The Dengfeng Youlu Homestay was a very nice experience and can be highly recommended.
The rooms were very clean and modern. Spacious and with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also modern with nice amenities.
The location is a little outside the city, but closer to the main attractions to Mount Song. So easy to reach with taxi. We found the location very good and convenient since we wanted to go to the scenic areas.
We had breakfast included and found it very tasty and nice. It was plain and fresh and a nice selection of nutritious food before starting the day.
The service was very good. The hosts didn’t speak much English, but we used translator apps so absolutely no problem for foreigners.
The Dengfeng Youlu honestly has a nice compound with a Chinese garden. They also have a pool. It looks very comfy and cosy to sit and enjoy the garden, but we were there in beginning January so it was wintertime. The room we got had nice view of the garden and the mountains.
We can for sure recommend this homestay and we think the reviews written so fare are very correct.

BBotinichThe hotel really exceeded my expectations! The room was a pleasant surprise — it came equipped with smart home features, and the furniture was all modern and comfy.
The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely nice, making our stay really enjoyable.
In terms of convenience, there were plenty of cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. As for getting to Shaolin Temple, it was a breeze — just a 15-20 minute taxi ride away.
Overall, this hotel really hit the mark with its amenities and location!

Las instalaciones y la limpieza de la habitación eran excelentes, el aparcamiento era amplio y gratuito, y los dueños y su familia fueron muy amables. The martial arts exhibitions, including a nightly Kung Fu show that outshone the one at Shaolin Temple, were a highlight, immersing guests in the local culture. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed with antique-style furniture, creating a museum-like atmosphere that felt both luxurious and authentic. The vegetarian restaurant offered tasty, culturally significant dishes, though the breakfast buffet lacked Western options and the coffee could use improvement. The location is ideal, just 9 km from Shaolin Temple and close to other attractions like Songyang Academy, making it perfect for exploring Dengfeng’s cultural landmarks.
As for the receptionist, Miss 李, she was exceptional. Her warm, friendly demeanor and proactive assistance stood out, as she helped with everything from organizing transportation to answering queries with a smile. Reviews consistently praise the front desk staff, and Miss 李 embodied the hotel’s “customer first” philosophy, making our stay feel personalized and welcoming. Her attentiveness, along with the staff’s overall service, truly enhanced the experience, ensuring we felt cared for throughout our visit.

ÁÁlvaro MendivilEverything was amazing, the hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better, especially Wang Jing who could speak English and helped us with translation. They even let us use the hot springs and pool after our checkout. The restaurant served delicious food at a very comfortable price. I stayed in a Mongolian type room and it was a great experience, very clean and confortable. I will definitely come back!

If you're planning to visit the Shaolin Temple, the location is very convenient. Otherwise, it's a bit removed from the city center, and there isn't much within walking distance.
One interesting feature is the martial arts school located next to the hotel. It was fascinating to catch glimpses of the students' training sessions, which added to the overall Shaolin experience.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We booked a room with a beautiful mountain view, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We were able to purchase tickets for the Shaolin Kung Fu show directly through the front desk at the same price as elsewhere, with the added benefit of being able to choose our preferred seats.
Overall, a comfortable stay and a good choice for visitors planning to explore the Shaolin Temple area.

UUsuario invitado看了周邊的幾家酒店，最後選擇了頤舍，酒店離少林寺景區很近，交通很方便，大堂也有擺放景區路線圖，這點很貼心哈。進房間後看到酒店有幫我們配備的泡腳桶，一次性的袋子和葯包，很細心又覺得很衞生乾淨。最近又剛好趕上登封下雨降温，房間的暖氣也都24小時開放 可暖和，設施設備齊全，還有大的停車場，地下的停車場也可以直達房間，很方便。酒店的大姐服務態度也很不錯。整體感覺不錯，體驗感好，如果下次來登封，還會選擇住這裏的。

Acceder a la entrada del hotel a pie implica subir un tramo de escaleras desde la planta baja. Una vez dentro, los huéspedes deben tomar el ascensor para llegar a la recepción en la planta 6 y registrarse. La carga de equipaje se puede gestionar en el aparcamiento B1, lo que requiere que el hotel abra la puerta para el acceso de vehículos. En cuanto al servicio, el personal del hotel fue atento y nos brindó un buen servicio. Secaron eficazmente las zapatillas de deporte de mi hijo y las mías durante la noche, lo que nos evitó viajar con las zapatillas mojadas al día siguiente. Disfruté especialmente del desayuno, que nos trajeron a la habitación. Pudimos disfrutarlo en nuestro pequeño balcón, lo cual fue un detalle encantador. El desayuno era saludable y delicioso.

SSiewJooWe stayed one night at this homestay with this lovely family. They helped us get tickets to the Shaolin Zen Music Ritual and provided transport to get us there and picked us up. They also provided us with warm clothes as it got quite cold at night. The dinner and breakfast were simple but delicious and they gave us huge portions. If you are looking for a genuine homestay with a local rural family, you will like it here.

Hay una nevera en la primera planta donde se pueden congelar alimentos, y los puestos de comida del patio son muy populares, aunque a veces hay que hacer cola. No está lejos del aparcamiento para hacer senderismo, así que es un buen lugar para alojarse si planeas subir al Monte Song.
