Absolutely wonderful experience! The place is run by a very friendly elderly couple who truly treat guests like family. They went out of their way to help with every request, no matter how small, and were always patient and warm. What really stood out was that they personally ferried us around whenever we needed to go out, which made getting around incredibly convenient and stress-free. Their kindness, local knowledge, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended if you want a comfortable, heartfelt, and trustworthy experience. Rooms were also much more spacious than others and clean, amenities were generously provided as well. 这次体验真的非常棒！店/民宿是由一对非常亲切的老夫妻经营的，把客人当成家人一样照顾。无论我们有什么需求，他们都会耐心帮忙，从不嫌麻烦。最贴心的是，他们还会亲自接送我们出行，省心又方便，让整个行程轻松不少。两位长辈非常热心、实在，也很熟悉当地情况，让人住得特别安心和温暖。强烈推荐，是真正有人情味的好地方。

La ubicación del hotel no es mala, cerca de las comidas . No hay mucho que hacer en Hezhou sin embargo. Envié a los museos culturales dos veces y cada vez que se cerró. Hay un parque cercano pero era demasiado caliente y muñeco para hacer nada. El hotel dispone de 24 horas de café y una habitación muy agradable. La única cosa es que por alguna razón, falta un vestidor. No hay lugar para colgar a colgar mis ropas. Sólo encontré 2 ganchos junto a la cama, pero no puede colgar más de 2 artículos de ropa allí. La casa de baño está en el baño y después de lavarme la ropa, podría colgarla allí. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable.

Great location, just make sure you enter the gate by Luckin coffee shop then its only 20 metres. There isn't a lift and its 4 floors, so maybe ask for a lower room if you have heaps of luggage. The owners are very helpful and hospitable and enjoy to share a cup of tea. The room I stayed in was well presented with a glass ceiling section and a view over the hills and township. There was nowhere to easily open up my suitcase was the only real downfall.The township is a must visit if you are close, with lots of alleys and walkways to explore. I stayed two nights and both nights street stalls opened up at around seven with lots of different foods to try. Overall it was a very relaxing stay.

El hotel está muy bien, pero el hotel está muy bien. Eligimos el lugar porque podíamos traer a nuestro perro pequeño.

El diseño del hotel es estéticamente agradable, integrado en la ladera, con una terraza en la azotea que ofrece vistas panorámicas de toda la ciudad antigua. Paseando por los callejones del pueblo, el quinto día del Año Nuevo *****, vi al sonriente Dios de la Riqueza en el templo y tuve que ofrecer una oración, pensando: «Debe estar muy ocupado hoy». Compré un poco del vino Sello de Salomón casero del hotel.

Este pequeño hotel a las afueras del casco antiguo de Huangyao fue una excelente elección para nuestra visita. Está ubicado a solo unos minutos a pie de la entrada al casco antiguo, lo que resultó muy conveniente sin estar en pleno centro turístico. El entorno era tranquilo y apacible, algo que agradecimos mucho después de pasar el día explorando. El hotel es sencillo pero con un diseño cuidado, con habitaciones limpias y cómodas, buen aire acondicionado y wifi fiable. La decoración combina la comodidad moderna con el estilo local, y nuestra habitación tenía una hermosa vista de las colinas cercanas. El personal fue amable y atento. Si bien no nos ayudaron con el equipaje, nos dieron consejos útiles sobre la zona, como dónde comer cerca y los mejores momentos para visitar el casco antiguo y evitar las multitudes. La comunicación fue sencilla pero sincera, y siempre estuvieron disponibles si necesitábamos algo. El desayuno era sencillo pero fresco, con gachas de arroz, panecillos y fruta. También hay un agradable patio donde disfrutamos relajándonos por la noche. En resumen, este hotel fue una base tranquila y cómoda a las afueras de Huangyao. Es una opción con buena relación calidad-precio, un servicio amable y una ubicación excelente para explorar el casco antiguo sin el ruido.

