We stayed at this hotel during a cycling trip and absolutely loved the mountain location — perfect for scenic rides and fresh air. The rooms were clean and beautifully furnished, offering a comfortable retreat after long days. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness. Breakfast and dinner were traditional Chinese, tasty and authentic, though western options were missing. Overall, a great stay for nature lovers and cyclists!

La actitud del servicio es en general buena para el comportamiento personal. La actitud del servicio en general es buena. La actitud del servicio de salud limpia del desayuno es muy buena para decorar el estilo moderno y sencillo de la atmósfera. La sanidad de la habitación también es buena. El efecto de aislamiento del sonido de la habitación no es muy bueno para influir en el descanso y mejorar.

Esta temporada, el primer ojo que se ve es bueno. La puerta está llena de árboles. La puerta está llena de aire, llena de rosas verdes densas, especialmente bonita. La luz del salón es muy suave y se siente cómoda cuando entra la puerta. La zona de descanso es grande y está equipada con ventanas de aterrizaje, todo el salón es muy transparente. Los ascensores y los edificios también están limpios. El aislamiento del sonido también es bueno. Sea el descanso de viajes o el descanso de un breve período de tiempo...

We booked one of the villa's and the accommodation quality was excellent, we were also taken and picked up from the villa with the hotel transport (electric golf cart). unfortunately as we were travelling for business reasons we did not get time to enjoy the hotel facilities , although the breakfast selection and quality was also excel and i would definitely stay there again

房間很舒服，不管是單間還是loft，房間佈置得都不錯。 這裏很注重細節，入住的舒適度很高：桌角有防撞貼，樓梯有夜光四葉草；單間有浴缸，loft有室外私湯池；屋內有智能助手“嗨，小喬“，衞生間是智能馬桶，吹風機用的是戴森；浴袍柔軟親膚，床墊睡着很舒服；屋內有茶具可以泡一小壺茶，兩人對坐着慢慢喝。 這裏的人很好，前台姐姐温柔耐心，及時幫我們解決遇到的問題；廚房的姐姐做飯很好吃，總是笑盈盈的；老闆善良儒雅，還贈送了我們小禮物。 駕車去景點很方便，都好停車。雖然我們是冬天來的，山上沒有花開遍野的風景，但去了附近的牛草山，近距離看了大風車，登高望遠還可以看到連綿的山脈。第二天去大別山滑雪場，滑完雪後直接返程，行程上非常輕鬆。 離開的時候前台姐姐歡迎我們再來，或者路過的時候，可以像朋友一樣進來坐坐，喝杯茶聊聊天都行。這裏的熱情不會有點過頭，大家的善意和温柔恰如其分地流動，對我這樣的i人來説，非常非常ok！住得舒服開心，推薦大家選擇！

暑期自駕出遊，原本衹計劃在這個酒店入住一晚，但由於颱風影響一直在下雨，就續住了酒店。前台小姐姐依舊是幫忙升級到了家庭房，房間很大很寬敞，足足有70平米，也免去了我們換房間的麻煩。小朋友吃過早餐就換上泳衣去泳池裡玩水了。大堂裏有一個大幕布，可以看球賽。之前早上沒來的嘗試的各種美食，也都嘗試了一遍～

I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely stunning, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the dining experience was both prompt and mouth-watering. I'm still awestruck by the sheer beauty of the hotel and the room. Highly recommended for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

算是民宿，在景區裏，預訂後聯繫店家，購買景區門票後，可以自駕進景區老闆家門口的停車位。飯菜可口，價格就是景區里正常的，早餐大人十元小孩五元，服務很熱情，雖然房間硬件一般 ，但瑕不掩瑜，這個價格，這個位置，還要啥自行車呢。民宿離景區裏擺渡車點也不算遠。圖片是另一家民宿入住人的自己做的鐵鍋雞，當晚老朱家也有一個二十人左右的大家庭團隊預訂了上門烤全羊，氛圍都很好。適合多家庭，多團隊出遊入住。天堂寨裏白馬峽谷玩水很好，登頂爬山也很好，感覺景色衹比黃山稍遜。建議纜車上，步行下山，下山帶孩子邊走邊拍邊玩，接近三個小時。

服務層面：老闆和老闆娘都熱情，如果有需求，可以和老闆或者老闆娘商量，他們會幫助我們的！基礎設施：設施完善，不論是吹風機，還是浴室和衞生間都相當達到家用標準！衞生安全：這樣的酒店而言，衞生相當可以。交通方面：給個小建議，出行一定要提前。 當地公交車發達，完全不用擔心不方便。解決吃飯：老闆家就是做飯的，完全不用擔心餓肚子，也實惠！
