Hoteles en Lyon con aparcamiento

La habitación es grande pero no hay muchos muebles, solo tiene cama, mesa y sillas, pero hay una cocina con casi todos los utensilios de cocina y un abridor de botellas (como se espera de Francia) Muy limpio y cómodo. Está situado en la zona residencial de Villeneuve de Lyon. Al lado está el parque Golden Head. Es perfecto para pasear. Los edificios de alrededor son muy franceses y muy bonitos. Algunos de ellos parecen mansiones aristocráticas en películas y animaciones. Está a 2,2 kilómetros a pie desde la estación de tren de Lyon Part Dieu, también se puede tomar un autobús para llegar hasta allí, caminamos con una maleta grande durante casi media hora y disfrutamos del paisaje de la ciudad sin sentirnos cansados. un pase Lyon, por lo que fue muy fácil tomar el autobús. El hotel es un hotel local de cuatro estrellas. Puede tomar el metro hasta la Place Bellecour en el casco antiguo de Lyon. También puede caminar para visitar los lugares pintorescos. También es muy cómodo caminar a lo largo de los ríos Ródano y Saona. El personal de recepción fue muy profesional y respondió todas las preguntas. Su inglés era muy bueno y también proporcionó un mapa. También hay muchos supermercados y restaurantes alrededor del hotel, lo cual es conveniente para comer. Si tiene un pase de tren francés, se recomienda encarecidamente comprar el pase Lyon porque puede obtener casi un 50 % de descuento. El pase puede ir a casi todas las atracciones de Lyon y puede tomar todos los medios de transporte público (incluido el teleférico de la montaña Fourvier). y puede realizar el recorrido en crucero por el río Saona, que es muy conveniente y rentable.

I was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, we encountered a few not very friendly staff at the reception. They didn’t do anything in particular that we would consider rude - but they just had a cold attitude. Some of their staff seem to have treated other guests a little differently for instance walking them to the lift and giving them more information about the hotel. This really impacted our experience at the hotel. However, I must say many of their staff were amazing, just a handful that were very cold and dismissive and this is not the level of hospitality you would expect from such a renowned hotel. The room also looked and felt quite different than what is shown on trip.com and their official website. I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Lyon!

Staying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment. The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very noisy in the morning. Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience: - no kettle (had to be asked for) - just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room - no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with - no safe in the room (common one at the reception) - no fridge (seriously?) - no slippers (and they don’t provide them) - no towel heaters or radiators in the room - just 3 towels for two people, no hand towels - no bath robes - no bide or hygienic shower - no toilet brush (are you for real?) - one trash can (without a bag) - extremely small rooms, no adequate space for two luggage bags On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. Hot and protein-rich options were definitely limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, I was charged 60EUR as a damage deposit which was not stated when I booked a room. I’m yet to have it returned. The hotel/network drives this alleged “eco-friendly” agenda but in reality it’s just extreme economy and penny-pinching at the guests’ expense. Very disappointing. 1/5.

En general, estaba muy satisfecho con el hotel. En particular, creo que su ubicación es probablemente la mejor que puedes conseguir en Lyon por un corto período de estancia. Creo también que fue una muy buena elección en términos de precio-performance. Por supuesto, puedes pagar tarifas mucho más altas para quedarse en hoteles más luxuosos, pero este más que satisface todas las necesidades esenciales. La bienvenida siempre fue caliente y amable. La entrada del hotel fue muy hermosa. La habitación y el baño estaban sin espacio, y la cama también era excelente y perfectamente limpia.  También aprecié el compromiso del hotel con la reducción del uso de plástico y la protección del medio ambiente.  Me gustaba mi estancia en este hotel.

This hôtel is over rated. The reception area is minuscule, the overall layout is complicated with multiple small corridors and more doors than I have ever seen! The cleanliness was ok but it was very dated in the room. I had to cover The bedside table with a towel iPad the wood was chipped. The cushions also do not seem to be changed between customers. The shower was ok but not amazing as the water temperature kept changing on its own (most likely when someone in another room was using hit water). The soap dispenser in the shower contained a good quality soap, but it was almost empty so I couldn’t use it on day 2. I wouldn’t stay there again. The staff were however super helpful and friendly.

Es bastante agradable. El personal parece ser amable y la ubicación es conveniente. Al ser un hotel tipo apartamento, la recepción cobra un depósito por adelantado, que se devuelve al realizar el check-out. Si tiene alguna duda al respecto, considérelo detenidamente. Por lo demás, es un hotel muy cómodo.

El gimnasio, la piscina climatizada y la lavadora son las razones por las que elegí este apartamento con servicios. La habitación es espaciosa y limpia, con un balcón incorporado con vistas a la ciudad y una pequeña cocina con exprimidor, microondas y tostadora. El único inconveniente fue que no había verduras frescas para el desayuno.

Cuando se llenó el aparcamiento, conseguimos una plaza gratuita en el hotel. El servicio fue atento y el joven recepcionista gestionó el problema con acierto. Volveré a alojarme aquí si tengo la oportunidad.

Debido a que está justo afuera de la estación de metro, ¡es muy conveniente! También hay un estacionamiento subterráneo, que permite el acceso directo al hotel. Cuando lo uso, simplemente reemplaza a Kyriad e ibis.
