We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! 1. The hotel offers complimentary pick up/drop off from train station. 2. The service standard is 6 stars! We remarked that we're staying for a special occasion the hotel went the extra mile to decorate the room + offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite for us. 3. The hotel offers a lot of extra products and services like free cucumber mask/ free service laundry etc- the list is extensive. 4. Opposite a park for a relaxing stroll. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Our stay at Colorful Danxia Flower House Hotel was truly exceptional—easily a 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even personally helping us carry our luggage upstairs. His hospitality didn’t stop there—he kindly assisted us in booking tickets for a local show and even drove us there himself, which made our trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain high standards. We also really appreciated the free laundry service, which was incredibly helpful during our travels. The location is perfect—just a short walking distance to the west entrance of the Danxia park, making it easy to explore. Right across the hotel is a fantastic restaurant, so finding great food was effortless. To top it all off, the owner even prepared thoughtful departing gifts for us, which was such a warm and memorable touch. His kindness and attentiveness truly set this place apart. If you’re visiting the area, this hotel is an outstanding choice.

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

El hotel está situado a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren Zhangye West. La habitación de lavandería pública es perfecta para los viajeros. El desayuno es fantástico y se sirve un bonito nodle. Recomenda que te quedes aquí mientras visitas Zhangye,no se arrepienta de la elección.

On baidu map, it says that from Zhangye railway station to the hotel is about 3 km but when actually navigating my way over while carrying a luggage, it was so much further than I'd expect because Zhnagye's road and traffic are quite chaotic. Many traffic lights aren't even in operation and there are quite a few (3 I think) t+junctions that pedestrian have to cross via the underpass. The cars doesn't quite obey the traffic lights, so be careful and cautious. For the hotel itself, it's definitely one of my favorite overall, out of my 3 hotel stays during my trip. According to the receptionist I was offered a room upgrade, so thank you! There were also lots of free treats evertime I cleared it, so thank you again! Love especially the red dates yogurt, it's definitely a must try (although they were 2-3days after expiry). I even went out to the grocery to get more! Regarding the amenities, the air conditioner works but can't be controlled. Tried setting temp to 5 degree Celsius (lowest settings) and 30 degree celcius (highest setting), both doesn't work. It seems like it is fixed to room temp +/- a few degrees based on the temp outdoor. One of the day I had sunburn and wanted to cool off but due to how the temp was determined, I have no choice but to sweat it out. Other than that, the tap water here had very visible residue that you can tell that it isn't clear, so I really recommend not using it for drinking water boiled or not. Aon my last day, I wanted to try the bathtub but when I turned on the tap, I had a shock. The water that came out was brown, so I cancelled my initial plan of using it for relaxation 😕. There is also a humidifier provided and I am super grateful for that, however the water ran out on the 2nd day and I can't seem to fill it up correctly. The toilet bowl is also a smart toilet bowl, but I didn't realized it after closer inspection while trying to find how to flush. Lastly, I was so looking forward to the stars celling but it's kinda sad that you can't turn it on on its own without having the other lights turned on as well. Which honestly defeats the purpose of having a star gazing celling.

El hotel está situado en una zona muy bonita con vistas a las montañas y está a pie del parque geográfico Zhangye Qicai Danxia. La habitación era muy confortable y el interior de la tienda se ve bien. El desayuno está incluido y es delicioso y nutritivo. El personal me informó de las opciones de transporte que podrían ser difíciles de encontrar por sí mismos, y también son muy útiles y dispuestos a responder a cualquier pregunta y a prestar asistencia si fuera necesario. También hay bicicletas para alquilar gratis en el hotel. La única parte mala que tengo que decir es que las duchas son muy duras, pero funcionan muy bien. ¡Recomiendo muy bien este lugar!

