每次出門旅行，我對酒店都格外挑剔——畢竟旅途本就勞頓，住得不好，再好的風景也難免打折扣。這次來黔西，在網上反覆比對了很久，最終選了這家全季酒店。雖然價格比周邊略高，但住下來真真切切感受到什麼叫“物超所值”。 最打動我的是這裏的服務：每一個工作人員都特別優秀，對客人的需求響應極快，而且從不需要催促。我女兒愛睡懶覺，趕不上早餐時間，餐廳員工知道後主動用打包盒幫她裝好餐食，這種貼心在其他酒店從未遇過；我在大堂小坐片刻，前廳員工立刻遞來熱茶；女兒一個人在房間連不上Wi-Fi，工作人員馬上上門解決；外賣到了，機器人也是第一時間送達。從前台到客房保潔，每一位都熱情周到，讓人如沐春風。 房間乾淨整潔，早餐品種也很豐富，但真正讓人念念不忘的，是那種被妥帖照顧的感覺。尤其要表揚前廳的小劉，這個女孩總是把客人的需求放在心上，細緻又温暖。 以後出行，全季必定是我的首選。也真心推薦給每一位看重旅行品質的朋友。

El servicio es muy intimidad y cuidado, el cuarto está templado, la cama es muy cómoda, la zona de la habitación es también grande, el descanso es muy tranquilo. El balcón también puede ahogar el sol y curarlo. La ubicación está muy cerca del puerto, está más cerca del escenario, puede llegar a cientos de metros a pie. La cena y el desayuno son especiales locales que se come en el hotel, el pescado de sopa y el arroz son deliciosos, el jefe es demasiado entusiasta 🫶🫶

設施：比較新， 衞生：還可以，就是床上還有明顯的睫毛，讓人心裏不舒服 環境：方便第二天早上就出發去看金坡景區杜鵑花，位置方便。 服務：前台姐姐態度很好，但是專業素養需要提升，本來連續預訂了2晚，提前在攜程平台上更改了入住訊息，第二天取消入住，提前也與前台溝通並退房卡，結果第二天半夜兩點過還給我打電話，真的不明白為什麼不能在十點前與客人溝通非要半夜兩點打電話，而且我已經退房了，前台不做好工作交接，半夜打掃客人，後半夜完全睡不着了，希望能改進一下前台培訓。

This was definitely quite remote. Beware, it is very hard to get a Didi here, and the location is located up a steep hill, which is not intuitive to find (even if you speak Chinese). The room was a tad dirty and smelled a bit off, even though it was quite spacious. The servious was very nice though and the staff were kind.

酒店離高鐵站很近 剛好我第二天要趕車 真的很方便 房間白天採光很好 晚上也挺安靜的 衞生各方面都挺不錯 下次還會選擇入住這家酒店

服務：和民宿小姐姐聯繫的時候就感覺到她人非常的熱情和貼心，問各種問題都好耐心的解答，並且在我們高鐵到達的時候開着車車來接我們啦，給人的感覺又親切又温暖，跟小姐姐聊天説話都讓人感覺很舒服。🍃🍃 環境：一路上風景都很美，可以慢慢欣賞，心靜下來，心情也更加雀躍了。下車以後可以看到民宿所處的位置非常棒，可以欣賞到青山與河水，🪴🍀氣候宜人，景色美麗，連空氣中都是讓人放鬆的味道，在房間中視野開闊，可以眺望遠方，心曠神怡。💓💓 衞生：房間內乾淨整潔，打掃的一塵不染，各種所需物品準備的很齊全，還有小香薰，細節滿滿，整個格局也能看出是精心設計過的，設計師的品味棒棒的，裝修格調都非常喜歡，住宿很滿意。💝💝 最後：民宿裏有三衹超級可愛的🐶🐶🐶，它們是：旺財 花花還有白菜，可以實現擼狗自由啦，三小衹都非常的親人可愛哦，🐾🐾可以和它們玩還可以摸摸狗頭，太美好了。這就是嚮往的生活吧！ 還推薦了超好吃的烙鍋！騎着小三輪車沿着山路一路狂奔，超開心！🐾 那送你一朵小紅花🌹吧！！

I enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
