1. Parking if could manager easy in and out would be wonderful, I know local people drive around and hard to stop them, but if could make it, definitely would level up your hotel dramatically. 2. Laundry room could offer washing machine and dryer, I only see one washing machine and not in use. 3. If can offer slippers for shower it would be convenient. 4. Mobile app doesn’t have lots of function, build up more would be wonderful

Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

Servicio: En primer lugar, el servicio es muy cálido, es el tipo de entusiasmo y consideración hacia los clientes que surge del corazón. El clima es frío y hay té de crisantemo en la puerta. La experiencia es muy buena. Instalaciones de la habitación: La habitación doble es muy cómoda y el baño es muy espacioso. Desayuno: Desayuno inesperadamente rico Ubicación y transporte: La vista nocturna del Parque Dahua también es muy buena.

這次入住體驗整體很滿意，最打動我的是酒店的衞生和服務。房間打掃得乾淨細緻，床品柔軟整潔，桌面、邊角都沒有灰塵，衞生間乾爽無異味，洗漱用品擺放整齊，住得安心又舒服。工作人員態度温和有禮貌，辦理入住退房效率很高，有需求響應也很快，遇到問題能夠耐心幫忙解決。公共區域同樣乾淨整潔，環境安靜，休息質量很好。整體服務貼心到位，衞生標準在線，沒有讓人糟心的小細節。不管是短途出行還是出差住宿都很合適，性價比不錯，下次來還會優先選擇這家，也推薦給注重乾淨、看重服務的朋友！！！全五星好評！

Excelente servicio, la comida es buena, solo es necesario alguien que hable inglés, pero teniendo traductor todo se resuelve rápido

Good location right across a mall. The place seems to be quite desolated but not sure if it is because it’s a small city in the first place. Rooms are spacey but personally not a fan of carpet floors. Toilet and bathroom is separated which is nice. On the top floor there’s a seafood teriyaki buffet and it has a great selection at a good price! Worth going

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Как и во всём Китае. Всё на кнопках (шторы, проходные переключатели), унитаз с подсветкой и обогревом)). До ЖД вокзала такси за 7 юаней. До железного льва 25 минут на машине если без пробок. Мне понравилось. Персонал отзывчивый, хоть и не говорят по английски. Помогли мне вызвать такси за наличные.

帶着長者出來打牌休閑，主要考慮這個酒店對寵物比較友好來的，住了兩晚感覺還可以吧，天不好時有廚房可以點餐，很方便，性價比也可以，希望設施及時修補及時更新保持良好的狀態迎接客人，以與時俱進人性化的服務面對市場的競爭！

Fuera de la ventana de la habitación hay un aire acondicionado central en el techo, la voz de la noche, realmente afecta el sueño
