UUsuario anónimoThe hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

The good:
The rooms were really nice, and comfy and had a stunning view, the Christmas dinner was just like back home. We were very impressed by the Christmas dinner.
The not so good:
The rooms were extremely hot, all rooms has central heating, I had to open the doors in the middle of the night, and sat in the hallway, and wanted to sleep on the floor in the hallway, because the rooms were too hot, and it felt like I couldn't breath. The service was good, both gentlemen at reception tried to help us. The next night, they moved us to another room, but it was also too hot, the 3rd room was much better.
I suggest the hotel upgrade to individual aircons where guests could control their own temperature.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet.
The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

AamabilisinsaniaEl hotel es muy bonito! Todos los mobiliario y los aparatos son nuevos, la cama es cómoda. Hay también un wifi en la habitación. El baño es limpio. El desayuno del hotel es grande, todo el mundo puede encontrar algo según sus preferencias. La única cosa negativa que había fue la renovación, así que la vista desde la ventana fue el lugar de construcción (al menos fue como el 20 de mayo de 2023). Pero nos quedamos allí sólo por una noche, así que no fue un problema en absoluto.

Lleila918還是一如既往的不錯哦。這回還是選的別墅區，不過這回選了雙房床，哇超級喜歡那個榻榻米的廳，像個小茶室一樣，雖然沒有茶，但是跟朋友坐在坐墊上吃吃零食玩玩遊戲聊聊天非常nice哦
唯一美中不足的是這回來温泉都是室內的，可能天冷吧，不過淋浴室和吹頭髮那些還是在的，這點還是做的很好的。不過希望還是能開放室外温泉，享受着外景泡温泉更舒服。
再來説説早餐還是有我最愛的現煮麪非常不錯，中式西式都挺好，這回還新增了我愛吃的花生苗好脆好吃😋還是一如既往的不錯。
最後誇誇前台接待小姐姐服務超級好，然後別墅區也還是有接駁車很方便，總體來説體驗還是非常nice
