As someone who spends more than 200 nights a year staying in different five-star luxury hotels around the world, I can honestly say that I was absolutely amazed by the level of service at this resort. This wasn't just another luxury stay—it was one of those rare places that made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. What touched me the most was the incredible patience and dedication of our personal butler, Ben. I'm probably one of the most indecisive hotel guests you'll ever meet, and I'm also extremely particular about my room—especially the view. Since the resort is very large, with many different room types across both the villa area and the main building, each offering a unique perspective of the surrounding mountains, choosing a room was incredibly difficult. Even after watching videos of every room, I still couldn't make up my mind. Instead of rushing me, Ben kindly suggested a video call. He spent well over an hour and half walking me virtually through every available room type in both the villa area (Zone A) and the main building (Zone B), patiently explaining the differences and introducing all the resort's facilities. I was genuinely surprised and deeply touched by his professionalism and warmth. Without any hesitation, I immediately booked a two-night stay. When we arrived, the exceptional hospitality continued. From the front desk team—Rou Rou, Yang Yang, and Mr. Zhou—to the restaurant staff, Bagai and the hotel manager Lucy, every member of the team made us feel sincerely welcome. Every little request was met with genuine warmth, and the level of personalised service was unlike anything I've experienced in a very long time. Our villa was simply perfect. Relaxing in the hot tub on our private terrace while taking in the mountains, drifting clouds, birdsong and spectacular sunsets felt like something out of a fairy tale. It was so peaceful and beautiful that we cancelled our reservations at other hotels and extended our stay for another two nights. On our final night, we stayed in the Junqianzi room type in the main building, which offered an even more spectacular mountain view together with an in-room hot tub. It was the perfect way to end an unforgettable holiday. The resort itself was full of delightful surprises. There was an adorable resident cat, a friendly chinchilla and beautiful bird that brought even more life to the peaceful surroundings. Our child completely fell in love with the cat duo duo, and the staff kindly allowed us to bring it back to our room to spend some time together. They even thoughtfully prepared cat food for us, which made the experience even more special. It perfectly reflected how genuinely child-friendly and thoughtful everyone at the resort was. We also enjoyed a variety of activities, including handicraft workshops, billiards, the tea house and a relaxing meditation session. There was always something enjoyable to do while still feeling completely immersed in nature. I had very modest expectations for the food, as mountain resorts are not usually known for exceptional dining. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised. Every meal was beautifully presented, creative, fresh and absolutely delicious. Dining while watching the sun set behind the mountains was pure bliss. As a wonderful finishing touch, Ben even took the time on our last day to help us capture some beautiful family photos around the resort—memories that we'll treasure for years to come. Exceptional service is something I really appreciate! even after spending more than 200 nights a year in luxury hotels. This resort exceeded every expectation. It combines breathtaking scenery, beautifully designed rooms, outstanding food and, above all, a team of people who genuinely care about their guests. We left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and already planning our next visit. An absolute dream resort and We will most definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars simply aren't enough.

Después de buscar un buen rato en internet, finalmente me decidí por este hotel. En cuanto aparqué el coche, el dueño vino a ayudarme con el equipaje. Fue muy amable y atento. Llovía un poco cuando llegamos, e incluso nos preparó un paraguas, lo cual fue un detalle muy especial. Queríamos cocinar fideos calientes, así que le pedimos al dueño que nos prestara la cocina, y aceptó enseguida. Incluso salió a comprarnos verduras y nos dio huevos de gallinas camperas. 😂 Se esforzó al máximo para que todos estuviéramos satisfechos. El ambiente del pequeño hotel es muy agradable, y puedes sentarte a charlar con tu familia en la primera planta. La habitación es amplia y limpia, y la cama es muy cómoda. Cambian la cama para cada huésped, y mi familia durmió de maravilla. El gran ventanal permite ver el exterior directamente. No hay ningún olor, el agua de la ducha está muy caliente y hay una pantalla de proyección. En general, estoy muy satisfecho.

Fueron muy amables al recogerme en el centro de servicio de boletos de regreso al hostal, y luego del hostal a la base de pandas en mi primer día allí. If you’re planning to head to Shenshuping panda base, this accommodation is literally across it, saving u the long walk up/down the mountain. Ground floor of the hotel, it’s the F&B area whereby 1 side serves mainly beverages & finger food & the other side sells local noodles. Take the stairs up to Level 2 to check-in. Room wise, I’ve booked the queen bed & it’s on the 3rd floor. There’s no AC in the room as it’s very cooling / cold depending on which month of the year. Open up the window (it comes with a window net so no insects / bugs will invade the room) & in-room heater is available in case it gets too cold. Also, There’s no elevator in the building so pls do not bring excessive / big luggage otherwise u might have to lug it up. I was there for 2 nights & housekeeping only empty the bin & replenish new hand towels, they did not tidied up the bed. On my 1st evening, I experienced a short power outage & I texted the hotel via wechat & nobody responded (even until I’ve check-out). It’s unlike the usual response from a hotel, based on my past experiences in China. My room does include daily breakfast whereby they usually serve local noodles (dry & soup options available), hard boiled eggs, soy milk & some local buns. The noodles are really good & they self made the noodles too. In the afternoon till dinner time (during lull period, All F&B within the vicinity closes ard 7pm so eat early to avoid going hungry), the F&B serves finger food & a wider variety of noodles. Tap on the menu on the variety & prices. Food wise, it’s really good & the team that runs the F&B are very much passionate & friendly too.

I was a solo traveller who stayed in the villa in early December 2023, an off-peak season. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. The Villa owners, Mr Deng and Mr Miao were friendly and very helpful. They offered a free to & fro ride to Mount Siguniang on one of their business trips during my stay. Even the staff were friendly and helpful too. The Villa is a great location for anyone who wants to stay opposite 卧龙大熊猫苑神树坪基地. It would be more convenient to drive there though.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch der Wolong Shenshuping Panda Base – das Hotel war sogar so nett und hat mich am nächsten Tag direkt dorthin gefahren. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte, die man bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr geräumig und das große Badezimmer war top ausgestattet. Besonders toll fand ich das bequeme, beheizbare Bett – ein echter Luxus! Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot eine große Auswahl. Was dieses Hotel aber wirklich auszeichnet, ist das Personal. Als ich feststellte, dass ich keine Fahrt mehr nach Dujiangyan bekommen konnte, haben die Angestellten mir sofort geholfen und mich für wenig Geld selbst dorthin gefahren. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft ist nicht selbstverständlich. Ich bin sehr dankbar und kann dieses Hotel jedem Panda-Fan nur ans Herz legen!
