維多利亞時期的老房子，三人間是在半地下室，到門口先別著急搬箱子，要是住地下的話有小路。朋友説早餐的巧克力醬好吃，點的英式經典早餐裏烤番茄很好吃，香腸實測不好吃。看日出很方便，出門走幾步就是了。去白崖打車不到20分鐘。

酒店位置很好，從火車站走過去 12 分鐘左右。前台的小哥很熱情且耐心。我們到的時候已經是晚上了。他還是一點點的給我們介紹。而且酒店是寵物友好酒店，看到好多可愛的狗狗啊！！

Evitar este lugar a todos los costos. El gerente es chocantemente rudo y trata a los huéspedes con un sentido absoluto de desrespetozero de servicio al cliente. La matriz fue horrible, como dormir en primavera. Esta no es una estancia tranquila, sino una experiencia deplorable. Eastbourne tiene mejores opciones no desperdicie su dinero aquí.

El hotel es un hotel de gran tamaño en la frente del mar. Había una habitación de vistas al mar con balcón muy grande y recientemente decorado, pero la ausencia de cualquier fotografía o arte de pared hizo que la habitación se sintiera un poco fuerte. Overall, it was a really good experience. The staff were really nice, and the location was great. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, and opening the window gets the bugs in. The walls weren’t soundproof either, so I was woken by the neighbours chatting and laughing at 4 am.

La habitación era limpia, aunque en la habitación 19 había un techo que faltaba por el radiador y la silla en la habitación necesitaba tirar. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Muchos camas y toallas y té/cafe bien almacenados. El marco de cama de bunk en la habitación de la familia 110 era muy amargo y nos mantuvo a la altura. Y la pared fuera del baño tenía una gran crack y techo tintado con marcas invisiblemente marrón. En general, no es malo considerar que nos encontramos en la situación y que las opciones eran mínimas.

Downside was the size of the room, basically just big enough for a double bed and thats it, it was also very very hot in the room with no fan and a tiny window which barely let a breeze in also the bed wasn't very thick you could feel and hear the springs. TV was very small too, if we'd just been staying 1 or 2 nights I feel we wouldn't of minded too much but for a 4 night stay and the cost as well I expected it to be alot nicer. The towels were changed regularly though and it was very clean, staff were also very accommodating so can't fault them.

It was located next to the pier and close the food places. Location wise 10/10. The room was spacious but the shower was not the cleanest. Hospitality and service was very nice

A Great Stay. I extended my time there after my initial booking. Amil, at reception, was polite and helpful and helped with all my requests. The room was one of the modernised ones and had nice bright decor with a very comfortable single bed and a very good bathroom with a Bath as well as a powerful shower. The hotel is in a perfect position - a walk to the town centre or the beach taking just minutes. I think that I booked for 1 or 2 days initially, but ended up staying for over a week, so that proves something. It was Excellent value as well - as a solo traveller I often stay in single rooms - but the Doubles/Twins didn't cost much more and I would have happily stayed in one of them if a single hadn't been available. If I had to pick negatives - No working Lift so that could be a problem for some and No Internet access - though I'm told the system is being upgraded. Again, not a problem for me. I'd certainly stay again and I intend to, soon. Well Done All.
