UUsuario invitadoExcellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Chinese so we communicated with wechat which translates for me. I needed some extra toilet paper and this was sent to the room almost immediately by robot service. I was at the hotel for 12 hours as a stopover between flights while in transit and I had no complaints. All my requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I will be going to TFU again and this hotel is absolutely wonderful for my needs. I photographed the breakfast that was available in the buffet section.

UUsuario invitadoMe alojé de nuevo en este hotel y fue realmente excelente 👍. Ya me he hospedado aquí varias veces. El conductor y el personal de recepción fueron especialmente atentos y amables ❤️. El ambiente del hotel es elegante, con muchas flores frescas en el vestíbulo. Hay tiendas de conveniencia Kudi Coffee, Luckin Coffee y Lawson a unos 6-5 metros de la entrada del hotel. También hay un bar de snacks Shaxian y dos grandes supermercados de frutas a unos 80 metros. La calle de enfrente está llena de restaurantes, incluyendo puestos de hot pot, barbacoa y fideos, muy conveniente. El hotel está excepcionalmente limpio y ordenado; entrar en la habitación me hizo sentir muy feliz. La ropa de cama era excelente 👍, especialmente el colchón y las almohadas de látex perfectamente firmes, que brindan una experiencia de sueño estupenda. Los bollos al vapor del desayuno estaban recién hechos y deliciosos. Este es el mejor lugar para dormir cuando se viaja con frecuencia. Suelo hospedarme aquí siempre que estoy cerca del aeropuerto de Tianfu en viajes de negocios. ¡Lo recomiendo ampliamente! ¡Una reseña genuina de 5 estrellas!

PpeitatoLa habitación era sencilla y suficiente para pasar la noche, y el precio era asequible, pero sinceramente, debido a la mala atención al cliente, no volvería y preferiría pagar un poco más para alojarme en otro lugar con mejor servicio. Al final de mi viaje, me alojé en otro hotel del aeropuerto por unos 15 yenes más, mucho más nuevo y con un servicio excelente y paciente.
Llegué sobre la medianoche y llamé para solicitar un traslado al hotel, pero la mujer que me atendió fue un poco grosera. No entendí del todo algo que dijo mientras intentaba averiguar dónde debía encontrarme con el conductor, ya que no soy chino (aunque hablo mandarín con fluidez), y me dijo: ”¿Cómo es posible que no entiendas algo tan simple?”. Que le dijera eso a alguien que no es de la zona en un hotel de un aeropuerto internacional tan grande me molestó mucho.
Al final, no llegué al hotel hasta la 1 de la madrugada debido a la confusión sobre el punto de recogida y a que el conductor regresó al aeropuerto a mitad del trayecto para recoger a otra persona.
La verdad es que me arrepiento de no haber llamado a un Didi.
Al salir a la mañana siguiente, alguien vino a mi habitación 20 minutos antes de la hora programada para mi traslado para asegurarse de que estuviera despierta, lo cual fue un buen detalle. Luego volvió 5 minutos antes para apurarme, e incluso me dijo: ”Si no estás lista, atenderé primero a los demás y volveré a buscarte. Solo tardaré 2 o 3 minutos”. Literalmente me estaba poniendo los zapatos al salir. No llegué tarde en absoluto, pero por alguna razón me metió prisa como si estuviera retrasando a todos y causándoles molestias. Los otros dos se dirigían al aeropuerto, así que sin duda le habría llevado mucho más de 2 o 3 minutos volver a buscarme. Le aseguré que ya casi estaba lista y llegué al vestíbulo justo a tiempo para mi traslado.
Siempre intento ser comprensiva y paciente, sobre todo cuando me alojo en hoteles económicos, pero sinceramente, este tipo de interacciones son mucho menos tolerables cuando ocurrieron dos veces en las menos de 10 horas que estuve allí, además de que viajar en avión ya es bastante estresante y agotador.

何何丽霞Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station.
The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room.
There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful.
This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi.
But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended

RRomzesEl hotel está cerca del aeropuerto de Tianfu y ofrece servicio de transporte gratuito. En general, las habitaciones son aceptables. Nos registramos solo por cuatro horas para descansar entre vuelos. Hacía frío en la habitación, sobre todo en febrero, con temperaturas exteriores de entre 5 y 10 °C. Las ventanas estaban abiertas y la calefacción era solo de aire acondicionado, así que tardó un rato en calentarse. Las ventanas de las habitaciones son de un solo cristal, por lo que el aislamiento acústico es deficiente; se oye la calle con mucha claridad. Las habitaciones olían a cigarrillos.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
