Es muy listo para llevar a los niños a la temporada completa, la experiencia de los padres y los hijos es excelente!👍 El perfume de la sala es muy cómodo, el ambiente está tranquilo y curado. La habitación es amplia y luminosa, el diseño es razonable, las camas son suaves y limpias, y duermen tranquilamente; el baño está seco y limpio. Preparar los artículos exclusivos para niños: dibujos animados, remolques de fondo suave, detalles llenos. La televisión de pantalla grande tiene un canal para niños, puede ocultar pantalla móvil, ver el animado y supercaliente en la noche. El servicio de recepción es entusiasta, rápidamente maneja la estadía y recomienda los puntos de interés de los padres alrededor. El desayuno es rico, hay comida infantil, pequeños platos y frutas frescas, y el bebé puede comerse satisfactoriamente. Lavandería automática 24 horas, entregas de robots, y el bebé puede viajar con el corazón de la superprovisión. Stunning hotel The hotel facilities are spotless and very well maintained. The room was perfectly clean, cozy, and offered a spectacular view of the river—perfect for watching the sunset. It also had a small refrigerator with complimentary drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast is included and features authentic Wuhu flavors. While there aren’t many others options, the food is fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff deserves special mention: always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything you might need. They truly make the stay more enjoyable. In the afternoon, taking a walk along the riverside promenade is a wonderful experience—you can admire the sunset, watch locals exercising, singing, or simply relaxing, all in a lively yet peaceful atmosphere. Without a doubt, if I return to Wuhu, I will definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay at this hotel! The breakfast was great, with plenty of options, and the large rooms were perfect for our needs. The staff was also very attentive and made our experience even better. They even provided a lovely cake for my toddler’s birthday, which was a sweet surprise! 🎂🌺 However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The hotel feels a bit old and could use some renovation. We loved the swaying chair on the balcony, but we couldn’t enjoy it because of a scratching noise—it definitely needs some oiling. Additionally, the area around the hotel was quite dirty, which was a bit disappointing.

La habitación es muy grande y limpia, todas las cosas son muy completas, el estacionamiento es conveniente y gratuito, hay un estacionamiento en el suelo, el entorno es bueno, muy tranquilo, junto a la casa marina y la antigua ciudad, traer a los niños para jugar es muy conveniente, el servidor también es muy cuidadoso, casi es necesario, es muy barato, Todavía es recomendable ~

老牌四星了，服務熱情周到，借用的充電器可以送到房間。配套一應俱全，有冰箱、保險櫃，還貼心的準備了洗衣粉和棉簽，衣架很多，適應家庭出遊，特別要提到的是，浴袍軟軟的很親膚舒服。早餐種類挺多，尤其喜歡薺菜餛飩和紅豆酒釀。離公司比較近，性價比不錯，下次還會再來。

這次入住體驗特別滿意。酒店位置很好，出行方便。客房打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，睡得很安穩。前台和保潔人員都彬彬有禮，有需求響應很快。配套設施也很完善，整體性價比很高，已經列入回購清單啦，下次還會入住，贊👍

El hotel ofrece un desayuno medio. Las habitaciones son grandes, aunque las habitaciones son muy pequeñas en comparación. El hotel dispone de aparcamiento gratuito, que es conveniente para los viajeros de coche. Sin embargo, el mayor desventaja es el sistema de ascensores con sólo dos ascensores que sirven a un gran número de huéspedes, los tiempos de espera son largos, y los ascensores a menudo llegan llenos. La ubicación no es mala, con atracciones de la ciudad dentro de alcance, pero no es ideal para aquellos que quieren estar en el corazón de la ciudad.

