The Hotel is strategically located at the busy district of Xinghua. We had reserved 3 twin-bed rooms for 2 nights and received a warm welcome by the hotel staff upon checking in on 15 March. At the registration counter, we were surprisingly informed that we were the first quests ever arrived from Malaysia! Another elated surprise was a big discount charges for our breakfast during our stay. Thank you very much to the young ladies at the reception who were helpful during our short stay whereby we had the opportunity to savour local delicacies completed with a tour to the picturesque suburban area. Good stay-lovely garden. It's my 2nd time here. I would just suggest making it more clear when registering if you are getting a room with a child's bed like I accidentally did. Otherwise, the food is good, and the manager seemed like a cool guy. I would come back here again.

A new hotel established in mid 2021. Facilities are new. Good room layout. Breakfast exceeds my expectations with a good variety of foods and coffee. Front desk staff Ms. You (尤小姐) is very friendly and helps me on a swift check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

Large house in a nice scenic area. Booked a room as a stop off on my way down South. The hotel is run by a lovely couple who were very welcome and warm. Room was very clean and I’m very happy that I stopped off here. The managers are super nice - fully recommend this hotel.

格林豪泰還是第一次住，主要是地段好。總體説的過去，主要是設施陳舊。 不足之處有:淋浴房沒有門，洗澡水濺到馬桶區，上廁所不安全，睡到半夜被流水聲吵醒，起來查看，是花灑在嘩嘩淌水，不知什麼原因。電視機就是擺設，看不了，兩個遙控器所以按鈕都按過了，屏幕上一直是屏保，真不用搞得太複雜。床墊有點薄，這個季節睡到早晨還是有點冷。毛巾破舊。 其他都好，服務，衞生都可以。值得一提的是空調前設計的晾衣服的架子非常用心。

The hotel room itself was clean and neat and comfortable, and the staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We booked the hotel because it was close to Lizhong water Forrest park and Qiandou scenic area, and the trip.com website says it accepts foreigners/all passports. However the checkin experience was bad if you are a foreigner/non-chinese speaking - it took us almost 1.5 hours and was quite stressful (including phoning a friend for some help). Even though the website says this hotel accepts all passports, after we arrived we were told in order to stay there we had to go to the local police station and register and get a piece of paper to bring back. We had no car and the location was not easy to get a didi at night, so the hotel helped and organised their driver to take us to the police station which cost another 80 RMB. Once at the police station the driver chatted to three different police. The police didn’t take our details or check our documents, and after 10-15 minutes standing around they sent us back to the hotel without any registration paper but we could suddenly check in. If you are Chinese then the hotel experience will be good, if you are a foreigner another hotel in Xinghua might be easier.
