Una gran calidad de gente, la gente es buena y prudente, el servicio es cuidadoso, la higiene es absolutamente buena [fuerte], los bienes están bien, todos son inteligentes, el desayuno es nutritivo, hay necesidad de hacerlo. En una pequeña ciudad como esta, me hace sentir que me siento caliente en casa. Me gusta mucho la gente aquí, tiene la oportunidad de volver.

We stayed 2 nights. The host was super nice. Room was big and very clean. Location is very central and convenient. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was the best one that I have ever taken. Highly recommend this hotel. 我们在这里住了两晚，很舒服，房间很大，很干净。它的位置也不错，离步行街很近。老板人很好，热情。 它的淋浴超级好，水压大。洗澡很痛快。是我旅游洗过最舒服的淋浴，没有之一。

The Royal Maple Hotel in Hailar, Hulunbuir was more than I even expected. First of all, the hotel provided an airport pick-up and drop off service which was smooth and convenient. The driver even spoke English and was very polite, helped me with luggage and everything. I was solo traveling and had some health problems, but the stay was very comfortable thanks to the hotel front desk service. Amila, a mongolian receptionist specially helped me with everything because I do not speak Chinese. All of the staff are so friendly, including the breakfast lady, always smiling and tending to guests that left me a warm impression. Also the breakfast quality was very good in addition to the soft french jazz creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and they cleaned it everyday, replacing waters and other daily necessities. They even changed my sheets upon request. I felt like home in this hotel and had an unforgettable stay thanks to the lovely people working there. Given the price and location, this place is highly recommended.

La habitación es limpia y sana, el jefe es especialmente entusiasta y necesita. El hotel recomendado también es muy real. Sentí el entusiasmo de los habitantes de la montaña. Muy satisfecho con el viaje. La próxima vez que tenga la oportunidad de ir y decidir su casa

小木屋外的風景很好，房間比較乾淨，有些小蟲子，但沒有蚊子，蒼蠅拍就夠了，也沒被咬。工作人員很友善。後面有露營地，應該人多的時候還會有篝火晚會啥的吧。

Приятный отель, расположен в непосредственной близости к торговым центрам как надземным так и подземным, недалеко железнодорожный вокзал. Номер чистый, уютный, в номере есть все необходимое, даже зарядник с разными разъёмами в тумбочке, но нет холодильника. Вид из номера 307 на крыши и соседнее здание. В номере умное все, даже унитаз, но голосовой помощник комнаты только на китайском языке. Ресепшен расположен на втором этаже в зоне завтраков. Завтраки нормальные, но если проживать более двух ночей разнообразия не будет. В целом очень приятное впечатление, если окажемся снова в Хайларе, то поселимся именно здесь.

Good quiet place, the room is clean, warm, the choice for breakfast is not very big, but everything is tasty

As an american traveling through Inner Mongolia with my chinese partner and her mom, this was my first time staying in a traditional yurt and honestly it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip and my first ever trip to China! The power went out on our first night because of an annual power inspection and it lasted longer than expected. After a long day of traveling i was definitely disappointed because i had been looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing for the night. Even though the outage was completely outside the hosts' control, they did everything they could to make us comfortable! They brought us lights, checked on us several times and kept us updated on the situation via WeChat. By the end of the trip, what stood out to me wasnt the outage itself, but how hard everyone there worked to take care of us. They went above and beyond to make up for the power outage inconvenience. They treated us to horseback riding, paid for lunch and paid for afternoon tea which we greatly appreciated. By the next day i wasnt even thinking about the outage anymore because we were having such a great time. Their kindness turned what could have been a frustrating start into a really great experience. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes according to plan but it's much harder when something goes wrong and in this situation, the hosts exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. Whenever we were eating, they were always nearby in case we needed anything and they consistently made us feel taken care of throughout our stay. One of my favorite memories was feeding the young sheep! It seems like a simple activity but as someone who has never had any opportunity to experience life on the grasslands, it was an experience I'll always cherish. I loved being able to experience the beautiful scenery and slower pace of life out here. There is also a scenic spot just a couple miles down the road with a hill you can walk up for free if you are staying at the yurts as a guest. The view from the top is absolutely incredible with endless grasslands in every direction. While staying here and driving through the area, we saw hundreds if not thousands of horses, cows and sheep across the landscape which made the whole experience feel even more special!! Also, the fried beef meal was so good I had to order it twice. And the snacks with the afternoon tea were also yummy. They provide all the toiletries you need as well as several bottles of water daily. There is both air condition and heat which helped during this time of year as the room would get very hot during the day and cold at night. The way the yurts light up at night is beautiful. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing this beautiful part of Inner Mongolia with us. I'm definitely not one to leave reviews but this stay was worth taking the time to write one. We left with great memories and i would gladly stay here again! highly recommended!

The hotel was difficult to find and it was horrible to find parking. You also have to first take an elevator to the 3rd floor then walk to another elevator to take it to your floor (we were on the 4th floor). The corridors were dark and scary with lots of construction going on. It also smelt like smoke everywhere. One of the two elevators was out of service. Maybe they are new but there’s just too much construction going on and it’s too dark. Too much walking and changing elevator was inconvenient. Breakfast ended at 9am and we arrived at 8:45am and they were already cleaning up. Not much variety. Everything was spicy. The milk smelt so bad…like it came straight from the farm. I almost threw up. THEY ONLY PROVIDE DISPOSABLE TOWELS. I hate disposable towels - you can’t dry off like that. I asked for an extra one and while we went out for dinner the staff entered our room without our consent to check if we already had towels. Where is the privacy?!? There are bugs everywhere. The laundry room only has one washer and one dryer. Extremely inconvenient as there are so many rooms and everyone wanted to do laundry. I waited till midnight to be able to do my laundry and yet my clothes weren’t even dry because I was too tired to wait any longer. The front desk staff weren’t that friendly upon arrival but were very nice when we checked out. Helped watch my child while I put luggage in my car as it wasn’t convenient to take her with me in the rain. They provide free entry to this park in Heishantouzhen but the place isn’t actually that fun. The staff there are rude and unfriendly. The animals looked dirty and sad. I don’t think I will stay at this hotel again unfortunately next time until they clean up the construction and not use disposable towels again. It’s not environmentally friendly.

The receptionist lady at the hotel was very friendly, kind, and welcoming. The hotel is located in a very convenient area in the city center, which was a great advantage. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory. The hotel did not provide enough bottled drinking water according to the number of guests staying in the room. I believe it is important to provide clean bottled water based on the number of guests and beds in the room. This does not cost much for the hotel, but for tired travelers who have been on a long journey, it is a small but valuable comfort. There were also no porcelain cups available for drinking tea in the room. In addition, some foreign guests were talking loudly, coming in and out of the hotel, and making a lot of noise until around 2 a.m. This made our stay uncomfortable and disturbed our rest. We had traveled a long distance and were extremely tired, so we decided to overlook these issues and requested to extend our stay for one more night at the same hotel to get some rest. However, the hotel increased the room price, which was disappointing. Furthermore, although the agreed check-out time was 2:00 p.m., we were asked to leave after 12:30 p.m. As a result, we could not finish our lunch and had to check out at around 1:30 p.m. We hope the hotel can pay more attention to respecting the agreed check-out time and providing better service for guests in the future. I sincerely hope the hotel management will pay more attention to these issues and work on improving the quality of service for future guests. Wishing your hotel continued success.
