We had a nice stay at this hotel! The breakfast was great, with plenty of options, and the large rooms were perfect for our needs. The staff was also very attentive and made our experience even better. They even provided a lovely cake for my toddler’s birthday, which was a sweet surprise! 🎂🌺 However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The hotel feels a bit old and could use some renovation. We loved the swaying chair on the balcony, but we couldn’t enjoy it because of a scratching noise—it definitely needs some oiling. Additionally, the area around the hotel was quite dirty, which was a bit disappointing.

This is an older property, but for me perfect location. It was in walking distance to the Chery Technology building, OJ, and corporate offices. The breakfast buffet in the morning is very good, and coffee was good to very good. The staff is excellent. The rooms are older, but comfortable, the bed and pillows were great...I was happily surprised. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues and definitely not in a wheelchair. Sure they have elevators, but the access to restaurant is by short staircases. The rooms have bathtub showers, not walk in. What I liked is that had a sizeable hotel gym, and for me, quiet and everything I needed. Again, good breakfast and excellent staff. The price is very affordable.

帶着弟弟一家40年後回到我們從小長大的地方，蕪湖。入住金鷹酒店，原以為會有驚喜，蕪湖最新的，最高的酒店。我買了但是攜程上顯示的最好房型的套餐。後來知道了還有江景房更好，於是跟客服溝通，答應升級，並被告知安排好了。我們興沖沖的堵了7個小時後到了酒店。結果，並不是那麼回事。節假日好房型沒了正常，何必用那一個小角的江景騙我？後來送了份早餐。這些不説了，來説説酒店。前台有別於大多數的五星級酒店，説是提供一對一服務，哦，你前台客服坐着，客人站着，這是什麼理念？哈哈😄有點暈。電梯衹有四台，62個樓層。吃個早飯或者下個樓要等很久！房間甲醛味兒重，放了一個空氣凈化機，聲音響到你懷疑人生！酒店的健身房，游泳池幾乎外包，你懂的，早早就關門下班了，早餐出品很簡單，沒幾樣東西，下麪條的碗也不夠 ，麪坨着，等着麪碗，真想給他們酒店拉兩車麪碗過去！最離譜就是你們酒店前台服務員坐着，客人站着等着，什麼呀，真是非常無語😓！希望你們能改的好一點啊，真為蕪湖五星級酒店着急😣！
