GGraeme (高天乐Photographer)A wonderful hotel in a super clean and quiet area called Clearwater Bay. The service from Diana was excellent and she helped us to settle in and provided everything we needed with her brilliant hospitality. The breakfast quality was high, a great swimming pool and a nice private beach. The room was big with stunning views! Highly recommended!

DDominic FHotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

Entorno: El entorno es tranquilo y cómodo, a solo unos minutos a pie de la playa. Abrir las cortinas por la mañana revela una hermosa vista al mar; es simplemente maravilloso. Además, la ubicación es increíblemente conveniente.
Instalaciones: Las instalaciones del hotel son completamente nuevas, y los muebles y electrodomésticos de la habitación son completos y muy fáciles de usar.
Limpieza: La limpieza también es excelente. La habitación estaba impecable y ordenada, y la ropa de cama era cómoda, lo que me hizo sentir muy seguro.
Servicio: Quiero elogiar especialmente a Carol; su servicio fue impecable. Desde la cálida bienvenida al registrarme hasta su atenta atención durante mi estancia, me sentí como en casa. Location - 3/5 - The hotel is a bit out of the way but this is a destination hotel, the hotel itself is the attraction so for one night this worked for us.
Service - 5/5 - The staff were amazing and very friendly! The staff at the hot spring and at the buffet were very helpful and friendly!
Amenities - 5/5 - When we checked in we were given a free cookie as a welcome and the staff upgraded our room which was really kind. The hot spring was really nice and the swimming pool was so big! It was the biggest swimming pool I have ever seen. Some of the hot springs are under maintenance but 4 were open for us and we had them mostly to ourselves. Finally, the breakfast was massive offering such a diverse selection of foods including many local dishes.

Entorno: El estilo general del hotel es único y unificado. Es hermoso y lindo desde el exterior hasta el interior. El tema del conejo en forma de corazón y el estilo espacial son muy lindos y llamativos. A los niños les gusta mucho.
Habitación: Elegimos un loft con literas. Hay una telaraña en la habitación para que podamos subir desde abajo. A los niños les encanta esta instalación y suben y bajan varias veces al día para jugar. Hay toboganes para jugar en las literas superiores e inferiores.
Catering: ¡Quiero destacar especialmente el catering del mes de marzo! ! He estado en varios hoteles de cinco estrellas para comer buffets, y la calidad es mejor en marzo. La variedad no es especial, pero la comida es de buena calidad, fresca y el sabor de los platos es auténtico, a diferencia de la mayoría de buffets de hoteles que son sólo para aparentar. Mi marido gourmet se lo pasó genial estos tres días😄
Servicio: La ama de llaves Lexie brindó muy buen servicio, respondió a todas las solicitudes con prontitud y la comunicación fue fluida.
Instalaciones: A los niños les encanta jugar en el parque acuático, pero hace demasiado sol; Nadamos en la piscina infinita del quinto piso durante dos horas todos los días, y mi padre incluso aprendió a nadar; La máquina de garras en el Parque Bixintu es bastante buena, puedes agarrarla unas cuantas veces y aparecerá, las muñecas están todas etiquetadas y no son productos tres o nada, y se ven lindas🥰
Ambiente: La nueva habitación del hotel tiene un poco de olor a decoración, lo cual es aceptable; Es muy cómodo ir andando a la playa y hay herramientas gratuitas para excavar arena disponibles; No hay muchos mosquitos durante el día, pero los mosquitos pican por la noche, por lo que no es un gran problema si cierras las ventanas.
En general fue un viaje muy agradable. Mi papá dijo que fue el viaje más cómodo que jamás había hecho (principalmente porque disfrutó la comida 😁). Siento que no hay mucha gente. La publicidad puede no ser tanta como la de otros hoteles de cinco estrellas. Lo recomiendo mucho. Vale la pena experimentarlo 😋

英迪閣的設計真的太有特色了，每一處都美得不像話，隨便一拍就是大片。不像其他酒店千篇一律，這裏每一幀都美得像畫，完全不用擔心拍照問題。
2、無邊際泳池&恆温泳池
露天泳池是這裏的亮點，上層無邊際泳池拍照出片，下層泳池恆温28度，白天藍天白雲，晚上星星閃爍，彷彿伸手就能摘到。孩子在裏面玩得超開心，完全不用擔心水温問題。
3、原木色小童樂園
原木色的小童樂園設計感十足，無塑料感超高級，1100平空間活動豐富里麪活動超多，孩子在裏面玩得都不想出來。還有很多手工活動
4、性價比
英迪閣和金普頓酒店在一起，但英迪閣的價格比金普頓便宜很多。雖然英迪閣沒有正經的大堂大門，需要從側門進入，但所有的公共設施都是共享的，包括泳池、小童樂園等。所以，住英迪閣真的更划算，性價比超高！
5、服務超讚
前台辦入住的工作人員直接把我們送到了房間，一路介紹酒店的特色。辦入住的時候還送了兩個小朋友一人一個摺疊太陽鏡。所有的工作人員都超級nice。

UUsuario invitadoWe had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite making a full payment through Trip.com at the time of reservation for 3 rooms, the hotel staff demanded another full payment upon our arrival. Even after checking out of the hotel on November 21st 2024, I have yet to receive a full refund from Trip.com, as the hotel staff had assured us. This lack of professionalism and transparency caused unnecessary stress during our stay.
Furthermore, the security guard refused to let us alight at the main driveway in front of the hotel lobby to drop off our luggage, claiming that it would ”block the hotel’s feng shui” as per their boss’s instructions. However, we observed many other cars and guests doing so. This left us scrambling to find an alternative while managing our heavy bags to check into the hotel.
Such behaviour is not only inconsiderate but also unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. We will avoid staying at this hotel in the future.

MM2fmz6pgo****性價比高，房間空間比較大 其他各方便挺不錯的 樓下3到5分鐘就是海灘，對面是清水灣中央公里，裏面的環境也很好，是我住過性價比最高的度假公寓 。 有一個超大游泳，還可以游泳 房間都是有大陽台 。距離景點猴島和呆呆島也近，十幾分鍾，免税店打車20分鐘左右， 前台可以借用挖沙工具，比較方便。

UUsuario invitadoEstaba un poco preocupado después de leer las reseñas antes de venir, pero quedé muy satisfecho después de alojarme aquí. Es muy cómodo y perfecto para vacaciones. La piscina está muy limpia, la playa está muy cerca y no hay mucha gente. ¿Quién sabe cómo disfrutar de una playa privada? Los restaurantes de los alrededores también son muy fáciles de llegar en coche. Este lugar es ideal para turistas que viajan solos.

FFABCALI recently had a delightful stay at the Hyatt Regency in Hainan. The hotel offered a pleasant atmosphere, and my room was particularly inviting, featuring a charming wooden floor that added a homely touch.
One of the standout aspects of my stay was the tranquility of the hotel. I enjoyed a peaceful environment, free from noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which allowed me to fall asleep easily. I was so comfortable that I overslept and was only awoken by the doorbell when my friend arrived!
The bed was incredibly comfortable.
Additionally, the hotel boasts an impressive buffet breakfast, which was the highlight of my morning. Overall, the Hyatt Regency is a fantastic getaway from the city, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.
