BBrian_034I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. (Please see the photos for the funny English spellings!)

AAgnes CM LeeVery near to the Shanwei Station with clear instructions on getting to the room.
Room spacious and nicely furnished. The shower area a little small and if you are big size, may be a little restrictive.
Toilet was not flushed upon my arrival, and when I informed management, they were quick to offer me another room but I didn't take it because the other room was smaller. I was given a small token for the inconvenience by management.
I would recommend this place for ease of getting to or from the station. I chose this because my train arrived at almost 12am and I wanted to rest soon after I arrived. This place was perfect.
As for eateries, there were a few near the station, and more within walking distance, but of course it's not as convenient as being located near the Er Malu Night market.

UUsuario anónimoWan Jiang se ha convertido en mi alojamiento designado en el hotel de Hefeng. La primera vez que me siento razonable y limpio en la disposición de la habitación. La segunda vez que me siento bien en el servicio del personal de la recepción y en el trabajo serio y responsable. Por tercera vez, me hace sentir muy amable y amable con todos los empleados aquí, y el servicio está en el lugar, y puede decirse que es necesario. De ellos, Miki Lin me ayuda a iniciar mi trabajo cuando no puedo imprimir archivos.Harry Ma. ¡Dylan Chen me ha organizado en el cuarto de estar acostumbrado antes de que me acostumbrara, aunque sea pequeño, pero su servicio me hace sentir caliente!

UUsuario invitado高鐵取消訂的房，沒想到藏着大驚喜！首先入住前會發資訊和路線圖給顧客，這點就很值得稱讚！小姐姐還免費升級了高層給我，可能我像彥祖？誰懂100多住高層觀景的含金量！其次他家的環境衞生和服務設施真的好到沒話説！超級無敵乾淨！入住後有點小插曲，小姐姐也是耐心的為我們積極溝通周旋，電話訊息全程秒回的陪着我們解決問題，被重視的感覺真的讓人格外安心！另外訂的loft大床和雙床也都超喜歡，最後我們離開退房，她還一直擔心我們的安全保障，真的讓人心裏暖暖的！離高鐵站衹有3分鐘路程，強烈推薦想住點好的都給我沖這家店！體驗感真的巨好巨享受！下次我還要跟朋友一起來！！！

GGeltokThis hotel is located near the sea, and it’s beautiful. The staff were very friendly, polite, and patient. They upgraded my room for free, and the check-in process was very quick.
I really liked the outdoor pool! It’s so beautiful, you can swim while enjoying a view of the sea. During my stay, there weren’t many people at the hotel, which made it very comfortable. All the facilities are nice. The indoor pool is also good, and there’s even a dry steam room (sauna).
The hotel’s grounds are huge, perfect for taking a walk and enjoying the beautiful views and trees. It’s also easy to access the sea directly from the hotel’s garden. Overall, the hotel is stunning.
As for the room, it was very spacious and included all the necessary amenities (shower gel, conditioner, toothbrush, etc.). The bathroom was also large and comfortable.
The hotel is not located in the city center, so it’s a good place to rest and relax. It provides everything you need for a peaceful stay.

AAlec Muklewicz 穆子德The hotel is nestled in a bustling and happening area of Shanwei, and was, overall, a great hotel for the purpose of a weekend getaway out of Shenzhen.
We went in the off-season, but the site in normal times offers beach access, several bars and restaraunts of different varieties (including Chinese and SOME international food options), some nice photo opportunities, among other things
The location of the hotel is a little unclear, but you will find their office near the corner of the large intersection - from there, it is easy to acces their rooms from multiple entry points. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The room was safe, clean, and affordable. It had a great view of the sea, if a just a little set back from it
Highly recommend a stay here!