El rango de precios, de 280 a 300, es excelente. Se encuentra frente a la puerta norte del área escénica. Recomiendo visitar el Área Escénica de Danxia para ver la puesta de sol. Puedes alojarte en el área escénica o en Zhangye, según tus necesidades de viaje. La comida en el área escénica es cara y regular. Si quieres comer algo delicioso, te recomiendo alojarte en Zhangye. Si tienes familia y no quieres viajar mucho después, este restaurante es una buena opción. Algo que me gustó del hotel fue el servicio de lavandería. Después de secar y tender la ropa, la llevan hasta la puerta en un carrito pequeño, lo que lo hace muy fácil. La habitación era espaciosa. Reservé una habitación de 28 metros cuadrados, pero la amable señora del check-in me cambió a una habitación Chunhe Jingming. Las fotos parecían coincidir con el tamaño de la habitación: unos 35 metros cuadrados con ventanales de suelo a techo. La insonorización era excelente. No había habitaciones enfrente, así que había menos ruido y dormí plácidamente. He oído que los precios son bastante altos en temporada alta, superando los 450. Creo que el desayuno debería ajustarse. Los fideos estaban deliciosos, pero todo lo demás era normalito, incluyendo los cubiertos de plástico, que contrastaban marcadamente con las comodidades de la habitación. Por último, tengo que elogiar al guardia de seguridad que trabajó esa tarde. Su servicio fue entusiasta; una buena primera impresión realmente importa. El resto del personal también fue muy amable. Mi maleta terminó en el hotel, así que tuve que pedirle a la recepción que la subieran a un coche y la llevaran a mi hotel en el centro.

Llevé a mis hijos al Templo Mati durante las vacaciones del Día Nacional. Reservé la Villa de la Montaña Wolong después de ver una recomendación en Xiaohongshu. Empezó a nevar de camino, así que casi cancelo. Ventajas: La habitación estándar estaba decorada al estilo tibetano, y la vista de las montañas nevadas desde la ventana fue una experiencia única. A la mañana siguiente, fui con la esposa del dueño a ver los faisanes azules. Después, compré mi propia entrada y fui a la ruta de senderismo de los Treinta y Tres Días. Para entonces, los turistas aún no habían llegado, así que la villa estaba prácticamente reservada para los huéspedes. Sin colas, sin aglomeraciones, y ese es el mayor atractivo de la villa. La villa parecía ofrecer observación de estrellas, pero por desgracia, nevó, así que no pude verla. También estoy agradecido con el segundo hijo del dueño, que es adorable, amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar a los huéspedes. Le doy un 5 por el niño. Contras: Cuando reservé, solo había habitaciones disponibles en la primera planta. No había aire acondicionado, solo calefacción por suelo radiante, pero no hacía mucho calor. Ese día hacía bastante frío, incluso con la lluvia y la nieve. Después de terminar las dos botellas de agua de cortesía, me cobraron agua adicional. Además, según otras reseñas, el jefe parecía llevar a los huéspedes y a los niños a jugar cerca (ignoren esta actividad si no la hay), pero ese día solo seguí a la esposa del jefe a ver los faisanes azules a la entrada de los Treinta y Tres Días, y se acabó enseguida.

This hotel is great value for the price - big clean rooms, nice beds, and the staff are really friendly. The breakfast was a bit strange - the area was set up for full buffet but (I think because we’re here in off peak season) we were given individual trays of basic breakfast food. But the staff gave us exactly what we asked for so we were happy. The hotel is away from the town centre but it was very quick, cheap and easy to get a didi to restaurants and coffee shops. You need two full days to see all the sights of Zhangye so stay at this hotel 3 nights :)

Calidad precio está lleno pude subir la bicicleta hasta mi habitación lo cual es un plus para los que viajamos en bicicleta en largas distancias y tener que gritaron de descargar y cargar las alforjas es una ventaja Lugar tranquilo Les faltaría un poquito de mantenimiento en el cuarto de baño, calidad de la wifi está bien aunque los carteles indiquen varios códigos diferentes al final encontré el buen código
