Directly at the G213 there is a truck parking lot and a public toilet separated from the hotel area with a fence. Entering that first there is a parking lot and behind this a huge hall serving as a restaurant, and a convenience store. Both were already closed. West of the hall are the accommodations. These are geodesic domes with windows on the zenith and the sides, each containing a standard or queen bed hotel room: bed(s), a wardrobe stand, a folding chair, a small desk,, a combined air condition and heating column, and plenty of space for the luggage. Behind the beds there is the sanitary line consisting of separated bath sink, toilet, and shower. Only disposable cotton towels are offered beside all the toiletries to expect. I was the last guest before the end of season closing and came late. I didn't know what a ”service area” is and missed the hotel at first. The personnel are very attentive and helpful. I was warmly welcomed and immediately offered a small dinner since the next open restaurant or convenience store is some kilometers away.

Es mejor decir que esta es una sala de exposiciones de arte que una casa de familia. Desde la arquitectura hasta la decoración, el propietario la diseñó él mismo, y los muebles interiores son todos artesanales, ¡lo cual es genial! El propietario es muy entusiasta y generoso. Al ver que éramos muchos, temía que no pudiéramos quedarnos, así que tomó la iniciativa de mejorarnos y nos dio la habitación más grande. También nos proporcionó trajes tibetanos gratis, grabó videos para los niños y nos ayudó a alquilar caballos a un precio muy favorable. Lamentablemente, no tuvimos tiempo suficiente para montar a caballo, ¡pero lo compensaremos la próxima vez! El día más caluroso de este viaje. Gracias, jefe, ¡y esperamos verlo la próxima vez!

This was one of our most expensive hotel stays in this trip & it definitely met our expectations. The room was really spacious & nicely decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean. The tv came with free online shows with no need for additional subscription fees. We wish we had arrived earlier to enjoy the room fully. The location was also perfect. We had a lovely morning walking around the grasslands enjoying the sunrise & the flowers. The breakfast provided was simple but filling & tasted good. Only gripe was the need to wait for the heater as it took a while for the water temperature to increase to an acceptable level. Moreover, the amount of heated water was also quite limited.

前台服務熱情，酒店有自己的小院可以停車，自駕很方便。而且還有電梯，我帶來帶小這電梯幫上了大忙！而且熱水充足，洗澡很舒服，最重要的是還有開地暖，今天十度左右很冷。而且房間還有配備吸氧機，孩子和長者均出現輕微高反，吸氧機能幫上忙。小哥還幫我們拿行李，很感謝！總的來説體驗感很好！今後有機會願意再次入住！

My friends and I (four of us) stayed at 若尔盖唐克天河一湾酒店 for three nights in May 2026. We were highly impressed by the excellent service of the owner and his staff. On the first day of our arrival, a staff member, 泽旦夺机, volunteered to take us to the First Bend of the Yellow River to watch the sunset. On the morning of the second day, he volunteered to drive us to the nearby Ruoergai Grassland, and in the afternoon to 索格藏寺, which is beside the First Bend of the Yellow River. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and all amenities were in good condition. We had a very positive three-night stay at 若尔盖唐克天河一湾酒店, especially thanks to the exemplary service of Mr. 泽旦夺机. We would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends. 我们一行四人于2026年5月在若尔盖唐克天河一湾酒店住了三晚。酒店老板及其员工提供的优质服务给我们留下了极其深刻的印象。抵达的第一天，员工泽旦夺机主动带我们去黄河第一湾观赏日落。第二天早上，他又主动开车带我们去附近的热尔大草原，下午又带我们去了黄河第一湾旁的索格藏寺。酒店干净卫生，所有设施都状况良好。我们在若尔盖唐克天河一湾酒店度过了非常愉快的三晚，尤其要感谢泽旦夺机先生的模范服务。我们一定会把这家酒店推荐给朋友们。

Stayed one night while hitchhiking from Songpan to Langmusi. The staff was kind and provided a cardboard for a sign. Inside the hotel there are a bunch of plants, so you think you are in a botanical garden. Rooms are a bit smokey, but have heated beds and a bathroom. I would not recommend it, but it was fine for a stay over night. As activity I can recommend visiting the Monastery and hike along the ridge of the grass hills, behind to a park and get down to the big square.

No water when I arrived because of an incident. I have no problem with that, but tell it to me instead of letting me discover it when I was to flush toilets... Hot water was so long to come that I could prepare myself a cup of tea. Apart from these water issues, room was large but not perfecty clean (dead insects, hairs...). Good location of the hotel.

La chica tibetana es muy amable. La primera planta es la sala de experiencias culturales tibetanas, y en la planta superior está la habitación de invitados. La habitación es amplia, la cama es muy cómoda, el aparcamiento en la planta baja es cómodo y hay muchos sitios para comer y beber en los alrededores. No está mal.

El hotel está mostrando su edad. El techo podría hacer con un cambio porque tiene bastante pocos cigarrillos quemados, pinturas y es bastante viejo. El personal fue amigable y útil. Nos quedamos en una temporada baja, por lo que el desayuno fue por debajo de la media.
