We booked delux room but was upgraded to entire apartment on ground floor. It was clean, spacious living area, full kitchen facilities, AC and ceiling fans in bedroom & living area & laundry facilities. Bathroom was tiny, with window (no exhaust fan), 24hr hot water with good pressure. Tea & coffee was provided but no bottled water. There are security grills & fly nets on all windows & doors. Main entrance gate to property is remote operated provided with key. No signage at the property with its name. The property manager provided the contact for good taxi driver. There is a burger king & few restaurants within 5 min walk. Shopping mall 10 min walk with supermarket, local bus stop, taxi stand, restaurants and other shops. If you book cultural village tour or island cruise, shuttle pick-up will be at the shopping mall area.

The hospitality is top notch! All staff were really welcoming and friendly. Plenty of activities to occupy yourselves and very nice property to be in - vibes and views wise. Overall a very pleasant stay and a wonderful memory

Disfruta de una estancia con personal de posición... sólo unos pocos lugares para mejorar En general, me disfruté de mi estancia en la Plaza Crowne, y el ambiente del resort fue divertido y relajado, y el equipo nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de interés muy grande, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El baño tenía pelo, y los cuernos y las cuerdas necesitaban más atención. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and offers a very pleasant setting. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. A special mention to the staff, who are always present, smiling, and genuinely willing to help at any time, their service is definitely a strong point of this hotel. However, there was a significant issue regarding the room booking. I had reserved a room with an ocean view, and the photos clearly showed this. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room set far back, with no real ocean view. After speaking with reception, I was told that the photos were inaccurate and that the issue came from Trip. Regardless of whether this is the responsibility of the platform or the hotel, this situation is simply not professional and creates unnecessary disappointment. For those specifically looking for a nice ocean view, this may not be the right place. The water itself is not particularly appealing, as it appears green and not very clear. Access to the hotel is quite unique, as you need to take a small boat (about one minute) to cross from one side to the other, which can be a nice experience but may not suit everyone. Lastly, if your room is located far from the reception area, you will need to rely on golf car to get around the property. Unfortunately, these are not always readily available, which can be inconvenient. In summary, the hotel has great potential thanks to its setting and excellent staff, but some aspects, especially booking accuracy and logistics could be significantly improved.

Its by the beachfront, great rooftop restaurant, spacious room. I had the suite and it had a balcony wjth a great sunset view. Housekeeping can be better, the bellboy ratu was very attentive though. All other staff okay. Slow elevator and theres only one. I would stay again for the restaurant and staff

Nice hotel for a short stay, perfect for a layover as it's close to the airport. The room is decent with mini fridge, hot showers, bath amenities. The room has AC and extra blanket. Wifi is working OK. You still need to double check if the hotel have received your payment to avoid double charging.

I had booked the family apartment few weeks ago to attend my nephew’s engagement party 5 mins away at Bates cafe. Initially I loved the set up, space and first impression until night time when we returned from the party to sleep. The room that my mum was sleeping had bed bug on the duvet and we later on we could see blood stains on the bed sheet overhang. Mum had already got bitten by the bed bug and had allergic reaction for few days. Both mum and I are allergic to bed bugs and specially me. Therefore, I couldn’t risk sleeping on the bed. I had to move into the other room with another family. I was trying to reach the room service for some more bed sheets but couldn’t at that time of the night. While checking out I had speaking raised my concern and I was told by the checkout lady that they had fumigated just last week. That’s beside the point, we shouldn’t be paying to be bitten by bed bugs.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel has a great location—right by the beach, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets. There's also a convenient store nearby with a restaurant upstairs that serves delicious food. Our deluxe room was clean but near the main entrance so a bit noisy at times. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower took a long time to produce hot water, resulting in wasted water and often uncomfortably cold showers. The water pressure was also quite low. Additionally, there was no shelf near the sink to place toiletries like toothpaste, which made things a bit inconvenient.

Best option outside the pricey hotels in Denarau and Wailoaloa. Close to reasonably priced restaurants, grocery store and currency exchange. Excellent service too, plus they offer free airport pickup.

It was very good ,5 min walking from the airport Staff are very friendly and excellent customer services with there big smile.
