永永远吉祥Was just a transit stop for us, one night as the train arrived late and we had an early morning to catch the next morning.
Reasonable location near the railway station, walking distance away. That's the key plus.
The room was pretty standard, and it mets our needs. Frontdesk was helpful, as they arranged for our transfer in the morning for an onward trip to Wudalianchi.

UUsuario invitadoГостиница отличная, обслуживание тоже на 100 баллов, чистая и уютная. Брали семейный номер с гостиной и две комнаты прям довольны, очень тепло и уютно. На ресепшене есть переводчик поэтому было комфортно общаться. Питание разнообразное на любителя, но лучше брать питание с оплатой в кафе, тогда может получиться меньше чем платить единую оплату 39 ю. Расположение зимой конечно не очень удобно, кто любит шопинг, а летом прям кайф, пройтись прогуляться до Хуафу, посмотреть мимо много разнообразных кафе магазинов 👍. А еще нашли напротив гостиницы магазин большой канц товаров прям зачетный. Вообщем рекомендуем. А цены на трип намного приятнее чем в самой гостинице заказывать.

WWotongchanglandepingjia老酒店新裝修，沒有怪味道，還給升級了房型，
整體挺滿意的。
很多俄羅斯人入住。
房間比較乾淨。沒有電話。記得加前台微信有事聯繫起來比較方便。
一樓有一個洗衣機一個烘乾機，可以用。洗衣液需要自帶，或者前台購買5元一袋。
最滿意的是位置，步行可以到江邊、旅俄華僑紀念館。
停車位夠用。

UUsuario invitado酒店的地理位置很好，江景房，與黑龍江僅隔一條馬路，對岸就是俄羅斯的布拉戈維申斯克市。酒店東側緊挨着旅俄華僑紀念館，可以參觀到晚上八點。門前和後院能停車，但旅遊旺季車位有些緊張，先來先佔，佔了就不敢再開車去遛，好在離景點很近，順着門前的王素街往東步行到母親廣場、黑河國際大夜市也就10-15分鐘，訂房的時候貴賓家庭房顯示“床型由酒店隨機安排”，原來是到酒店後如果還有多的房間可自由選擇，有兩張單人床和一張大床在一個大通間的，也有分套間的。我們選擇了大通間沒有沙發的，視覺上更寬敞通透，房間很乾凈，衞生間也有窗户通風。在電梯裏看到了餐飲介紹，價格實惠，但想必來旅遊的都是奔着早市夜市人文特色餐來的。床的舒適度不錯，睡得很好！

ただ以下の点については是非改善を希望します
そうすればもっと良いホテルになると思います
①5日間滞在したが掃除機をかけるのが2週に1回とのことでチェックインした時絨毯にゴミがたくさんついていたため掃除機をかけてもらった。しかもお願いしてから2日後にやっと掃除した
掃除のスタッフ人数が部屋数に対し少なすぎるので改善してほしい
②バスタブ付きの部屋だったが湯温の調節ができないので改善してほしい
③シャワールームの排水溝も毎日掃除してほしい
④バスルームのドアから外に水漏れしやすいので改善してほしい
⑤網戸が壊れていた

永永远吉祥A tired, worn-out hitel which can do better with the upkeep of the place. Leaky bath stalls, moldy ceiling in bathroom are all negatives.
Made up for by enthusiastic staff, from front desk, to housekeeping. Kudos to the front desk for being so helpful a number of times. They are excellent!
We had our meals at the hotel restaurant both for breakfast and lunch. Spread for breakfast was very good, they changed the dishes a bit daily. Lunch/dinner was good as well.

MMichaelIt was an okay stay. As a foreigner who doesn't smoke the smell of cigarettes is everywhere it seems. It was definitely in the room and on the towels, bedding etc. Just be aware that Taxis are both Ride Shares using DiDi App so if you get them while ordering a DiDi don't expect to pay the set price. They will charge more off meter or charge standard rate to go to the Train Station. I was charged 80 yuan and 50 yuan on two different occasions. One rate to get to the hotel and then a different one to go back to the train station!!!
