TTravertine_Cloud-05Hotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

There was a fair bit of building work going on, but that just makes us want to come back to see what changes. Breakfast was superb and the service was A* - more on that next...(Kit)
So, Alisa (our liaison) was incredible, she fixed any issues and made herself very available over WeChat to make anything and everything happen for us. She is a truly lovely and professional lady. I hope I see her when we stay again (Philippa) 😊👏

UUsuario invitadoServicio: En primer lugar, debo elogiar el servicio aquí, especialmente a la hermosa ama de llaves Vicky. Ella nos contactó y agregó WeChat el día antes del check-in, y salió a saludarnos cálidamente en el vestíbulo. Ella explicó con mucho cuidado las diferentes instalaciones de la habitación y del edificio. Vicky, que estaba de vacaciones después de realizar el check out, también nos trajo un pequeño regalo. No hay palabras que puedan describir lo buena que es. Todos los miembros del personal del hotel, incluido el chico guapo que recogió el coche y la señora de la limpieza, fueron muy amables y saludaron a todos con una sonrisa y dijeron hola cuando pasaron.
Medio ambiente: Esta es la elección más inteligente que he hecho. Las habitaciones no sólo son grandes, sino que también están completamente equipadas. Los artículos de tocador se reemplazan todos los días. Frente al mar y con las flores primaverales floreciendo, Sanya es la mejor experiencia entre todas las ciudades a las que hemos viajado.
Instalaciones: El hotel cuenta con un delicioso desayuno y cena buffet, diversas actividades para niños, una amplia zona de animación acuática y una piscina infinita perfecta para tomar fotografías. Los padres pueden cuidar fácilmente de sus hijos sin supervisión. La playa está a unos 50-100 metros del hotel, por lo que prácticamente puedes ignorar la distancia. En la playa hay personal de guardia que es muy responsable.

5天換四五家，這家才是真寶藏
來海南島5天，陸陸續續換了差不多四五個酒店，踩過不少小坑，直到住進這家，直接鎖定我此行最佳，也是我住過最驚艷的酒店，真心強推給所有來海南度假的人！
最先征服我的就是獨一無二的設計感，我從沒見過格調這麼絕的酒店！酒店門頭看似簡約低調，一拐彎就被狠狠驚艷——一扇三四米高的自動大門緩緩開啟，高級又治癒的空間瞬間映入眼簾，氛圍感直接拉滿。從公區走廊、園林綠化，到各類邊角小細節，每一處都設計得極具質感，處處透着温柔又高級的審美。
尤其電梯被打造成了精緻名貴的首飾盒，步入其中，彷彿自己就是被珍視的禮物，儀式感滿滿；每層的指示牌都用珍珠打造，精緻又別緻；不同區域搭配着不一樣的治癒配色，哪怕走再長的走廊，全程賞心悦目，絲毫不會覺得疲憊。酒店整體滿滿都是東南亞鬆弛感，就連早餐播放的都是冥想放鬆的輕音樂，身處其中，整個人都能卸下疲憊，自由自在、愜意舒心，徹底沉浸式度假。
酒店的美食更是意外之喜，餐飲水準遠超預期！不管是客房叫餐還是餐廳用餐，味道都比外面絕大多數飯店更出色，而且價格親民不溢價，完全可以宅在酒店吃遍所有美食，根本不用外出覓食。我們嚐了店內的海鮮火鍋，口感味道直接封神；對比很多酒店華而不實、口味拉胯的自助餐，這家完全相反，環境精緻的同時，菜品出品更是一流，食材新鮮、口味在線，每一口都能感受到用心，花的每一分錢都覺得物超所值。
最讓人動容的還是細緻入微的貼心服務，帶娃入住直接被暖到！酒店得知我們帶小朋友，提前就安排好床圍，還主動把兩張床拼在一起；我們訂的帶私人泳池房型，酒店還特意為寶寶準備了卡通吊牌房門卡、專屬搖搖椅、迷你小拖鞋，甚至連畫畫的鉛筆都一一備好。
中午會送上新鮮飽滿的荔枝，每一顆都清甜多汁，品質絕佳；下午還會贈送用料考究的精緻蛋糕，絕非敷衍的劣質甜品，處處都是實打實的用心。全程服務貼心又不打擾，恰到好處的温柔，讓人住得格外舒心。
房間的私人泳池與環境衞生也必須狠狠誇！之前入住過多家帶泳池的房型，要麼水質渾濁、清潔不到位，要麼隨處可見螞蟻蚊蟲，這家酒店完全沒有這些問題。泳池水質乾淨清澈，園區及房間環境衞生做到了極致，而且私密性超好。寶寶和爸爸在泳池裡暢玩一下午，我坐在一旁靜享時光，吹着微風、看着美景，整個人都格外放鬆。
酒店的園林景觀也十分出彩，綠植繁茂、景緻雅緻，飯後在園區散步，愜意又治癒；而且酒店位置絕佳，步行兩步就能直達沙灘，看海玩沙超便捷，完美契合海島度假的所有期待。
總而言之，這家酒店從設計、餐飲、服務到環境，全方位無短板，每一處細節都盡顯用心，全程入住體驗感拉滿。不管是家庭親子、情侶度假，還是獨自放鬆，都超級適合，來海南選這家酒店，絕對不會後悔，真心強烈推薦！

