Best hotel we have stayed in many years! Most accommodating staff! Best rooms! Great location near everywhere actions are! Words can o describe how great everything is! Front Desk Operations Manager Ms. Wang is very knowledgeable and most helpful. Driver team supervisor Mr. Zhang caught the error we made, and not only got us onto the next train and also got us a full refund for the train we missed. Best ever. 5- star hotel with 10-star service!

Our stay at Colorful Danxia Flower House Hotel was truly exceptional—easily a 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even personally helping us carry our luggage upstairs. His hospitality didn’t stop there—he kindly assisted us in booking tickets for a local show and even drove us there himself, which made our trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain high standards. We also really appreciated the free laundry service, which was incredibly helpful during our travels. The location is perfect—just a short walking distance to the west entrance of the Danxia park, making it easy to explore. Right across the hotel is a fantastic restaurant, so finding great food was effortless. To top it all off, the owner even prepared thoughtful departing gifts for us, which was such a warm and memorable touch. His kindness and attentiveness truly set this place apart. If you’re visiting the area, this hotel is an outstanding choice.

Es realmente sorprendente! La habitación es limpia y limpia, la estructura general es muy nueva y vive muy cómoda. El servicio de la habitación es más prudente. Esta mañana nos apresuramos a la estación. El hotel también ha ayudado específicamente a organizar la estación de envío de coches comerciales. También ha ayudado intimemente a empaquetarnos el desayuno y el viaje es adecuado. El servicio es entusiasta y cálido, experimenta el complejo, hay una sensación de regreso de los huéspedes, la próxima vez que elijamos esta casa!

El hotel está a pie de la estación de tren de Zhangye West y a unos 2 km del centro de la ciudad. La habitación es grande, limpia y la cama es super cómoda. El restaurante chino en el hotel es bueno también es bueno. El hotel ofrece un servicio de habitaciones con un precio razonable. 😊

On baidu map, it says that from Zhangye railway station to the hotel is about 3 km but when actually navigating my way over while carrying a luggage, it was so much further than I'd expect because Zhnagye's road and traffic are quite chaotic. Many traffic lights aren't even in operation and there are quite a few (3 I think) t+junctions that pedestrian have to cross via the underpass. The cars doesn't quite obey the traffic lights, so be careful and cautious. For the hotel itself, it's definitely one of my favorite overall, out of my 3 hotel stays during my trip. According to the receptionist I was offered a room upgrade, so thank you! There were also lots of free treats evertime I cleared it, so thank you again! Love especially the red dates yogurt, it's definitely a must try (although they were 2-3days after expiry). I even went out to the grocery to get more! Regarding the amenities, the air conditioner works but can't be controlled. Tried setting temp to 5 degree Celsius (lowest settings) and 30 degree celcius (highest setting), both doesn't work. It seems like it is fixed to room temp +/- a few degrees based on the temp outdoor. One of the day I had sunburn and wanted to cool off but due to how the temp was determined, I have no choice but to sweat it out. Other than that, the tap water here had very visible residue that you can tell that it isn't clear, so I really recommend not using it for drinking water boiled or not. Aon my last day, I wanted to try the bathtub but when I turned on the tap, I had a shock. The water that came out was brown, so I cancelled my initial plan of using it for relaxation 😕. There is also a humidifier provided and I am super grateful for that, however the water ran out on the 2nd day and I can't seem to fill it up correctly. The toilet bowl is also a smart toilet bowl, but I didn't realized it after closer inspection while trying to find how to flush. Lastly, I was so looking forward to the stars celling but it's kinda sad that you can't turn it on on its own without having the other lights turned on as well. Which honestly defeats the purpose of having a star gazing celling.

El hotel está situado en una zona muy bonita con vistas a las montañas y está a pie del parque geográfico Zhangye Qicai Danxia. La habitación era muy confortable y el interior de la tienda se ve bien. El desayuno está incluido y es delicioso y nutritivo. El personal me informó de las opciones de transporte que podrían ser difíciles de encontrar por sí mismos, y también son muy útiles y dispuestos a responder a cualquier pregunta y a prestar asistencia si fuera necesario. También hay bicicletas para alquilar gratis en el hotel. La única parte mala que tengo que decir es que las duchas son muy duras, pero funcionan muy bien. ¡Recomiendo muy bien este lugar!

Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en Wolong Mountain Villa cuando visite el Templo Mati. Conducir hasta la pintoresca zona es muy cómodo y no hay que esperar autobuses entre diferentes puntos. El dueño también fue muy atento. Para el Festival del Medio Otoño, incluso fue a las montañas a recoger hojas, escribió saludos en ellas y repartió pasteles de luna y dulces. Por la mañana, el dueño nos llevó a ver animales salvajes. Fuimos a los Treinta y Tres Días antes, así que no tuvimos que hacer cola. Pero al regresar, todos empezaron a hacer cola. El alojamiento era excelente para las montañas, y tanto el vestíbulo como las habitaciones tenían un ambiente tibetano. El ”pequeño jefe” (el hijo del dueño) fue especialmente amable. Se apresuraba a ayudar con el equipaje cuando veía a los huéspedes. Era un encanto.

La habitación era muy agradable, pero no me gustaba la fruta. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't good. Hot water didn't work, it was only warm. I did it in the afternoon anyway but ny boyfriend waited untill 11pm. Elettronic key of our room never worked. We always had to call someone to open our room. About water problem they said there was an issue in all the hotel and they can fix it the next morning. We could not find a standard queen bed room, they have queen room just very expensive and for cheaper price they have only twin rooms. We paied a full amount for the night we staied but we didn't have full 100% service we should receive from the booking. They suggest us a refund to change hotel but it was so late and we are travelling with bicycles, after a ride of 150km we were too tired to move in another location during the dark at 10pm. We just needed a hot shower and a bed to sleep. Finally we received a 100 cny caution back, and the next morning ladies at reception gave us 6 small bottle of water to apologize. I'm really upset about nobody advise us about water issue during check in, so there was still time to move in another accomodation, especially for elettronic key, I can't understand why it's never worked. Be carefull for next booking about rooms at 5th level. I don't know if it's a problem only for foreign people or for everyone. Room price list are very expensive so, I think they have not a bad service. Unfortunately it's the first time during my 32 years happened this, especially during my 27 days in China, all the issue where always well reserved. This time my experience was really stressful, I don't feel like to recommended it and I hope never happen again to other travelers. Thank you anyway.

房間很大很寬敞，是新酒店，所以設施很好，屋子裡的櫃子還能聞到味道。 〔床簾〕是自動的，有個專門的遙控。 〔衞生間〕有小瓶洗髮水，沐浴露，護髮素，小香皂，護手霜。最重要的是！有浴缸！泡澡🛀🏻賊舒服 〔設施〕有兩棟樓，前面的一棟能吃早飯，我們住在了後面那棟，還有小會議室，中會議室之類的。但房間裏是沒有空調的，雖然那裡的氣温晚上不需要空調 〔地理位置〕在民樂縣的六壩鎮（貌似是叫這個），離縣城有個二三十公里，鎮上是有很多小飯店的，但關門比較早，不到十點鐘大多都關門了，所以住在這裏最好早點去。 待改進：電視不會看，不知道怎麼調。我那個房間的wifi不能用（408），衹能連其它房間的。
