The capsule room was about the size of a bed, with enough extra space for a small suitcase or backpack. It was comfortable and provided everything I needed to relax and enjoy some quiet time. I slept well, and both the bed and pillow were comfortable. However, the shared bathroom facilities were disappointing. The toilets and showers were not particularly clean. Since the facilities are shared by all guests, I was surprised that the shower doors were made of frosted glass and that there was no proper changing area. The ground floor is a food court, and when I sat down to eat food I had bought elsewhere, I was asked not to. There is a small kitchen with a microwave, which I appreciated, but there were no frying pans or plates, and some of the tables and chairs were damaged. On the positive side, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff. The room in the back was set up as a coworking space, which was really useful and helped me get some work done. There were also lockers near the reception where I could leave my luggage, which was very convenient. Overall, there were some good points, but the bathroom facilities and kitchen area could definitely be improved.

You can buy ticket next to the tram stop. It’s two stops from hotel to Westfield , town and some few sighting etc. Some places you can walk around 10-20 mins. Free WiFi inside the hotel Staff : 7/10 Lift : 10/10

Esta buen para pasar un par de noches, la habitación era un poco pequeña pero es cómoda . Es limpio. Hay opción de parking gratuito. El personal es muy amable.

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

The hotel is located in a good location right across Lille Flanders station and a short walk from Lille Europe and Old Town - however, it is very noisy in the room, as the rooms are close to ground floor where there are many pubs and restaurants. The soundproofing is not good and I can hear the cars and other noises throughout the night. It is convenient to eat nearby the hotel but I found it difficult to rest at night and didn't sleep well. The room I got was rather small but had a small wardrobe and a desk, a chair and small couch. The walls were kind of dirty for a 3 star hotel, and the floorboards seemed to be old/suffered water damage and were uneven to step on. Light switches has visible dust which is not so pleasant. Other than that, the cleanliness was fine and the bed was okay. The bathroom has some issues as the sink does not drain properly and so the water only goes down after one night. The shower is okay but the water pressure is a bit low. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel reception is also the waiting staff for the pub directly under the hotel rooms, so it takes a while for them to have time to attend to you. I think overall it is okay for just 1 night but I personally couldn't take it and left earlier than my check out date. The rooms seem to vary quite a lot from review pictures as it is an old building so every room is a different layout, so some are nicer than others. I think the hotel is not up to a 3 star rating but it's ok if you are just transiting and need a bed to rest on for one night.

Habitación muy grande y limpia. Además, una pequeña placa bien cerrada que permite hacer té o café con una pequeña torta. Parking seguro de animales aceptados. El pequeño balcón era agradable. Sin embargo, el baño está a punto de volver a ver: problema de flujo, pequeña ducha con sólo un cortina de ducha.

Stayed at Premiere Classe Lhomme on my way from Calais having crossed over from Dover by ferry (see attached picture), all hotels were booked out in the area so it was a case of not having any choice, was vers pleased though, especially with staff who were all very nice. Campanile next door looks better though.
