Truly excellent. We stayed here for a total of two nights during our visit to Mount Hua. The location is close to the base of the mountain, the food is delicious and affordable, the room we stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and clean, complete with two balconies, and the service was unmatched. From the moment we arrived to the train station, we were we greeted with chauffeur service and warm smiles. They even helped us move our luggage and drove us to and from the hotel to the Mount Hua Visitor Centre and to the train station again when we left, and delivered fresh local fruit to our room at the end of the day. After staying in various hotels across Canada, the United States, and China, we can say with full confidence that this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. A Truly Memorable Stay – Incredible Hospitality at the Foot of Mount Huashan I stayed here while preparing to hike the legendary Mount Huashan from the bottom, and I can honestly say the experience was made all the more special thanks to the incredible kindness and hospitality of the owners. From the moment I arrived, the owners went out of their way to make me feel at home. They provided a detailed and helpful briefing on how to explore the mountain safely, including routes, timings, and what to expect—something that gave me great confidence going into such a challenging hike. The real highlight, however, was their extraordinary help when I accidentally left my camera in a taxi. What could have been a disaster turned into a heartwarming reminder of genuine human kindness. The owners took it upon themselves to contact the driver, coordinate the return, and made sure I got my camera back safely. They didn’t have to go to such lengths, but they did so without hesitation. They were also incredibly accommodating when it came to practical matters—arranging food deliveries after a long day on the trail, and organizing a smooth taxi ride back to the train station when it was time to leave. If you're planning to hike Mount Huashan and are looking for a place that feels more like staying with family than in a hotel, this is the one. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The location was perfect! Right next to Hua mountain! We were there with my friends for about 3 days and I enjoyed every minute of my trip. The room was really clean and quiet. The scenery was just amazing and the staff were very nice and friendly. We took meat and veggies there and borrowed a barbecue and had perfect food there. The breakfast was not bad mostly Chinese style. The camping area was really quiet and I was literally shocked by all the quietness! Because we went there during national holidays and I thought it would be crowded and noisy but vise-versa! It’s a perfect place to relax and avoid the crowds and craziness of the city! There are so many convenient stores and even Chagee and KfC nearby! We loved it🤩❤️

My stay at Novotel Huashan is perfect and overwhelming. On arrival at the train station, we were picked up by the hotel van, the driver dressed in a suit and he was already there waiting for us. You can't beat this service level. The room is spotless and big with a small view of Huashan. We took a walk to the city and came back to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Excellent service and reasonably priced tasty food. The breakfast buffet is very well layout. The buffet restaurant with grand high ceilings. Special mention to breakfast restaurant manager 司江艳, all the front desk receptionist are super. Recommend
