Una gran calidad de gente, la gente es buena y prudente, el servicio es cuidadoso, la higiene es absolutamente buena [fuerte], los bienes están bien, todos son inteligentes, el desayuno es nutritivo, hay necesidad de hacerlo. En una pequeña ciudad como esta, me hace sentir que me siento caliente en casa. Me gusta mucho la gente aquí, tiene la oportunidad de volver.

Me quedé aquí como parte de mi viaje de 20 días por las bosques de Heilongjian del Norte y las colinas blancas de la Mongólia Interior. Después de conducir al norte de A'ershan a Nueva Barag Youqi para ver que se queda en el banco sur de Hulun Hu, me fui a Manzhouli para que se quedara en el lago del norte y mirar el sol. También disfruté de la comida de minoría étnica rusa, té de leche y compré algunos regalos en la ciudad. En el hotel, el hotel está en el edificio de alta elevación y es muy agradable. La recepción es agradable y amable. Me dio todo lo que necesito y mostré una habitación mucho más grande que la que reservaba. Las habitaciones son las más grandes que he conocido desde que vivía en China. El diseño es agradable, caliente y brillante. Se encontró como un alarma de estudio que sólo faltaba una cocina. La tía me dio algunos magnetos mientras me iba y me encanta mucho. Recomiendo este lugar si necesita un apartamento tranquilo como un estancia en la ciudad. Si te gusta la comida rusa, o de Europa y no te gustan los restaurantes rusos que sirven pan, carne, patatas y cerveza rusa.

La familia tuvo un buen tiempo aquí. Bellas propiedades con vistas inobstruccionadas a las hierbas. Muy tranquilas, grandes comidas - un lugar perfecto para pasar unos días. Sería definitivamente de regreso!

The Royal Maple Hotel in Hailar, Hulunbuir was more than I even expected. First of all, the hotel provided an airport pick-up and drop off service which was smooth and convenient. The driver even spoke English and was very polite, helped me with luggage and everything. I was solo traveling and had some health problems, but the stay was very comfortable thanks to the hotel front desk service. Amila, a mongolian receptionist specially helped me with everything because I do not speak Chinese. All of the staff are so friendly, including the breakfast lady, always smiling and tending to guests that left me a warm impression. Also the breakfast quality was very good in addition to the soft french jazz creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and they cleaned it everyday, replacing waters and other daily necessities. They even changed my sheets upon request. I felt like home in this hotel and had an unforgettable stay thanks to the lovely people working there. Given the price and location, this place is highly recommended.

Located less than an hour from town this is a convenient location to enjoy a grasslands and yurt experience without a huge amount of travel, perfect if you are short on time. The yurt was delightful - super comfortable, warm and good hot water. Nearby there is a steep hill to climb to get breathtaking 360 views of the grasslands and the winding mo’erle river. The staff are welcoming and attentive, the food is delicious and there are activities on site such as horse riding . Kexin - thank you for the warm welcome and your brilliantcare during my stay!

Номер чистый, уютный, в номере есть все необходимое, даже зарядник с разными разъёмами в тумбочке, но нет холодильника. Вид из номера 307 на крыши и соседнее здание. В номере умное все, даже унитаз, но голосовой помощник комнаты только на китайском языке. Ресепшен расположен на втором этаже в зоне завтраков. Завтраки нормальные, но если проживать более двух ночей разнообразия не будет. В целом очень приятное впечатление, если окажемся снова в Хайларе, то поселимся именно здесь.

The hotel was difficult to find and it was horrible to find parking. You also have to first take an elevator to the 3rd floor then walk to another elevator to take it to your floor (we were on the 4th floor). The corridors were dark and scary with lots of construction going on. It also smelt like smoke everywhere. One of the two elevators was out of service. Maybe they are new but there’s just too much construction going on and it’s too dark. Too much walking and changing elevator was inconvenient. Breakfast ended at 9am and we arrived at 8:45am and they were already cleaning up. Not much variety. Everything was spicy. The milk smelt so bad…like it came straight from the farm. I almost threw up. THEY ONLY PROVIDE DISPOSABLE TOWELS. I hate disposable towels - you can’t dry off like that. I asked for an extra one and while we went out for dinner the staff entered our room without our consent to check if we already had towels. Where is the privacy?!? There are bugs everywhere. The laundry room only has one washer and one dryer. Extremely inconvenient as there are so many rooms and everyone wanted to do laundry. I waited till midnight to be able to do my laundry and yet my clothes weren’t even dry because I was too tired to wait any longer. The front desk staff weren’t that friendly upon arrival but were very nice when we checked out. Helped watch my child while I put luggage in my car as it wasn’t convenient to take her with me in the rain. They provide free entry to this park in Heishantouzhen but the place isn’t actually that fun. The staff there are rude and unfriendly. The animals looked dirty and sad. I don’t think I will stay at this hotel again unfortunately next time until they clean up the construction and not use disposable towels again. It’s not environmentally friendly.

There were also no porcelain cups available for drinking tea in the room. In addition, some foreign guests were talking loudly, coming in and out of the hotel, and making a lot of noise until around 2 a.m. This made our stay uncomfortable and disturbed our rest. We had traveled a long distance and were extremely tired, so we decided to overlook these issues and requested to extend our stay for one more night at the same hotel to get some rest. However, the hotel increased the room price, which was disappointing. Furthermore, although the agreed check-out time was 2:00 p.m., we were asked to leave after 12:30 p.m. As a result, we could not finish our lunch and had to check out at around 1:30 p.m. We hope the hotel can pay more attention to respecting the agreed check-out time and providing better service for guests in the future.
