La ubicación es buena, en el centro de la ciudad, las instalaciones son buenas, relativamente nuevas, relativamente grandes y dignas del nivel de un hotel. Puedes ver la vista de la montaña a través de la ventana. Solo toma unos 5 minutos caminar hasta el castillo. El desayuno en el hotel es normal.

Los amigos a los que fuimos desde el aeropuerto fueron muy convenientes. Sería genial si tomáramos un taxi directamente. Luego, el servicio de recepción fue muy amable. Nos alojamos en muchos hoteles y sentimos que la relación calidad-precio del hotel era muy alta. Recomendado

The room was nice but the layout was super weird . Also since it was under the roof the ceiling was very low so you could not move around as comfortably in some areas. Although the room had an amazing view it had very tiny windows so you basically weren’t able to see the view unless standing on a chair looking out. The employees were super friendly!

It is worth for money and the price was included the breakfast. Free coffee and water for the whole day. 5 minutes walking distance to the train station. The drawback was the room was a bit small and we couldn't open up our big luggage inside the room

Good location. Just 5 minutes walk to Grenoble Bus and train station. Near the river, but river view room is not recommended because of the noise.

Accueil très chaleureux très bien placer à Grenoble à côté tout divertissement , commerces et restauration la chambre est très confortable et bien équipée juste un petit inconvénient le ménage laisse à désirer mais qui m'empêchera pas d'y retourner

Hello, I booked this hotel for the good location to the place I had to visit, however it is far away from the city center. But there is a tram stop and a big shopping mall very close to this hotel. First of all the reception is NOT open 24 hours, and they close late at night(check the hours) and also 13-15 on weekends. the staff are very very nice, all of them they changed almost every day and all of them were nice. The room and bathroom is spacious and they provide soap and shampoo. The downside for me was that the room was smelly, my guess is the smell comes from pets' pee because pets are allowed in the hotel. The carpets were old and full of stains. There is a mini kitchenette in the room with a well functioning stove and good utilities. An electric kettle is missing in the room. the Wi-Fi works well and the speed is good. the heating system works perfect and the room had good temperature. The mattress lack the necessary firmness but its okay for a few nights.
