這次温泉之旅堪稱完美，必須給五星好評！私湯温泉無疑是酒店的絕對亮點，水質清澈、温度宜人，泡完後身心徹底放鬆，肌膚都感覺滑潤了許多。配套設施完善且維護得很好，衞生狀況無可挑剔，整體環境幽靜私密，與自然融為一體。老闆也很熱情，提供的幾大特色也令人印象深刻：泡湯後在圍爐煮茶區小憩，暖意融融；早餐品嚐了地道的九和特產肉丸，肉質彈牙、風味十足。從入住、餐飲到休閑體驗，每個環節都感受到了酒店的用心，是值得反覆來的寶藏度假地！

We had an amazing stay here in this hotel. The whole setting and overall environment is peaceful and quiet. Although it is located by the roadside, we were not disturbed by any noise etc. We slept well in the comfortable, quiet, neat and clean room All the amenities are in tip top condition. The laundry room is well equipped with three washing machines and three dryers. We're impressed by the setup inside the large laundry room because it is equipped with a pool table, table tennis table and racquets/bats and table tennis balls. There are also exercise equipment. While waiting for our clothes to be washed / dried, played table tennis! The front desk ladies are extremely kind and helpful. We appreciate their hospitality very much The hotel breakfast spread is commendable. Worth the money you spend . However, although it's a buffet however we were told that certain food that had run out won't be replenished for instance, yoghurt. Nevertheless, this is a highly recommended hotel to stay while you're in Zijin.

La habitación está limpia y vivo en el 10o piso. Aunque la ventana no se abre, no se puede separar el ruido del coche. Se desperta cada mañana por la mañana por la ruina y el ruido del coche. El portador del baño está diseñado para ser semitransparente y tiene una reserva para la estabilidad privada; además, se recomienda que el hotel incluya un cuarto de baño. Además, educar a los empleados a trabajar en el pasillo de la mañana, no respondan con voz alta, despertarse, pedir que abra la puerta y exija un silencio para saberlo, pero ya me desperté y no puedo descansar bien.

El personal de recepción fue profesional y amable; nos alojamos tres noches y tuvimos una experiencia fantástica. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, luminosas, tranquilas y cómodas. La ubicación era excelente, con un cómodo aparcamiento, y el hotel incluso contaba con una mesa de ping-pong y aparatos de fitness. Dejamos nuestra ropa en el hotel al salir y la recepcionista tuvo la amabilidad de devolvérnosla por correo. ¡Estamos muy agradecidos!

This charming, family-owned hotel provided a wonderfully comfortable and relaxing stay. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spotlessly clean, with all the standard in-room amenities, and no strange odors or unsightly issues. The quiet, peaceful location just outside of town was a nice change of pace, though the lack of nearby food delivery options was mitigated by the hotel owner's gracious offer to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

Great hotel for a good price. I enjoyed my stay here and there's a late check out which is very convenient.

This place was not that easy to locale within Bavarian.The staff member was not helpful,tried to give us one of their lesser rooms saying there is climbing of stairs involved.We had some luggage and asked fkr another room which he reluctantly agreed to.Then,when we arrived at the new rokm the wifi was not connected and he claimed he was unaware of it even though it stated in previous reviews online that some guests complained about it in the past..That made out stay a bit unpleasant from the start.
