A very lovely stay. Fantastic staff who put together a wonderful wine tasting tour. The 2019 Chardonnay was a favourite. The hotel design is luxurious but also very welcoming and cozy. Love the food as well. Dinner and breakfast are great. Definitely 5 out of 5.

環境：酒店這個景色是真不錯👍窗外就是第二海水浴場，正門出去兩步路就能沿着漁人碼頭溜達，白天和晚上都很好看，適合遛彎。出行也很方便，走到路邊就是第二海水浴場公交站，17路可以直接到煙台站。去的這幾天天氣一般，照片看着灰濛濛的，就趕上一下午天比較藍。btw房間好大 都感覺有點空曠😂。 設施：房間裏唯一有點遺憾的是淋浴沒有頂噴，其他的都很不錯👍 服務：洗衣房的工作人員特別勤快，晚上洗衣服的多，工作人員會及時幫忙把衣服放烘乾以及收好放凈衣框。感謝前台的工作人員送了早餐。

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the hotel. From the manager to Ms. Shun and the entire staff, everyone went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. They kindly arranged complimentary pickup from Yentai Train Station, provided helpful itinerary recommendations, and even assisted with booking local transportation for an eight-hour sightseeing trip. The property is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. A standout feature was the in-room jacuzzi, which was large enough to comfortably accommodate two adults and provided a great way to unwind. The room also featured a massive 85-inch TV, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, yet it is only a two-minute walk from Chaoyang Pedestrian Street, where you'll find a wide variety of eateries, cafes, and shops. Its excellent location also offers convenient access to many nearby attractions, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, with a good selection of well-prepared dishes to start the day. Overall, the exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and attentive service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The best place for a calm vacation on a beach for a affordable price. This was a nice little hotel standing right in front of a beach. The placement can be seen as perfect as this large beach is wonderful itself and much better then the beaches at the city center. The only inconvenience to consider when choosing this or nearby hotels is lack of cafes and restorans nearby, so you'd better take breakfasts in the hotel, they were not bad, tasty and very filing, with serveral options to choose from. For other places to eat, except for a two nearby costly restorans, you'll have to wark to find one about 1-1,5 km or more. If you want to spend more time in the city center consider also the time to travel to it, about 1,5 hours on a bus, 30-50 minutes on taxi. The service was decent, even though stuff does not speak english they were very welcome and supportive, helping me and calling taxi a couple of times when I needed it. The hotel itself is clean. The room was cleaned daily, not perfectly as the floors in the room stayed a bit dusty all the time but that was not too much of an issue. The bedding was always clean, towels were clean as well and changed daily. I have to say a few words about the beach and the see themselves. The beach is large and clean, there are trash bins which are cleaned daily. It have a sand of very good quality, indeed of a golden color. The beach longs for several kilometers and is from about 150 meters wide to 200+ meters wide depending on the tides. The beach is shallow but no too much, you can easily walk to a place where you can swim freely. It was August and the water was extremely warm and cozy. It was clean with little human made trash coming from the see, but due to temperature the water near the shore start blooming on a second or third day of my stay there. I had to walk 10-15 meters in a 50-80 centimeters deep water full of seaweed before I come to clear waters. I bit unpleasant but not a big deal. There were some jelly fish coming the shore, the see doesn't have dangerous ones though. The beach has some infrastructure, at least there is a place to wash your hands and legs and there are public toilets nearby the beach, but there are no safeguards on it. With an chinese specifics I would say that's a plus as they are too restrictive and protective here.

If you are in Penglai you definitely must stay at the Penglai Manshe Homestays. I can vouch that those stories you read about the amazing lady owner & her concern for her guests are indeed all true. In our case when we contacted her after booking she immediately responded. Then when we initially couldn’t place our Didi order to her place she offered to pick us up. It wasn’t necessary in the end but we were very moved by her thoughtfulness. Plus she was a ready fount of information regarding the attractions in the area. She also welcomes us to keep close contact with her on WeChat. So, if you stay here you are assured that you will be safe in her capable hands, something to consider for clueless foreign visitors! The room itself was another wonder. She upgraded us to a ground floor room with smart facilities. The bright & airy room was indeed lovely. Everything was carefully planned and in smooth working order. The bedsheets & towels were good quality stuff. We absolutely love them. And don’t get me started on the location! It is walking distance to the Eight Immortals attraction and a short ride to Penglai Pavilion. The seafood restaurant around the corner offers cheap but delicious seafood with huge portions. So this place definitely has a lot going for it!

Great location, we were upgraded to a sea view room with a beautiful view. Leah was very helpful answering all questions and sharing recommendations for good seafood nearby! Thank you for a lovely stay. Would come back again.

The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past three years, and it has been the best experience I’ve ever had. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with all the necessary facilities. The owner is incredibly kind and always goes out of their way to help, making my stays even more comfortable. Additionally, the location is perfect—close to shopping areas and just a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-maintained, and conveniently located place to stay.

Cinco estrellas del hotel de jardines chino Kunchuan en Zhuanghai La estadía en el jardín de Kuncheng en el cielo es una experiencia cómoda! El hotel está oculto en la montaña Kuncheng, el diseño del jardín chino es elegante y tranquilo, y el estreno de la estación de este es un barco a uno. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, la ventana de la tierra introduce la vista de la montaña en el interior, y la mañana se levanta como en el interior. El servicio de la administración es cuidadoso, la piscina de sopa privada y la comida especial son aún más sorprendentes. Aquí está lejos de la guarida, pero puede disfrutar de la perfecta integración de la lujo moderno y la salvaje naturaleza, es un techo de vacaciones! Se recomienda a amigos familiares, ¡sería seguro volver!

Extremely clean, very large space with excellent aircon and water pressure. The room has an attached ”kitchen”, which I did not know was included! It was a terrific space, and would be especially great for families or large groups. There are no restaurants in this location, only the breakfast facility. Breakfast was Chinese buffet breakfast, with several options and was satisfactory. You can also eat breakfast on their outdoor patio, which was pleasant! Sadly, the coffee shop was not open when I was there. I walked about 15 minutes down the beachfront to another hotel's coffee shop--it was nice but expensive. The location is very close to the bridge leading to Yangma Island and the bus stop is nearby. The beach directly across from the hotel is a giant mud-flat beach. It is NOT a swimming or bathing beach! When tide is in, it is very flat and shallow, when tide is out, it is muddy and you can take a bucket to find little creatures. There is not a good swimming beach at this location, but I took a bus northwest to go swimming. Service was friendly, but non-Chinese guests should use patience--the friendly ladies at the desk do not speak English. They are helpful to find food/snacks/shops nearby. Overall, it feels like staying in a small apartment rather than a hotel, with nice plants around the property and a homey feeling.