一句話總結：硬件設施很好，軟件服務有待提升。入住體驗沒有達到預期。 先説優點： 1. 前台登記入住，直接升房 2. 酒店很新，房間內，公共區域設施都是全新的 3. 早餐餐廳位於62樓，視野很好 4. 早餐品類屬於小而美的那種，總體滿意 再説有待改進的地方： 1. 晚上到店，準備登記入住。雖然有預約有自助機器，但我還想體驗一下人工登記，因為前台的設定並非傳統直排，將客人與員工隔開。而是比較新穎的工位圍坐式。當時僅一名前台為客人登記，我們自然是排隊等候。後續來了另一位，詢問是否可以登記入住，回答是：可以。但是，她有事，請我們再回邊上那位前台那邊等待。那麼，我的建議是：前台員工應該優先為客人登記入住，之後可以抽空處理自己的事務。 2. 入住房間，像進入了冰櫃。看了空調在17.5度，立馬關停。建議如果要預冷房間，可以設定在24～26度比較合宜。否則客人容易感冒。 3. 房間有些許裝修味道，第一晚沒有空氣凈化器，第二天回房間，擺好了一台空凈。建議在客人第一天入住就預備好。 4. 打前台電話溝通一些問題的時候，前台誤認我是團客，原因是內線電話顯示的房間與我入住房間不一致。前台認為是安裝師傅搞錯了。建議儘快糾正。 5. 我的訂單是每天有歡迎水果，有1次迷你吧。結果入住時沒有。打電話給前台，當晚比較晚了，詢問我能否第二天補，迷你吧立馬準備。我回復OK。第二天是補了一份，但是當天的歡迎水果沒有。我也並未再次要求追加。建議客人入住前預備好訂單內的服務。 6. 詢問迷你吧的時候，前台讓我確認小冰箱。結果冰箱裏沒有關聯的飲料。倒是有一瓶上一個客人留下的三得利烏龍茶。前台當時也認為這個問題比較嚴重。建議：加強保潔培訓，有必要的話可以追加口讀checklist，以避免類似問題再發生。 7. 客房WiFi沒有連接方式可以查詢，向前台確認WiFi密碼後登錄。並且確認到房間內的確沒有聯網方式可以查詢。另外，網速我測了一下，帶寬在10M左右，不算快。建議：追加無線網絡的連接方式，供客人自助連接。 8. 樓層高的原因，等電梯時間比較久。分析了一下，是4部電梯，開通了2部。建議：追加開通電梯。 9. 早餐的咖啡機與泡茶機邊上均有大小兩種規格的杯子。也就是説茶杯與咖啡杯混合放置。雖然可能是好意供客人挑選。但是不太專業。咖啡機邊上衹要放咖啡杯即可，因為咖啡機的出咖量是定死了，就是小杯的量。泡茶機邊上就應該衹放茶杯，也就是大杯。這一點，餐廳經理也沒搞明白。在進門用餐時，經理問我喝什麼，我告知要一杯拿鐵，結果端上來大杯（茶杯），衹有一半的杯量。建議：大杯，小杯按用途放置。 10. 健身房的路線指引絕對誤導客人。8樓健身房，泳池。電梯開門無方向指引。下意識左拐，結果有一段路能看到健身房箭頭指引，但是刷卡無法開門。一開始以為房卡沒有權限，正好打道回府的電梯上碰到工作人員，詢問此事。結果工作人員回答可能沒開權限，後續記住我房號，還專門送上開通權限的房卡。我很是感謝。但是！重點來了，第二天過去，依舊吃了閉門羹。和太太兩個人一頭霧水，應該不會再是沒權限吧。試了試另一個方向，完全沒有健身房標識，走到頭，試試刷卡，結果門居然開了……等我們游完泳，回房間的時候，電梯裏恰巧又碰到一個工作人員。詢問之後，才明白8樓的標誌是錯誤的。新的標誌還在製作，很快會貼上。建議：雖然新的標誌很快會貼好，但是在真空期，也應當有臨時對策。比如，入住的時候由前台告知，或者，在8樓設定臨時標誌。 11. 同樣的引導問題，還發生在早餐時62樓餐廳。沒有標誌，沒有引導，我敢説99%的客人，會像走迷宮一樣找到餐廳。建議：同上，要麼追加引導標誌，要麼追加引導人員。 以上，是入住的反饋與建議。如果在試運營階段，發生這麼多的問題，我還好理解。但是，正式營業後還有這麼多的問題留給客人，酒店經營層應當反思。畢竟貴酒店的等級也屬於高檔酒店，客人花了匹配的錢入住，這是需要匹配的體驗。
