراقبة. أنا لا أوجّه أي اتهام، لكن ملابسات اختفاء المقتنيات كانت مقلقة جدًا، خصوصًا أنها اختفت بعد تسليم أمتعتي للكونسيرج. هذه الحادثة أثرت بشكل كبير على تجربتي، وأنصح الضيوف بأخذ احتياطات إضافية مع مقتنياتهم الثمينة.

What really set this hotel apart was the heart and soul behind it—Vagelis, the hotel owner. From the outset, Vagelis made us feel like family. His warm, welcoming personality is truly one-of-a-kind, and it’s clear that he takes great pride in ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. He went out of his way to share local secrets with us—hidden beaches, delicious tavernas, and picturesque Lefkes we would have otherwise missed. His tips were invaluable, and his passion for his island and its culture was contagious. If you’re looking for an authentic Greek experience with a personal touch, this hotel is the place to stay. We’ll definitely be back! Not to mention, the large rooms, comfy bed, close proximity to Naoussa and ocean views! It’s all tops in out book!
