La decoración de la habitación es muy buena, la higiene es buena, el jefe es muy bueno y el desayuno gratis. La experiencia es buena, vale la pena recomendar, seguir viviendo la próxima vez.

Hotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Hello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

特別安靜 環境特別好可能是因為他是新店，所以設施什麼的都挺好的，房間也很大，雖然説是在路邊但是特別安靜，就是最近過年放鞭炮會吵，但是過段時間可能就不會那麼吵了，前台也是很好，就是希望有一次性馬桶墊

房間設施還不錯的，比其他的如家房間大，早餐也還可以，主要是位置很好，對面是客運站和吾悦廣場，出行和吃飯逛街都非常的方便！一次性馬桶墊可以隨時找前台拿，有潔癖也不用擔心，還有刮鬍刀，男朋友忘記拿了問了下前台酒店居然有。停車拿停車票都是免費的，落地窗很大很不錯！外賣有機器人可以送，不用擔心外賣小哥敲門影響自己的私人空間。好啦好啦，推薦推薦！！！！

很衞生，很乾凈，適合長住的一家酒店，特別整潔，消毒到位，服務人員也是特別有禮貌，很有親和力，周邊的公園散步真的特別舒服，工作休閑兩不誤！

真心要給這家温泉酒店打滿分！一進門，前台效率超高，笑容親切，還主動幫忙提行李，好感度瞬間拉滿。訂的温泉大床房驚喜滿滿，房間寬敞明亮，設施完備，最喜歡裏面的私湯池，泉水清澈温潤，據説含多種礦物質，泡完皮膚都滑溜溜的。公共温泉區的特色湯池選擇超多，工作人員會及時補充温水，衞生也很到位。餐飲也超出預期，本地特色菜味道正宗，食材新鮮，還能在大堂吧享受下午茶。
