Really enjoyed the two night stay here. Its located in the middle of the country with very little nearby. You need to drive here and have access to car/bikes during your stay. We had our own bikes and they had a secure cycle store onsite which was very handy. Easy 20 min cycle into town, slightly harder up hill ride back! The design of this hotel is super, so many details it's hard to list but the rooms are well designed with good amount of surfaces and storage for 2 people! Beautiful little window seats to take in the view. Coffee and coffee machine provided. Stunning heated pool facing into the vineyards, two saunas and a steamroom. Breakfast was excellent, a little slow on service to be honest but excellent nonetheless. We taxied out one night (no issues getting out and back) and ate in the hotel on the second night. Dinner was also excellent as well. Highly recommend and would return.

Where do I start! This seems to be the first review in a couple of years, things have not improved. Located on an industrial estate outside of Reims, but way too far to walk into the city, the area is bland to say the least. It faces a coach depot and a garage with a housing estate to the side and rear. For some reason the hotel is split into two buildings about 100m apart. The rooms are basic to say the least, they are small, hot, cramped with lino floors and bear no resemblance to the provided photos. You can easily touch the ceiling, the bath is tiny, the bathroom adequate at best, there is no safe, only one chair and if you put your feet out of the bottom of the bed you can touch the far wall with your feet. On a plus note the bed was quite comfortable and the place was clean. I cannot tell you what the evening food was like as we did not eat. Breakfast was not bad, having a reasonable choice of dishes on offer. I can tell you that other than being told we could not have a drink as we were not ordering food, and our friends being told that they could not eat their own at the tables outside I was not impressed. There appears to be an issue with security in the area... PLEASE take note. A motorbike was stolen from outside of the hotel around the time of our stay and our friends were approached by some shady taxi touting for business. This place is at best adequate for an overnight stop if you are looking for a cheap place to stay. Other than that, go elsewhere.

La exposición en el parque de coches no es clara, pero una vez entendí que todo funcionó. Muy limpio. Muy nuevo. La cama era de buena tamaño con una matrícula muy firme. TV y WiFi están bien. El principal problema era encontrar el hotel, ya que cuando pulsa el enlace que le lleva al centro de Betheny, que, aunque muy agradable, no es donde está el hotel. ¡Tenemos que introducir la dirección en los mapas de Google para encontrarla a unos minutos de la autopista y no 10-15!

Bonjour, je ne viendrais plus dans cet hôtel Première Classe de Tinqueux Ouest!! Les chambres sont insonorisé, à partir de 5h du matin, une personne fais du ménage et fais du bruit!!! Impossible de dormir avec ses bruit de saut d’eau, le personnel fais serte sont travaille mais n’a pas de conscience du faite que des gens veulent dormir!! Déjà venu y’a un mois et c’etais pareil, un vrai cauchemar!! Je voulais revenir dans cet hôtel pour réessayer mais la je vois que ça ne changera pas! Si vous voulez dormir, passez votre chemin et ne venait plus dans cette hôtel il y a beaucoup mieux que ça avec un meilleur tarif. Pas la peine de discuter avec les personnels de cette hôtel car j’en ai déjà parlé et on m’a dit qu’ils vont faire le nécessaire mais la je vois que ça n’a pas l’air de changer et de comprendre, me reste encore une nuit horrible à passer!!! Bon courage pour les autres qui passent leur séjour!

El hotel está situado en una zona de otros hoteles de autopista a pocos minutos de la autopista tan conveniente. El hotel dispone de una piscina al lado del restaurante, que fue obviamente un gran golpe con familias, y un gran jardín. Los perros son permitidos por lo que nos reservamos. Hay un desayuno bufé. No había nada para comer en el restaurante como vegan, así que ordené una comida Uber y mi marido comió allí. Le disfrutó la carne de vacuno y las patatas fritas. Y el desayuno buffet no tenía leche libre ni margarina. Así que tostadas secas con jamón. Hotel reciente y en pie bien entretenido y bien seguro gracias a su aparcamiento cerrado, acogida agradable, decoración de la recepción y espacios verdes. Cama espaciosa, tranquila, limpia y cómoda, lamentable que el baño sea una cabina de plástico y exigente, idéntica a las que se encontraban en los hoteles de primera clase de primera generación, Vive los golpes de cuello en el mitigador y la cortina de ducha que se pega a la piel... Es una lástima que en caso de calor fuerte no hay clima, y que, al contrario, se prohíba formal y estrictamente tocar el ajuste del radiador con sanciones En caso de gran frío (que se hará 19°C y no uno más). Esto es comprensible ... Pero las carteles amenazantes con texto en rojo y destacado muestran una ligera falta de atención del cliente ...
