Staff was friendly and accommodating, the place is an easy walk from Mainz Hbf so train and local amenities are near, room was warm, I had a queen room but they use two singles put together which I felt was strange as you can only really sleep on one side but it was comfortable to sleep, room isn't quiet, the trains are near the hotel so early morning it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the people in the rooms next to you, I had a guy with the deepest snore next to me it was like the room was vibrating, if you are a deep sleeper then its perfect otherwise light sleepers might have trouble.

La habitación es limpia, las instalaciones están completas, las bebidas minibar son gratis, la recepción y el servicio de la tienda son muy buenos. Hay sorpresas sorpresas antes de Navidad. Recomendado para permanecer.

Great location—just a few hundred meters from the main train station. It's close to supermarkets, restaurants, and within walking distance of the old town and major tourist attractions. The room is small but well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I’m very satisfied. Clean and nice. Roomy. And I got it for a good price, because I was booking with trip. So all good! Location: very close to decathlon, shopping area, there’s mcdonald across from the hotel. But the hotel itself is surrounded by trees and there’s a green area. Very close to a bus station, from where you can get to the city’s old town.

La habitación era muy espaciosa y moderna. Además, era accesible para personas en silla de ruedas. El baño era enorme. El vestíbulo era muy acogedor y estaba amueblado con mucho gusto. El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla y el desayuno también estaba muy bueno. El servicio en recepción fue excelente. Sin duda, volveríamos. El único inconveniente fue que la televisión no funcionaba. Pero para nosotros no supuso ningún problema.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Schritte von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und komfortabel. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl und war von hoher Qualität. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Nunca me decepcionan los hoteles Ibis. Este está cerca de la antigua ciudad y ofrece un estacionamiento en el terreno muy conveniente para estacionar el coche. El personal es muy amable y atractivo.

Near motorway, clean, small rooms, adequate for a one night stay, no more free parking though.
