UUsuario invitadoH Hotels’s interior room is very spacious, clean and new, nicely furnished with comfortable bed linings, we had good night's sleep. The toiletries for shampoo, conditioner & shower gel are refreshing scent which I like it very much.
In addition, there are abundant breakfast selections, and the canteen is very new and beautiful too, we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast there.
The most important thing is the front desk staffs are very friendly and polite, thanks for the excellent services!
I definitely stay at H Hotels again next time when I come back to Sanyuan County.

UUsuario anónimoWe arrived at T5 quite late due to flight delay. When we called the hotel for complimentary airport travel, the response was fast. The breakfast was great with many choices, both local and western as well as fresh fruits. Due to the late arrival, we woke up late and took some time to finish our breakfast, we missed the scheduled airport transfer. However, the helpful staff immediately arranged another for us. Great services and highly recommend.

UUsuario invitadoElegí quedarme en Xi'an por una noche después de trasladarme a Londres. Cuando llegué, llamé a la recepción desde mi teléfono móvil y me recogieron. El personal fue amable y la habitación estaba limpia. sala de negocios gratis Había café y leche gratis en la recepción porque quería salir por la noche para comer, el personal recomendó la entrada norte y dijo que estaba cerca y que la comida estaba deliciosa. Los bollos al vapor por 10 yuanes también concerté una cita con antelación para dejarlos en el aeropuerto y alguien me recordó que bajara y los entregara en la terminal de pasajeros a tiempo. Además, las gomitas de naranja están deliciosas😋o y, en general, la relación precio/rendimiento es muy buena.

El entorno del hotel de Arcobaleno es tranquilo y elegante, la decoración es muy elegante, hay un pequeño jardín en la puerta, la vista exterior de la ventana se abre y cae. Principalmente, la cama y la boca del hotel son muy suaves, y la boca es realmente muy cómoda como entrar por un momento. El servicio de la recepción está intimidad y me recuerda que hay muchas informaciones de alojamiento, lavandería, posición de la sala de fitness, estacionamiento gratuito y todo el equipo.

UUsuario invitadoI read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is very nice. However, staff doesn't speak any English. Therefore it was difficult to get the free airport shuttle service. I found a transfer help desk at the airport (who also don't speak English, haha) located next to exit 314 who called the hotel and informed me that I should wait for the shuttle at exit 323 and told me registration plate number of the car. The bus was there in 15 minutes or so and nicely transferred me too the hotel.
Staff at reception is very friendly and willing to help with the help of translation app.
The rooms are clean and quite, I didn't hear any planes.
The breakfast is quite basic, but still very nice.

The host was so friendly and willing to answer your questions. Their airport service is excellent. She picked me up at 23:45 at the airport with a sedan. The hotel is inside a village nearby by the airport, around 10 mins drive. They upgraded my room also.
The hotel opens not that long, so the building and rooms are quite new. It was so cold, even when I closed the window and turned on the heater.
There were water dispenser and basic toiletries. With this price, don’t ask for too much.

SShingoyaNote: we only stayed in this hotel for less than 12 hours since our flight arrived in midnight and we left for Xi'an the next morning, so this is only a quick impression.
This hotel advertised for its closeness with the airport, but note that it takes 10 mins from and to Terminal 5 of the Xianyang International Airport BY CAR/SHUTTLE BUS. You definitely can't walk from T5 to the hotel (or from). However, the hotel is very accommodating to travellers arriving / departing at odd hours (like midnight or super early morning) as they have a free shuttle service to and from T5 -- as long as you remember to notify the staff at least a day prior that you need the service. If you are an international traveller, make sure your phone number / service is able to call their front desk from the airport for detailed communication once you landed. The only terminal it is close by was Terminal 1.
The 4-person room was overall clean and the beds were very comfy, even having a walk-in closet, but didn't have a lot of walking space. The bathroom is also very small; your legs would be brushing against the toilet bowl while brushing teeth at the sink, but it was clean.
Check in and check out were quick and easy.
For a quick overnight sleep and shower there's no complain and everything was good.
