UUsuario invitadoEl personal fue encantador. Llevé a mi perro, que les encantó, y me dieron una habitación preciosa, muy tranquila y agradable. La ducha era genial y la cama comodísima. ¡Café gratis por la mañana, una delicia! Era un sitio muy agradable para sentarse y relajarse abajo, con un ambiente muy agradable y me sentí totalmente relajado y como en casa. Probablemente uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado; me encantó alojarme aquí. ¡Sin duda volveré!

CClar65El hotel Chester está cerca de la ciudad y un hotel de calidad que sospechamos sería clasificado más alto si tuviera el gimnasio y la piscina y el spa que muchos hoteles de cinco estrellas tienen. Pero no son necesarios. La habitación era de buena tamaño, con todas las instalaciones necesarias. La habitación era muy buena, la habitación era muy buena, la puerta de la ducha se levantó un poco, pero no se levantó ningún problema. El bloqueo de la puerta no se abrió, pero no nos preocupaba porque había una puerta cerrada entre nuestra puerta y los espacios públicos. Volveremos a utilizarlo con alegría, especialmente porque los precios eran razonables y las normas y la calidad eran muy buenas en nuestra experiencia.

UUsuario invitadoVery convenient for my conference at P&J live which is literally a stone throw away. Front dest is efficient and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. No significant noise despite near the airport. About 30 min bus ride to the centre, bus stop is 2 min walk away.

OOzzy_WarOverall the experience was good.
Good points: The location is excellent and the free parking is a good option for people driving. The host is excellent and very friendly and went out of the way and accommodated my requests.
Points to improve: Had a couple of minor issues in the beginning which the host resolved promptly, the flat seems abit tired may need refreshing. The main downside for me are the sea gulls, the flat was quite warm and you had to open the window a little for fresh air and when you do that it appears that just next to the flat the seagulls have a party every night and they scream throughout the night so it is abit hard to sleep. Obviously its not in the hosts control but it is an unfortunate issue.

UUsuario invitadoWe recently went on a family trip and stayed for two nights, making two separate bookings. On the last night, the receptionist informed us that our room was not included for children. However, the website clearly stated that children under 12 stay for free. I didn't want to argue in front of the kids, but despite the receptionist's smile, we didn’t feel welcomed at all. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

UUsuario invitadoI had some pizza ordered and I can say it was the worst pizza ever. Even one from Asda is better. Never again. The restaurant was not serving food because the time of the day except some crap pizza.
I have paid 17 pounds for a cold pizza with crap meat just thrown on it. It was a rip off.

ZzjcuiB y B convenientemente ubicados al otro lado de la calle desde la entrada principal de Univ Aberdeen. Se puede ir andando al centro de la ciudad (20 minutos) o al centro de exposiciones y coferencia de Aberdeen (30 minutos), pero hay frecuentes servicios de autobús en ambos sentidos. La casera y el propietario son muy agradables. Buen desayuno. Habitación bien equipada con baño. ¡Muy recomendable!

UUsuario invitadoUnfortunately our room smelt of damp/wet dog so went to reception to inform them and asked for an air freshener, the gentleman at reception went and spoke with someone else and then took me to see 2 other rooms, these rooms both had the same smell so we stuck with the room we were currently in as we had our 4 year old with us. The gentleman from reception came back with some air freshener spray which I was allowed to use and then he took it away again.
We have stayed here a few times before and never noticed the smell. The carpet was filthy/old as well which was probably where the smell was coming from.
The breakfast was okay, 1 pancake machine which took ages to make pancakes which our 4 year old wanted but because it was popular there was always a queue, could be doing with another couple of them?
I don't think we will stay here again, which is unfortunate as it's where we usually stay as it's easy to get to and not right in the middle of the city and has ample parking.

UUsuario invitadoWent for breakfast, the fire alarm was going off in the restaurant, staff did not know how to switch the alarm off, everyone stayed in the room, staff continued to work. After 10/15 minutes I went to Premier Inn reception to complain as the noise was deafening. The manager had to go the the restaurant to ask the breakfast guests to leave and organise how to switch the alarm off. She apologies and refunded our breakfast cost, good for her. But where is the staff weekly training. There could have been a real fire and they were clueless.

Stayed here for one night with my wife and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. A comfortable place to stay, perfect for visiting the castle nearby. Highly recommend this hotel!
