UUsuario invitadoStayed for two nights in this beautiful country hotel. A very warm welcome on arrival and then shown to a beautiful large room, The Kedleston. It had everything you could wish for and a very comfortable bed. I was staying to visit relatives nearby but it would make an excellent base for exploring the area. Kedleston Hall, National Trust is on the doorstep and a must to visit. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, I didn’t eat in the evenings but the menu looked really good and if breakfast was anything to go on it will be fabulous. I will definitely return to stay and also take my family to the restaurant. Thank you to all your excellent staff for a very enjoyable stay.

JJoannebtfWe recently stayed at this hotel and were very impressed by the staff — they were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable, which made a positive difference.
However, the interior of the rooms did not quite match the photos provided online. Our group stayed in three different rooms, and unfortunately, none of the thermal meters were functioning properly. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to fall asleep. In my own room, the washbasin was also clogged, which caused further inconvenience.

PPinkFrom the outside, the hotel makes a charming first impression with its elegant façade, ornate balconies, and a warmly lit lobby that exudes a sense of old-world charm. The check-in process is smooth, and the staff are courteous and eager to help.
The room was clean and spacious, the décor is a bit dated but it adds a character to the place and I like it. The only small issue was, there’s no window only a door to the balcony which is locked and we cannot access it making the room stuffy.
Also, it was difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep due to a noise of exhaust fan in the bathroom throughout the night.
The bed was comfortable and having an iron was a bonus.
Will I stay again? Definitely.
