Excellent hotel, great professional staff, and very good location. Location is very central and restaurants everywhere downstairs. The hotel room is clean and very well appointed. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, clean and well prepared, and the location made it easy for us to explore nearby places and try local food. The service was attentive, and the staff were always polite and willing to help whenever we needed anything. Good location, excellent service, and a very peaceful atmosphere. It’s within walking distance of many tourist attractions, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed. The staff at the front desk were very kind, and even allowed me to have a late check-out at no extra cost. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler in Kuqa.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa y ojalá hubiera podido quedarme más tiempo. El letrero de afuera está en inglés, así que es fácil de encontrar, y aún mejor, el gerente habla inglés perfecto. Fue muy relajante poder pasar una tarde hablando inglés con fluidez. Muy limpio: Probablemente sea la primera vez que entro en una habitación de hotel en China y no huelo a humo de cigarrillo rancio. Tampoco vi ni un solo insecto. ¡El hotel estaba impecable! Todos fueron muy amables y el personal me ayudó con todo lo que les pedí, desde recomendaciones de bares hasta solicitudes de cartón. Una estancia estupenda, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

La ubicación es ideal, a solo 10 metros de la entrada del callejón en Kucha, con fácil acceso a la zona, vistas nocturnas, restaurantes y espectáculos. La habitación estaba limpia e higiénica, con prácticos artículos de aseo desechables. Los dueños y el personal fueron muy amables, simpáticos y serviciales. Incluso me ayudaron a enviar un paquete, lo cual me encantó. Fueron pacientes y atentos durante el servicio de recogida y traslado al aeropuerto, e incluso me obsequiaron con un racimo de uvas recién horneadas. La azotea es perfecta para secar la ropa, y la habitación era tranquila con las ventanas cerradas, lo que garantizó un buen descanso. El dueño también creó una Cueva de los Mil Budas, que resultó muy interesante. En resumen, una estancia muy agradable.

The Kuqa Smart Business Hotel has a very friendly staff. They don’t speak English, but they are very friendly and accommodating. We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!

Pretty good for the price. Within walking distance from the train station although a fair distance from the city. The blue bikes are readily available to ride into town cheaply.

Huake was previously a hotel converted into an international youth hostel. We booked a twin-bed room for one night. There is a Uyghur girl who spoke impecable Mandarin with a tad bit of Beijing ascent at the front desk when we arrived. The check-in was speedy. The room was spacious and clean so were the bedding (no foul smell). The uniqueness about this hostel is, it does not provide bath towels and toilet papers. Instead, guests are given one-use towels and a pack of tissue papers which we double up as toilet papers. Initially, I thought the one-use towels (place on a try in the room) were bathing soap because they were in compressed form so I went to ask the Uyghur girl for towls and she told me those are actually compressed one-use towels. There are restaurants and minimarts next to the hostel and a night food street nearby (approx 200-300m by foot). No a bad choice if you need a layover or a couple of days stay to explore Kuqa.
