I really enjoy to stay in this hotel, located in the historical part of the city just below the castle (10 min walk to the gates). The room was very clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine- which was a very nice surprise 😃. The hosts are very friendly, giving recommendations on the restaurants and cafes nearby, always welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast is good! Breakfast location is so nice and cozy that I enjoyed just to sit there)) There is a bell tower nearby, so every hour you hear this time-bell, but it tolls only during the day and +100 points to the atmosphere Definitely recommend!

El hotel está cerca de la zona de Cite en Carcasson, con una ubicación excelente. Si viaja en la zona de Cite, ¡creo que este hotel es bueno! El tratamiento de la estadía es muy fácil, hay una máquina de beber cerca del hall, que puede llevarse fácilmente a la habitación. Según el tiempo, hay agua desintoxicada, lo cual es bueno. Es difícil encontrar algunas habilidades en el timbre.

Room was comfortable, housekeeping actually really made the room! Some hotels have been so slacked at this, so it was a great surprise to come back to. Free parking, not far to walk to LA Cité. The bunk bed and single bed configuration was great for children.

Right next to the Navarre gateway. The location cannot be beaten. Well laid out and organised for visitors to the Citadel. Breakfasts had lots of locally produced items.

We had Jean's room, which is spacious with a window facing the medieval city wall that is lit up at night. All the amenities are clean. You get a cup of champagne upon arrival and the breakfast is a communal experience as you fill the area with the other guests. I have already recommended this place to friends if they visit the city. Great ambiance for couples.

No nos dijeron que el hotel no podía ser accesible por coche, por lo que Satnav no es útil. El hotel ha recibido llamadas telefónicas (telefones separados, varias veces) y nos ha conectado a un número de Tesla Charging (tenemos un coche de alquiler VW|) o a un agente inmobiliario. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de automóviles con acceso a código electrónico, un joven aparece cuando se acercó la noche, nos dijo que teníamos suerte de encontrarlo allí. ¿Por qué no nos dimos las direcciones a este parque de coches y por qué no nos explica este sistema? Diablo!

No estamos contentos con el trato recibido. La chica de recepción, a la hora de marcharnos, nos obligaba a pagar una diferencia de precio que nosotros no teníamos reflejado en la reserva. En lugar de buscar una solución, nos decía que no era culpa del hotel y que nosotros teníamos que abonar la diferencia. Finalmente, nosotros tuvimos la razón y no la pagamos. Un trato nefasto hacia el cliente

Ample, free parking spaces, good spoken English at the front desk. Located next to a large supermarket. Rooms are clean and comfortably designed. We booked one night but ended up staying two. Cleaning service was very observant, noticing that we'd only been drinking the decaf coffee sachets provided and topping up extra of those. Nice, small details that help make the trip more comfortable. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk to Carcassonne castle. You can drive there in the evening and park outside the castle for free after dark - a highly recommended experience. Overall, this hotel is the perfect choice if you're like us: foreign visitors, travelling in France by car.

La zona de la ciudad es muy agradable, pero muy agradable, pero muy cerca del aeropuerto, 20 euros de taxi desde el centro de Carcassone y 10 euros al aeropuerto. La habitación doble estándar era buena, limpia, adecuada. Y tuvimos un duvet! Una luz, justo para el tiempo en el momento. El servicio era bueno, el desayuno era super. Un poco estresado aunque en el momento indefinido de la llegada del taxi al aeropuerto por la mañana. Reservado por receptor. Pero en su totalidad bueno y gran valor! 👍
