Hotel de cinco estrellas muy rentable, habitaciones muy limpias, servicio cálido en la recepción. La actitud es muy amable y el servicio es muy bueno. Volveré a elegir este lugar la próxima vez. El desayuno es delicioso. Buena ubicación, transporte conveniente, habitaciones cómodas e higiénicas, personal de servicio entusiasta, especialmente Ranran, cuya actitud es muy buena y está dispuesto a brindar toda la ayuda posible. Ranran es muy entusiasta y merece una recompensa.

Hotel is nice enough and corresponds to the posted description, with one important exception: the pool is really for decoration only and rather dirty most of the time. Accordingly, in four days we never saw anybody in it, not even kids. As regards service: We had asked for a room far from the entrance. They gave us the one closest, saying all others were occupied. The room stank of cigarette smoke, even the curtains were stained. So back to reception: suddenly another room (same type) was available…??? There were more examples of a disgraceful service attitude. Sad. Do the owners/investors know?

Good hostel in a great location. Just across the bridge from the the area that has a small night market, the mosque and the palace. Beds are comfortable and the rooftop is nice. Workers were very friendly and helpful. Has good coffee! Note that there is no water dispenser so you will need to buy drinking water.

El hotel está bien estacionado, aunque el hotel debería tener un año, pero se ha renovado, las instalaciones son muy nuevas, no son costosas, se recomienda! La cena está en el restaurante del hotel Lidu y se come y cocina de café, no salir del hotel, conveniente, no es costoso, el entorno es bueno, la comida es más deliciosa que el exterior, el sabor es muy grande. Recomendación!

La habitación es buena! amplia y guardia de instalaciones. Los niños de 9 años de edad ricos en desayuno pueden comer gratis. LansheHomestay is situated really well in the old town in the middle of the refurbished walking street, cross the road and you are on your way to mega-naan alley, or hop over the bridge for night market, palace and more tourist attractions. The room and building are nicely decorated and from the rooftop terrace you may catch the dance performance down below on the street. They provide free pick-up and drop-off from the trainstation and they do trips to the surrounding sites like Duku highway, mysterious canyon, kizil 1000 buddah caves and subashi ancient city with their own comfortable car. Just ask anything, best place to eat proper non-tourist paper wrapped fish, or budget congee, or a quicky brekkie? They will know and help you to get there. Have your Google/WeChat translate at the ready, this place is china style straightforward and to the point, very friendly and attentive but don't expect everything on a silver platter. Ask and you shall receive .😀

The Kuqa Smart Business Hotel has a very friendly staff. They don’t speak English, but they are very friendly and accommodating. We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!