The owner Mr Gu is the best. He was very hospitable and super helpful. He picked me up on his motorbike. If not for him, I would not have been able to find the hotel  which is in a small alley that is big enough for one motorcycle to pass through. I use Maps.me, Baidu map, Amap and Google Map and none of these would be able to help me.  He carried my luggage on his shoulder inside of roll it so the action of pulling it on these uneven slabs of stones wouldn’t ruin the wheels . On the day of departure he again carried my luggage to the side of the road to wait for my ride. Mr. Gu service was really one of the best on this trip. The location of this hotel is very convenient. It is inside the ancient town and yet because it is inside an alley, it was very quiet. Also it is only less than 5 minutes away from the main road where you can find all kinds of restaurants, pastry shops, pharmacies etc. You can also  eat inside the ancient town as well. The decoration is very appealing. It is pleasing to the eyes . The lighting is brighter enough to read and there are switches bedside where you can turn off the light. The shower is separated from the toilet so that area remained mostly dried ( there was a leak and I could see water coming from the shower stall into the toilet area and it was ok ) The only blemish and weakness , I would say is the room size. I stayed in 永安門. It is the one of the smallest room that I have ever stayed in in China. I understand there is little space inside the ancient town but notwithstanding, the original design could have made 3 rooms into 2 instead of 3 small rooms. The bed is big but there is little space to move around. There is a small desk. It would be quite cramped and even a bit claustrophobic for 2 normal size persons to be in the room. The bathroom has a small window that faces a wall 6 inches away.  The next room to the right opens up to some open space. By the bedside,there is another window but it opens to a hallway and there is window on the hallway. I have my curtain drawn for privacy although I didn’t hear anyone walked past my room being the next to the last room in the curve hallway.  I saw the hotel from the outside and it appears that many rooms face an open field but I was unlucky enough to be given a room that is maybe THE shittiest. If I was shown two different rooms I wouldn’t have picked that one.  I wouldn’t mind paying more to see the sun.  I examined the hotel pictures carefully and there was no way that I knew before I reserved that one window faces a hallway and the other faces a wall.    This hotel is perfectly fine but you have to request a room that has window not facing a hallway and a wall. Some people don’t mind but for me it was paramount.  I supposed if you want more space, you have to pay more or live outside of the ancient town. There are many but there is trade off , of course.  Mr. Gu has a Corgi , a very cute dog with short legs but an enormous rotund body. He was very friendly and allowed me to pat him. 

¡Hacia el pueblo del tesoro! ¡El corazón de la montaña de la montaña es realmente extraordinario ～ Alojarse en la suite de paisaje de montaña de peces, jardín único + terraza de paisaje completo, la belleza de la selva es muy atenta, el sentimiento de atmósfera se llena directamente 🌲 La higiene general es superior a la localización, la habitación y la piscina privada están limpias en cada rincón y se encuentran muy cómodos y tranquilos. Las instalaciones de acompañamiento son perfectas, sopa privada, barbacoa, minibar, todas las necesidades de vacaciones de viaje son satisfactorias. El ambiente está limpio y está rodeado de plantas verdes y verdes, lejos de la supercuración de la tumba. El servicio del personal es cálido y íntimo, el entusiasmo no se molestará demasiado, la experiencia es satisfactoria 💯 ¡Longe de la ciudad, ven aquí, absorbe la sopa de oxígeno, relaja el corazón, es demasiado adecuado para vacaciones cortas, realmente recomendado, volver la próxima vez!

Had a really fantastic time at the hotel and the beautiful ancient town. We booked literally an hour before arriving (late at night) and communication was swift. Hotel owner (wife, husband) and her mum (who helps out) are really friendly and warm. There’s cafe right at the hotel entrance, and we enjoyed great-tasting coffee in the morning. Very strategic location in the ancient town itself, so there’s ticket access fee if arriving in the day but it’s free entry in the evening. Peaceful street in the morning. Beautiful courtyard. There’s also a terrace with a great view of the karst. Owner also allowed us to use the washing machine. Unfortunately we arrived when it was cold (in Dec), so the swimming pool facility was not available. Very well priced too to top it off.Overall, one of the best homestays we’ve ever tried.

We choose the Seli Hotel due to fact that they allowed our dog. The location was great for us since there is green corridor between the hotel and the canal which made it very easy to bring our little friend out for his business. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. The lights are a bit challenging to navigate. Floors and carpets could get a bit more tender love in terms of cleaning. Great breakfast buffet and environment, very light and inviting. We wished there would be a minifridge in the room though. A drawback is that you hear everything, from people in the adjoining rooms. We even hear the music from the hallway. But they did turn it off after we asked.
