UUsuario invitadoNot worth the price. The place is stunning don’t get me wrong. However, it was a bit disappointing in terms of hospitality and the cleanliness of the hotel room was a bit disgusting with a vape and used slippers under the bed with hairs in the bath upon arrival. Furthermore, no TV remote and any information of what to do in the hotel.
Breakfast was brilliant but when you weigh the price of the hotel and the hospitality, I just don’t think £300 was worth the stay. Furthermore, the spa was rammed with children and parents so the size to person ratio was a bit much. Furthermore, restaurants are always booked up and it’s difficult to get a reservation unless you want to end up in the horsebox restaurant last minute.
Bartender was rude when under pressure from the restaurant as I asked for a drinks menu, to which he pointed me to go and get the menu for it. So just ultimately a bit disappointing especially since a room is nearly half a grand.

PPBBLIUA very lovely cottage! New, impeccably clean, and comfy. It is close to the town centre of Bourton on the Water, convenient even for those who are not arriving by car. The breakfast was in good portions and was delicious especially the scrambled eyes. It was the best breakfast I had throughout my 2 weeks in the UK.
Cotswold is a beautiful area that deserves to be explored on foot if weather permits. I regret that I had only scheduled a 2-night stay, look forward to visit again

DDavid WachendorferMansley refers to their properties as ”managed apartments”. There is no on site staff, you check in online and get a single code that gets you into the building, your room, and the parking. They are very attentive during the stay to make sure you know that if you need anything they are a phone call away. I absolutely love this concept! The property itself appears to have been recently renovated and in immaculate condition. The room was stunning. You walk into a living room area with kitchen with soaring 2 story ceilings. The bedroom is an upstairs loft with king size bed. Towels, linens, mattress, coffee service, etc. are all top of the line. The location can't be beat. Right in the heart of town center with everything you could possible need a short walk away. They have a secure parking lot right next to the property as well. I have stayed at all of the trendy hotels in Cheltenham. This is by far my favorite. Won't stay anywhere else when in Cheltenham. Can't wait to try another Mansley property.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación era insensible y llena de personajes. El personal era amable, bienvenido y super útil - no nos encontramos en otoño, el perro residente, pero esperamos en nuestra próxima estancia. ¡Seguramente volveremos! El Limoncello también fue un gran plus - cosas increíbles!

朱朱La ubicación es buena, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. El English Manor Hotel es muy acogedor y confortable, con una amplia zona de césped y una amplia vista. El hotel no solo tiene billares ingleses, sino también un restaurante Michelin, que es muy delicioso. Las habitaciones son grandes y ordenadas, las camas son cómodas, los baños son espaciosos y el jardín está lleno de flores. El más recomendado es el vino del hotel, que es muy delicioso y agridulce.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación estaba muy bien decorada y la madrastra estaba firme y cómoda para ponerle como, pero las galletas eran muy suaves. El baño no se deshidrató, así que tuvimos 4 pulgadas de agua sucia de nuestras duchas durante el día (lo mencionamos al personal tan pronto como nos dimos cuenta). El hotel de Staw ha permitido a los perros en el interior, por lo que en la mañana hemos encontrado un pelo de perro en la placa de desayuno. El hotel está muy cerca de la zona de la ciudad, pero no se puede hacer nada. Diciendo que el personal intentó acomodarnos lo mejor que podían, pero también tuvieron que seguir las reglas de la casa

a little fragmented and confusing not helped by one of the group moving the nameplaces around
Some guests tried it on complaining their food was inadequate but in fact most of us found the food was really nice and to top it top it all we all got a substantial reduction in price. The management redeemed themselves entirely. Would I stay again, yes we would as we think it is a work in progress.
