We had a decent experience at this hotel. The location is good and they have the appearance of luxury, but the service and amenities are not as good as you would expect for a 5* Wyndham. Services such as laundry are very expensive and charged per item. The service was not the best and staff were not as willing to help as our last stay. Compared to experiences at other hotels in Hunan, it is not worth the price and I can see why it is mainly a business hotel as people should not spend their personal money to stay here.

The hotel is an old building. But the room is clean. The staffs are nice. They have good location and there are many restaurant and shops when you just walk out of the hotel. This is still a good place in Yiyang.

房間挺好的 應該算是維也納系列裏裝修不錯的的酒店了 就是晚上凌晨3點多的時候外面一直很吵 感覺有人在撬門 門口一直有滴滴的聲音 不過我們是兩個人一起住的 所以也不怎麼害怕 後面安保上來了就沒有了吧 但是還是感覺外面的那幾部電梯就不應該能連接到酒店裡 感覺很不安全之前在益陽都住這家 這就這次出了這個問題還是挺後怕的

We traveled in a large group and stayed for multiple days. Breakfast could be improved. We will stay at a different hotel if we return to Yiyang.
