This hotel was a true hidden gem. It had such a warm, cozy atmosphere, and the staff made us feel like family. The location was convenient, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with great service!

La recepcionista era tan amable, amable y listo para ayudar cuando necesito ayuda para reservar un coche al aeropuerto, ella manejó mis maletas con tanta atención y me envió a mi coche (que no tenía que hacer, sin embargo, insistió por buena voluntad). No pude conseguir su nombre, dulce dama con espectáculos y unido a los pelos. Vine por el lobby dos veces y me senté con una bebida agradablemente. El lobby se ve super IG post digno, la habitación era la misma que se describe y publicita. Si hubiera vuelto a venir aquí, este es mi hotel para quedarme.

I’ve always like Ji Hotel. The decor is consistent and classic. The location for this hotel is quiet and it suits my purpose for this trip to Jingzhou. The 阿姨 there brings out the microwave oven to help me heat up my food even though they are having their lunch. She even remembers that I stayed at level 10. Very good customer service. The other interesting observation is that this outlet doesn’t have urine smell on the engineered wood floor at the toilet. I think the 阿姨did a good job in cleaning.

This is a great location above a mall. The entrance is well marked in the front. You may get a room without a window,but that will make it quieter. Buses 104 and 32 from the train station cost 2 yuan. Get down at the 9th. stop 万达广场。Two to three blocks away is a giant lake when you need some peace and shade. At night the street next to Changzhang University is very lively and there are even a pair of Pakistani restaurants for some great biriyani.

We arrived from Yichang via high speed train. On arrival, we called the hotel as it advertised free pick up from train station. However, the hotel staff asked us to take a cab to the hotel instead. We are fine to do that as booking Didi is convenient. But we soon realised we had to walk quite a distance and we could not find our Didi car. Apparently there is a dedicated area for Didi car to pick up customers. We asked a few people and they didn’t know. In the end I cancelled our Didi car and walked to the public taxi stand to get our ride to the hotel. If you decide to pick this hotel, go join the public taxi queue. The hotel is about 10minutes away and situated between Tesla and Mercedes car showroom. The hotel is very nice, big and has many facilities. The room was clean and spacious. Every night the hotel staff will deliver snacks and warm milk which we look forward to as the weather was cold. Hotel staff is very nice too. We enjoyed our 2-night stay here visiting Jingzhou Ancient City.

This is a great value for money hotel located inside the ancient city and close to the attractions and eating places. But most of all is the service personnel (from front desk to room cleaning lady and the breakfast lady) helpfulness and friendliness. Though only Chinese breakfast is supplied, the rice noodles that are freshly prepared by the lady is very good . An amenity which I wish the hotel could have supplied are tea and/ or coffee bags. Also, I would highly recommend that a feet-floor towel be included in the room as I feel it will make a big difference as it is also generally viewed as a very important amenity supply by most travellers.

這次出行選擇這家酒店完全超出預期，必須認真寫個好評推薦給大家！提前網上預訂，到店前台工作人員Paddy態度温和有禮，沒有絲毫敷衍，核對訊息速度很快，還主動告知電梯、早餐、停車場位置，貼心贈送瓶裝水，細節拉滿。大廳有免費茶水，還有一些貼心驅蚊貼 ，和花露水貼相對於夏季，非常友好，客房打掃得一塵不染，進門沒有異味，床品柔軟乾淨，枕頭軟硬適中，奔波一天躺下很快就能放鬆。衞浴乾濕分離，熱水供應穩定，水壓充足，洗漱用品品質不錯，房間採光通風俱佳，空調製冷效果好，電視、充電插座、觀景窗户一應俱全，窗邊桌椅方便休閑辦公。酒店配套很完善，十六樓早餐種類豐富，熱菜、麪點、粥品、水果、飲品齊全，食材新鮮，味道家常可口。公共區域乾淨整潔，電梯隨時有保潔擦拭。保潔阿姨打掃時輕聲細語，打掃細緻到位，主動補充飲用水和紙巾。地理位置優勢明顯，出門打車方便，周邊餐館、商超齊全，出行遊玩省時省力。中途有小需求聯繫前台，響應速度極快，工作人員處理問題耐心高效，服務專業又暖心。整體性價比超高，環境舒適、服務周到、衞生達標，不管是出差辦公還是旅遊住宿都很合適。全程入住體驗舒心自在，沒有踩雷，下次再來本地還會選擇這家，也推薦給出行的朋友！

It’s the most convenient place for us to stay since my father-in-law lives right above the hotel! I like the breakfast. I like the accessories I found in the bathroom, especially the foldable comb!! The most incredible experience was the helpfulness of the staff named 青青 at the front desk. Our wifi on the phones was very slow when we connected to the system in the room. 青青 was very very patient to check out our phones and reprocessed the whole setting to make the wifi go smooth and perfect!!

First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.
