UUsuario invitadoLa experiencia de la vivienda en los antiguos lugares es muy especial, la habitación individual es pequeña y hermosa, el entorno y las instalaciones son muy limpias, el personal de servicio también es muy amable, no está lejos de las atracciones del mar, de las ciudades y de la comida. En general, la experiencia es muy buena, después el viaje a Taiwán optará por permanecer.

JJames803We stayed in a very clean and comfortable double deluxe room on the 6th floor. Bed was maybe a little hard, but still cosy thanks to the fantastic duvet. Our room had a decent view towards the mountains in the north-west. We paid the small extra charge for buffet breakfast when booking, and were satisfied with the choices of food available. Breakfast is taken on the 10F, and this restaurant has nice views towards the ocean.

GGlenn ScarffeLa habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Su amable colega me ayudó a inspeccionarme y me hizo sentir muy bien. TTobias TI recently had the opportunity to stay at ”It's Mine Hostel” in Taidong, and overall, I found it to be an okay accommodation option. Here are my thoughts on various aspects of the hostel:
Atmosphere and Policies
Upon arrival, one of the notable aspects of the hostel was the requirement to remove shoes before entering. Although this might inconvenience some guests, it does contribute to maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises. The hostel has a modest, laid-back atmosphere, which can be suitable for travelers seeking a relaxed environment.
Room
Unfortunately, I found the room to be a bit claustrophobic. The limited space made it challenging to move around comfortably. However, considering the price, it was within the acceptable range. The room was clean and tidy, which was a positive point.
Service
One aspect that could be improved is the level of service provided. The staff offered minimal assistance during my stay, which led to a lack of personal touch. Despite this, it's worth noting that the basic amenities and necessities were provided.
Pricing
Considering the reasonable price offered by ”It's Mine Hostel,” it is essential to manage expectations accordingly. While some aspects may not be perfect, the affordability of the accommodation must be taken into account when evaluating the overall value.

TtwinkleracI had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel.
There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant.
Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on.
Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another.
In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

UUsuario invitadoEl servicio del personal de Taiwán es muy bueno. Como la relación de reparación me ayudó a mejorar la habitación. Normalmente 1F Hay una máquina de café para los turistas que tomar por sí mismos. Si necesitas desayuno y 100 yuan a 10F cocinar con la ayuda para comer el salón es muy conveniente. Está muy cerca del mercado de la noche turística, el próximo regreso a Taiwán volverá a elegir esta alojamiento.
