Our visit to Champagne Domaine Sacret was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Champagne. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, authentic, and incredibly well thought out. This is a family-owned B&B. The setting in Aÿ is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful vineyards that perfectly capture the charm of the Champagne region. The hospitality was exceptional; the hosts were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, complimentary champagne tasting every evening at 6 pm is cherry on the cake. The champagne itself was outstanding—refined, elegant, and memorable. Each tasting came with insightful explanations, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. You can really feel the craftsmanship and heritage behind every bottle. What stood out the most was how personal and genuine the entire visit felt. It wasn’t just a tasting—it was an immersive experience into the world of champagne making. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region. Whether you’re a champagne enthusiast or just looking for a unique and relaxing experience, this is a must-visit.

Elegimos este hotel por su conveniente ubicación y aparcamiento privado. La habitación era espaciosa y bonita, la cama king-size era muy cómoda y la suite de un dormitorio era muy tranquila. Sin embargo, el sofá cama era muy fino y blando, como dormir sobre una malla metálica. Sería difícil para una familia de cuatro dormir en el sofá, y aún más difícil para los adultos.

Hotel encantador y elegante, excelente servicio de piscina con champán frío y otras bebidas, agua de piscina a temperatura ideal y cocina deliciosa en el restaurante (mejor escargo que jamás hayamos comido) Gracias al personal del hotel (sobre todo cuando la señora que nos acogió fue muy amable y eficaz) todo el personal que nos acogió con mucho profesionalismo y buen humor en todos los espacios del hotel!

La ubicación es mejor cerca de la estación de tren, se puede llegar a muy cerca de caminar, la antigua zona no está lejos, el personal de servicio es muy amable, la habitación es muy amplia y limpia, todo es valioso, el desayuno es muy diverso. Vale la pena recomendar

Above expectation! Despite ongoing renovations and no parking on the premises, everything about this business hotel is spot on. The triple room we had was newly renovated and spotless. Even the hairdryer worked well and did the job fast. We forgot some items in the room when checking out and the hotel contacted us immediately via the app’s messaging system. Price was a bit high but for a last-minute find, this place is a gem. 10 minutes to the cathedral of Reims on foot. Didn’t get the breakfast, so can’t comment.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Fantastic location right next to the cathedral !  Easy to get around the city center and many restaurants options near by.  The rooms are a bit old but considering the location it may be the best option in the area.  Highly recommended !

Teníamos una habitación con ventanas a la calle, por lo que era un poco alto ya que la calle está ocupada. Pero nuestra estadía fue grande. Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

El hotel está muy bien situado en la antigua ciudad y es fácil de encontrar . El spa no es del hotel, pero está situado en la misma casa y a las 14:00, por lo que no podíamos usarlo. Recepción profesional tan rápida. No hemos utilizado el desayuno porque se puede tomar el desayuno en el bar de la calle en la esquina. Lamentablemente, hay un estacionamiento no útil para nosotros porque llegamos. Pero la recepción del hotel nos ha permitido encontrar otro. En conjunto, hemos dormido muy bien el aire acondicionado también estaba bien configurado.
