Hoteles en Santiago con aparcamiento

El hotel está en una rotonda y el tráfico es bastante conveniente. Se tarda unos 10 minutos en caminar hasta el centro comercial de al lado. El área circundante es relativamente segura, hay más chinos viviendo allí y las instalaciones son relativamente antiguas. El servicio es bastante bueno, el lobby lo recibirá de manera proactiva, lo ayudará con el equipaje y le abrirá la puerta. El primer día de limpieza de la habitación, no se repuso el agua embotellada, no se reemplazaron las toallas y las toallas del piso todavía estaban mojadas desde el primer día. Después de permanecer 5 días, no se repusieron artículos de tocador ni loción corporal (los artículos de tocador están en botellas grandes colgadas en la pared, como en los hoteles exprés), y no se repusieron zapatillas desechables. Hay una mesa para cereales y frutos secos, una mesa para panes, una mesa para platos fríos, jamón y salmón ahumado, y nada más. Algunos de los camareros en el desayuno no fueron muy buenos. I loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

Loved this hotel! I don’t like standard chain hotels, so this was perfect for me. Situated in a very safe and convenient area. Only took an Uber twice, one from the Funicular and the other time to the airport. We walked every else. Located right next to the Sculpture Garden and walking distance to the gondolas and downtown! The staff were so sweet and helpful. We were told once we checked in we were now family! The lady from the breakfast room got all teary when I told her we were leaving. They gave us great advice as to where to go and even had a handheld scale to weigh our bags! There is no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy bags or can’t do stairs. My sister hated the shower, I loved it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only issue, which to me was not important, but might be to you. They are very environmentally conscious in Santiago, so the towels were not a crisp white, but were clean and useable. The bar was also good, but food service took awhile, but when it finally came it was very good. The coffee in breakfast room was fabulous! Water in lobby 24/7. Desk manned 24/7. They buzz you in and out, which I liked. The front desk clerk was going off duty, but waited for me to help me weigh my bags. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!! Just FYI tourist areas are mostly closed on Mondays. So no hop on hop off bus and no gondola. But the Funicular was running.

El hotel no está lejos del centro de la ciudad. La ubicación es buena, pero los alrededores se sienten inseguros. La higiene es buena, pero la habitación no se limpia todos los días.

Fue una estancia realmente satisfactoria que superó mis expectativas. El servicio fue impecable desde el registro de entrada hasta el de salida, lo que me permitió descansar cómodamente, y tanto la habitación como las instalaciones eran excelentes. ¡Sin duda, volveré!

Es un hotel que cumple muy bien su función que es la de alojarte cuando estás de pasada por Santiago para combinar un vuelo. Servicio de transfer, desayuno bastante completo… más que recomendable si esa es tu situación

Hotel increíble, me encantó absolutamente todo! Viví en el piso 18 en la habitación 1803, una vista absolutamente impresionante desde la ventana de los Andes y la ciudad, ¡disfruté cada día en el hotel! Limpieza, desayuno excelente, aunque no mucha comida caliente, pero esto se compensa con excelentes quesos y frutas. Ubicación ideal. Cené en el restaurante del hotel. Todo estaba muy rico y había buena selección de vinos. Piscina climatizada en el piso 20, gimnasio. Personal muy amable. Recomiendo este hotel para su estadía en Santiago y estaré feliz de volver nuevamente! ¡Gracias por la maravillosa bienvenida!❤️❤️❤️

Mi esposa y yo nos alojamos aquí hace cuatro años durante nuestra luna de miel. Parece que el lugar sigue igual, lo cual no es un cumplido. La habitación estaba alfombrada, pero no nos dieron zapatillas. La unidad de aire acondicionado sonaba fuerte y aleatoriamente durante la noche, lo que me despertaba. Por alguna razón, era necesario solicitar tapones de drenaje de la bañera, y las dos noches que pedí uno me dijeron que estaban todos agotados. Estuve dos noches queriendo darme un baño para relajarme y no pude. Los ascensores son extremadamente viejos y necesitan ser reemplazados seriamente: la puerta se cerraba frente a nosotros cuando esperábamos uno y una vez quedé atrapado por las puertas. La mejor parte de este hotel es el desayuno. Tiene gran variedad y la calidad de la fruta y las comidas es excelente. El personal también es muy amable.

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable, literie de qualité et ambiance calme. Le petit déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : très complet, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et bien présentés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, un excellent rapport qualité-prix !
