I am a solo female traveler from America. The owner and family took wonderful care of me. As if I were their family and not just a guest. The owner drove me to the Mao scenic area, helped me find the ticket area, and returned later to take me home. Then he later drove me to a restaurant for dinner, where I also met his cute dog Wang Wang, and afterwards took me to the evening musical performance about Mao. Which was great to see even not speaking Chinese. My departure train was late in the afternoon but they allowed me to just rest in the hotel lounge and garden. Gave me tea, fruit, and cake while I waited. Even offered to drive me to the train! So friendly. So kind. And hotel room was VERY comfortable. Stay here! Ps. I recommend using WeChat to communicate with the host if you don’t speak Chinese. Made things so easy.

The hotel is quite new, room is clean and service is pretty good, every alternative day, there will be some complementary snack given to you at the counter. Whole in lobby waiting, the staff will offer you chinese tea to drink. Very attentive to anything happens in the room and will fix the problem as soon as possible. The con is food is limited in varieties daily, I would propose to get a fresh coffee grind machine, didn't like the instant coffee mix machine. Secondly, if your room is facing the main road, it can awfully get noisy.

Simply a fantastic hotel. The owner provided free pickup and dropoff from the railway station. She also gave me some great travel tips. I would stay here again, no questions asked.

房間整潔明亮，老闆待人熱情真誠，超出了我的預期。 床鋪特別舒適，印象特別深刻的是，結束白天的行程回到潤基民宿，老闆一邊陪我們聊天，一邊在整理摺疊洗凈曬乾後的床單被套枕頭枕套。 下次來，還會再選潤基。 另：潤基民宿的家庭餐也很不錯，可選套餐也可單點菜。 我們一大家定了6間房，在潤基民宿住了2晚，非常滿意。

對比了好幾家最後訂的這家，入住之後沒有失望。大堂環境簡約乾淨，進房間第一眼觀感就很好，沒有陳舊異味。床品潔白平整，枕頭舒適度不錯。房間設施運行正常，空調、Wi‑Fi 都很穩定。大堂經理小唐、小李服務響應及時，訴求都能妥善處理。整家酒店能看得到管理上的用心，不是表面功夫。不管是旅遊還是短暫出差都適配，住完印象很好，值得推薦。

The couple running this renovated traditional home in Mao's home village are very attentive to guests' needs, even on the busiest day of the year, December 26th, Chairman Mao's birthday. My partner was coming down with a cold and got some ginger soup to drink. Additionally, when we screwed up our schedule and almost couldn't make our train out of Shaoshan, with no train available to reschedule, the couple arranged for the husband to drive us to the station for little more than gas money. It's up a slight hill from the other inns and allows one to get a bit of peace and quiet, again, even on the busiest day of the year, when Shaoshan is very worth a visit for anyone interested in Mao Zedong's legacy, given the number of Chinese people who show up to sing, dance, wave various flags and give speeches. Don't make our mistake and schedule the Chairman Mao memorial hall for a full visit instead of rushing though it. The exhibit is full of pictures and dioramas and has English captions for most things. I also wish we'd had time to explore the pagoda on the hill behind the guesthouse.

2026年5月22日下午三點十九分剛結束和合作方的第一輪洽談，我拖着貼滿航空公司託運標簽的24寸行李箱走進提前預訂的商務酒店，大堂裏淺灰色大理石枱麪擦得鋥亮，空氣中飄着淡淡的白茶香氛，前台辦理入住的效率很高，刷身份證不到三分鐘就拿到了房卡，進房間後首先映入眼簾的是整面落地窗正對着城市中央商務區的景觀，米色的辦公桌椅擺在窗邊，桌面上提前放好了印着酒店logo的筆記本和按動式中性筆，旁邊的嵌入式書桌下還預留了適配筆記本電腦的充電接口，床頭邊的智能面板可以一鍵調節燈光亮度和窗簾開合，衞生間裏乾濕分離的設計做得很到位，定製的洗護套裝旁還放着一次性剃鬚套裝和漱口水，整體環境整潔又兼顧實用性，剛好能滿足接下來三天出差處理工作的需求

La habitación es limpia y sana, la ubicación es conveniente, es accesible a la residencia del presidente, el entorno está tranquilo y cómodo, el jefe también es muy entusiasta, sus casas también pueden comer, todos ellos tienen mañana y tarde. El precio es muy alto, el precio no es muy caro, es muy amigable en comparación con el área de paisaje. Vale la pena recomendar, todos pueden venir a experimentarlo, muy bueno.

Un superb hotel, el camarero del salón se ha reído y nos ha recibido. Me envió una taza de té rojo muy bueno para beber 👍👍. Hemos traído a nuestros niños. La recepción también envió pequeños regalos. Cuando llegamos a la habitación era muy amplio, la higiene era muy limpia, la temperatura de la ducha era muy adecuada. Pregunté por la mañana por la mañana por 39 yuan, Comprar 2 unidades, hay más variedad de desayunos del hotel, hay comida especial para niños en el restaurante, es bueno. El hotel está bien, el transporte está bien, la experiencia de viaje es muy satisfactoria, este hotel fue una excelente experiencia! La habitación era limpia, bien equipada y la cama estaba muy cómoda. El personal del escritorio delantero era amigable y eficiente, haciendo la entrada y la salida suaves. La ubicación es grande, con fácil acceso al transporte y a muchos restaurantes cerca. El desayuno era variado y delicioso. El entorno es tranquilo y seguro, ofrece un gran valor para el dinero. ¡Me quedaré aquí de nuevo y le recomiendo a otros!