CCCRCHThe hotel is near the railway station and the beautiful river walk. No English but friendly understanding. Huge room new and neat. First day I got lost when a street vegetable man would drive me on his tuktuk so to call near the hotel From where I called and the hotel receptionist came to take me back to the hotel.
All for free The next day I took a long bus ride to the monkey beach and endless long beautiful beach in a special place on the sea. With fun Chinese met in the bus. Asking the bus driver if there would be a restaurant he offered me his company lunch parcels or a full healthy lunch. Free .
On the way back I found the hotel on my self and the friendly family was all smiling that I was back all alone and happy.
Next to the hotel I enjoyed the best fish soup ever. So I recommend this hotel in Lingshui. Which has a bridge built like a huge ship new and no motor just for pedestrians.

VVlad the TravelerEl apartamento está situado en un gran bloque de la comunidad que es muy vacío y alquilado por una agencia inmobiliaria local que sirve como recepción durante las horas de apertura. Entra si es un extranjero es bastante lento, pero el personal es amigable y puede alquilar ebiques de ellos que es agradable. La piscina de la comunidad libre es probablemente una de las mejores comunidades que he visto y que la mantienen bien porque el agua era limpia.
El hecho de que muchas personas vivan allí todo el año muestra que el edificio tiene esta apariencia decreciente y el ascensor está muy mal huele. El apartamento mismo tenía algunos problemas, especialmente el drenaje de la máquina de lavar fue bloqueado, por lo que causó una inundación y las camas no fueron las más comfiestas, pero todavía adecuadas. La playa más cercana está a unos 1 km y es una playa mediocre para nadar, pero es donde vienen las personas para ver el lanzamiento, que es probablemente la razón principal por la que vienen aquí en primer lugar.
Si realmente quieres nadar y surfar en un mar azul, hay una playa más pequeña cerca del templo Budda (foto 4) a unos 5 km con bicicleta o taxi.

Se puede surfear en la playa, y hay aún más que hacer en la playa pública. El desayuno era normal, típico de un hotel, y el restaurante chino estaba bien. I had an incredibly enjoyable trip. The hotel staff provided the best hospitality I have ever experienced. Choosing this hotel was the luckiest decision. They not only took me to the places I wanted to go but also went above and beyond to resolve any issues, like when I lost my phone. Thanks to them, I didn't feel any of the inconveniences that can come with not speaking Chinese during my trip to China. Despite the clear language barrier, I never expressed any discomfort. I deeply appreciate their kindness.
