Bon accueil et petit déjeuner parfait

We had a very enjoyable stay in this very friendly hotel, smiley staff, professional, clean and a good location for us. A big plus was the parking at a very reasonable price! We would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Big thank you to the teamxxxxxxxx

Beware if you think that this ranks with other Ibis Styles range hotels. It is a former Kyriad hotel that suffers from lack of investment. On the plus side, the breakfast area is good and the food on offer provides an excellent start to the day. The staff were great. The beds were comfortable. On the minus side the rooms are small and poorly furnished ( no bedside tables, only one chair between 2 of us..) The bathroom was modern but poorly ventilated and tiny. The underground parking was a nightmare. Getting our SUV into the small spaces was a challenge and getting from the car park up to the hotel was via a very dark spiral staircase. I found the experience really stressful and not worth the price we paid. Avoid.

We spent 2 nights here and it was great for what we wanted. Somewhere with on-site parking and close to the Lyon Metro. This hotel met both requirements; it has an underground secure parking facility for €10 per night and Hénon Metro station is just a few metres away. Staff were friendly and included breakfast a bonus ( and delicious)

In my opinion GOOD + very near the metro station 100m aprox + tv, A/C, fast internet wifi + elevator for 6 level building + hair dryer in the bathroom + very nice design + Hot water comes after 10 seconds (and we stayed at the 6th floor) + shower doors open very quiet, fast and precise + lots of lights everywhere so you can see very good + good breakfast (that is relative) but i think there is enough food: milk, soya milk, fruits already cut in glass, pancakes, butter, yogurt (3 kinds), fruits as they are, ham, eggs, cheese, cereals (corn flakes, granola, chocco pops), dry fruits, croasants, cakes, etc, coffe, there is even a machine that makes orange juice from fresh oranges GOOD/BAD +/- no ventilator in the bathroom (very quiet but also a bit of steam) +/-The reception works only from 7 until 22 o'clock BAD - no wardrobe, only some kind of hanger with coat hangers; it's ok if you are staying for a citybreak, but if you stay for a week or more there is not a lot of space (it depends of what kind of person you are, style, etc) - very used (hat is good and bad in the same time). Very used could mean that a lot of people are staying there because it has a lot of advantages but bad because are a lot of scratches, windows that close very hard, walls, rugs, etc hit, with spots etc - bathroom is very small - small rooms (i think ~15 sm) - in the 4 days we stayed there, no cleaning was made in the room

Hôtel extrêmement bruyant. Nous avions une chambre côté rue et il n y a aucune isolation. Bruits de circulation et de klaxon toute la nuit, gens qui discutent dans la rue. Un enfer nous n avons rien dormi et ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner compris dans le tarif mais sans intérêt.

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre fonctionnelle et confortable et bien insonorisée. Personnel très sympathique, petit déjeuner copieux....bon rapport qualité/ prix...cela fait deux fois que j'y vais et j'y retournerai sans hésitation.

Très bon accueil personnel extrêmement agréable et réacti malgre une forte affluence au petit déjeuner et des machines à café capricieuse. Certes l’hôtel n’est pas le plus moderne des ibis style mais très bon rapport qualité prix et personnel au top
