I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service.

If you a tea lover, you have to stay and enjoy the tea here. The home stay is located in a historical area in an historic building. The owner has a tea house inside of the building and generously shared their aged tea and local desserts with us. They also helped us to communicate with taxi driver to get our cell phone back after we lost the phone in the car. I would strongly recommend this place to people who enjoy culture and tea.

My stay was very good. I received a warm welcome from Jasmine, who was fantastic throughout my stay. She kept me informed and regularly checked if I needed any help. I also had a couple of business documents to print, and she kindly helped ensure they were printed and delivered to me. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good overall, although I would recommend adding a wider selection of fresh pastries. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely stay again.

¡Excelente! Este es el hotel más satisfactorio en el que me he alojado con mi familia en los últimos años. Los detalles y la distribución son impecables; es nuevo y tranquilo. Amplio y luminoso, limpio y ordenado, con una decoración sofisticada y un ambiente de murales de estilo europeo. El personal de limpieza fue muy meticuloso y el edredón era de plumas de excelente calidad; me quedé dormido en cuanto toqué la almohada. Si tuviera que mencionar algún inconveniente, sería que el desayuno podría ser de una categoría superior, en lugar de ser tan económico. Este hotel de Viena superó con creces mis expectativas; la estancia fue increíblemente cómoda y la más satisfactoria entre los hoteles de la misma cadena.

Anjia apartment is in nice residential area, just behind the Hilton hotel, and there is a food court nearby. It offers a beautiful view (see my photos).The apartment is not so close to Quanzhou as it looks on the map, and bus service is on an hourly basis. So, you are better using taxi or Didi. But it is not so far from Jinjiang Wudanshi Traditioal Blocks. The rent is pricey, but it is comfortable. Especially if it is a holiday they raised a price from 180 RMB to 326 RMB. Guests are required to do a self-check-in. However, there are no fabric towel, only paper ones. Imagine you dry yourself with a paper towel, which is disgusting, it is not enough, so you have to suffer after taking a shower. The owners who rent around dozen apartments do not want to bother to wash towels; they prefer lazy lifestyle of rich owners - easy money with less work.

El servicio del hotel es bastante bueno. The taxi drop-off is along the main road, but it is just a short walk away from the hotel. There is a big signage for easy identification. The night market is just a short walk away, and has a wide range of food and snacks. A deposit would be collected during the check-in process at the front counter, the process was relatively smooth. Conversed in mandarin so there wasn't any language barrier. Cigarette smell is strong in the corridors and walkways. The walls in the room are not very clean, with visible stains. There's a gap when the toilet door is closed. Bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable. Towels were sealed. Water temperature and amount are not consistent, sometimes it would get either super hot or super cold. Bathroom is relatively big and clean, but there is no wet / dry separation. Fits the price paid, we only stayed one night due to a transit flight.
