Very friendly staff at check in. Room very clean, decor in good order and nicely presented. Bathroom very clean and in good order. Had an evening meal in the pub which we were very happy with - food tasty, nicely cooked and good value for money. The only negative for us was that the room was very cold when we arrived,just 16.5 degrees. We turned the thermostat up to 20 degrees but this temperature was not reached for several hours.

I remember watching the hotel being built and said I would never stay there! How wrong I was! It's so quiet and very convenient for everything. Good choice of food for breakfast, even gluten free! The staff were always polite and helpful, replenishing food as it was used. Choice of coffee/tea. Can fully recommend this hotel and would/will definitely stay there again! Thank you Holiday Inn express!

Room was very hot with no air con so none of my business colleagues got much sleep/ rest. A small fan in the room didn't do a lot. Staff weren't the most helpful or clear. We booked a spa hotel so our team could relax in the morning and get a jacuzzi following a long work day the day before. The hotel then told us we had to pay an extra £30 to use the spa as we had booked through trip.com and not direct (which would've been free spa access). It just felt like we were being charged the commission they have to pay booking playforms. Overall I wouldn't book the hotel as we came away unrested and not relaxed. Hotel looked nice, but a bit dated overall.

The exterior and common ground are clean and well maintained. The 2 rooms we stayed on reminded me of my student dorm during university days. Guess different portion of the house has different standard room. Rooms are definitely outdated, and the carpet needs cleaning, It does smell damp. Overall, it is reasonably good.

Just outstanding service all around. Whatever we asked for - can you keep some of our food in fridge yes. Can we have bowl for own cereals, yes, can we have extra blanket yes, can we have chilled water yes. All yes with a smile. Manager Vishal Chib and Receptionist Kyi Kyi were just outstanding. Wish other UK hotels learn what is service from them!

Vine a Swindon de THAME para hacer mi prueba DVSA, y lo pasé. Sólo porque el hotel Village era cómodo y tuve un gran descanso nocturno. Toma un pueblo 🙃

The location was good with good restaurants near by. The room was neat and clean, but was so compact. The breakfast was nice, but there wasn't much option, but good for the price.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Comfortable bed, the shower is working properly. We enjoyed the stay itself. The only thing is that we booked the hotel for the big amount of people and the prices were growing accordingly. So the stay for the first and the last person who booked the hotel was twice smaller / bigger. Consider that and you’ll be fine.

La habitación está muy bien, muy limpia y muy agradable. ¡Definitivamente vale la pena! Mi único negativo es el mattresses son primavera, así que puede sentirse bastante duro y en la noche las puertas pueden ser altas si no se cierran suavemente!

La habitación era muy confortable, la habitación era muy limpia y la habitación era muy limpia. La ubicación era central. Ha habido un pago en línea de 100 libras antes de compartir los detalles de autocontrol, que aún no se han devuelto. Espero que se resuelva pronto.
