Check-in staffs are nice and friendly. Hotel room is clean and rather hip too from the main door. A little set-back was the water kettle which I find a bit inconvenient wherever I need to boil water as you need to un-plug the whole kettle and it can’t filled much water. Not the traditional type of water kettle which I feel needed to be upgraded. Overall, a nice hotel to stay.»

«located just 100m from airport bus station, huge libby, decent size room, very comfortable down pillows and duvets, i will ask for 1 more pillow next time, as they were slightly low. I also i will bring my own light proof curtain , size 180cm x120cm, so that i don't wake up with the sun going up on 5.30 am. Breakfast was delicious but poor me i stayed in bed till 8.45, that was late already. Very calm environment despite proximity to bus and train station.»

She promptly brought up bottled water, and when she realized I needed a disposable tub bag for the bath, she dashed back to fetch one. Now that’s going the extra mile! ⚠️ THE OOPS MOMENT: · Bathroom Blunder Alright, here’s the not-so-great part: the bathtub had a looong strand of hair (clearly from the previous guest). Yeah, not the end of the world, but for a hotel of this caliber? That’s a basic miss. 🎯 FINAL VERDICT: Stunning room, killer views, and staff like Cici and Anna who truly get hospitality right. But Marriott—y’all gotta tighten up the cleaning checks. If you do, this place would be nothing short of perfection. Still, would I recommend it? For that epic ocean view and standout service? Absolutely. Just maybe give the tub a quick rinse first.»
