The service was one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were always polite, attentive, and quick to help with anything needed, from check-in to small requests during the stay. Breakfast had a good variety of options, all well-prepared and tasty, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot drinks. Overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient experience. It was a comfortable stay, and I would definitely come back again.

離慈溪的幾大景點很近，打車或自駕都很方便 早餐有當地特色：楊梅湯圓很好吃 切記： 12點辦理入住第二天14:00退房的話超過24小時了，記得向前台索要20元的停車券 環境： 酒店內部很大，有不是外窗的房間見圖一，像一個“死循壞”，一定要找好安全出口，不然有逃生風險 服務： 酒店晚班有個前台妹妹很開朗，告知城隍廟街晚上熱鬧可以去看看，給她好評 衞生： 外圍走廊有股很奇怪的説不上來的味道，有點像油漆味，感覺聞多了會窒息，房間內地毯上有陳年難清理的老舊污漬 設施： 老破小電視機，沒有投屏

前段時間住了這家酒店，體驗超棒！前台接待熱情周到，辦理入住快速又順暢。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一覺能睡到天亮。浴室設施齊全，熱水供應穩定。早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯。地理位置很好，周邊交通便利，購物餐飲都方便。強烈推薦給大家！

We stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!

This hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.
